- had to do a lot more LST
- had to defoliate the plant
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This week, there was finally a bit of growth, giving me the opportunity to do some LST in the hope of achieving at least a moderate yield. I also had to defoliate quite a lot, as there are finally some more tiny branches that will hopefully continue to grow.
As you can see in the pictures, the top of the plant is still extremely compact, leaving no room to do anything for now.
During defoliation, I noticed many leaves with strange shapes, which made me wonder if there might be an issue with the plant's DNA. Right now, this is the smallest plant I’ve ever had. Keep in mind, she’s growing in the exact same soil mix as 1:Walt and has access to the same nutrients. The only difference is that her temperature was consistently 1–2°C colder than 1:Walt’s, but that shouldn’t cause such a noticeable difference.
I’m hopeful that she’ll stay in the vegetative stage a little longer, but I can already see signs of preflowering. Maybe she’ll catch up in the next couple of weeks?
🍀 I swear your plants could win an award for how perfect they are! Mad respect for your skills 🌱🙌.
If you have a moment, I’d be so grateful if you could check my Zamnesia diary 🌟
