The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil to be spread evenly on top of the soil. Day 1 we had early morning rain followed by mostly cloudy skies. High temperature was 77. The rain took care of the watering today. I'm treating with arber again and more defoliation. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 81°F, skies were partly cloudy, and I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 83° with sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons from the well. I removed leaves with powdery mildew and treated with Arber. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 88°F. Skies were clear and sunny. The humidity was around 90% today. I watered 4-5 gallons from the well. I finally got most of the infected leaves off. I treated with Arber again today. Day 5 we had high temperature of 89°F. Skies were sunny. I watered about 4-5 gallons with well water. I've been treating these with Arber biofungicide but it's hasn't had much affect, except on #1. I stripped all the infected leaves. I'll treat these tomorrow with growers ally fungicide. That should clear them up. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 86°F with partly cloudy skies. We're expecting rain tonight and it's super humid today. The weather is not cooperating while I'm treating for powdery mildew. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 84°F. We had intermittent storms and showers throughout the day that took care of the watering. This week was a success. The weather has been terrible for cannabis, but these girls are thriving. I had to treat with Arber biofungicide and then Growers Ally fungicide(both organic).It cleared up the powdery mildew and these girls are ripping.

Skunky is in flowering, first stigma is appeared. Sweet Seed kept the promise of early flowering. All my three girls share the same grow profile with an exceptionally early flowering. Today exactly 14.41 hours of light. Average week temperatures 80°F High humidity, some stormy days. New heat wave is coming. All is going well but this plant has absolutely no smell, until now. Starting to defoliate the bottom canopy. No issues, no pests, no need 4  feed.

Since joining growdiaries I’ve seen that 420 Fastbuds are one of the (if not) the most notorious genetics on here.. so I’ve got my hands on some Fastberry seeds (which with the promotion I got one free!!) I’ve been very bored with the kind of weed I have been smoking recently the taste of the buds aren’t too great so I’m very excited to give this strain a try with the promise of berry flavoured weed!!! Happy growing! Mon 8th March - after a few days of being in a damp paper towel stored in a dark warm place she’s popped a little tap root. I will leave until tomorrow then I’ll plant her directly into her final 3 gallon pot. 🍁 Tue 9th March - Placed into her final pot gave her a little water and placed dome over her until she pops.

Today marks the start of the final week before harvest, and I’ve officially begun flushing the plant. It's really exciting to see how far it has come. The buds have developed beautifully, and the scent is amazing – super fruity and sweet, almost like a mix of berries and tropical fruit. The aroma fills the space every time I check on it. I’m pretty satisfied with how the plant has grown overall. The structure is solid, and the buds are dense and sticky. Everything looks on track for a good yield, and I can’t wait to see the final product after curing. Fingers crossed for a smooth finish!

Do you think her leafs are getting fatter? how thick are they though, seriously ?? so thick ! that's that 100% indica i guess, really striking to see her asleep with those fat leafs isnt it? tried out the obscurity to try and get some nice in, hope you find them nice ! i really like that dramatic effect with the lighting and the shadow but to be honest i'm not the most talented photographer so i dont really know if it's working for you or not, so let me know ! she's growing as expected basically, squat, short, thick, doesnt really need that much attention, so far these genetics are an absolute pleasure to grow ! Raised the lights to the normal height, reduced the light schedule to 13/11, fed with some biocanna i had on hand, added some specialized flower micro : that's mag sulfur and cal mag , hopefully this will make the end product more pungent and more potent. let's see some flowers amirite?

Back with the Lemons, Thanks for coming by! Day 44 - Height: LP#1 @ 36" / LP#2 @ 33" The Lemons move into week 7. They have a fantastic smell now! The scent in the room is a sugary, sweet citrus backed up by a spicy black pepper. I pruned off the lower leaves that were turning yellow, many of them were squashed and bent from the walls anyway and some were actually hanging off where they've been pushed about a bit in the space, but it's all good. The buds on LP#2 are really tightening up now, but they're really making the buds on LP#1 look a bit leggy, especially the buds on the side stems. In terms of issues, there is some pretty serious light bleaching going on in the tips of the leaves, but what's done is done, so I'll have to keep an eye out for that in future grows. Otherwise plants look healthy. Leaf Surface Temperature at the canopy is 25c, which is about 2-3c lower than the ambient temps in the space, so I think thats all good, despite the light bleaching they shouldn't be suffering from heat stress too much really. Hopefully going to see the buds fatten up real nice over the next couple of weeks before harvest! Day 48 - Height: LP#1 @ 36" / LP#2 @ 33" Day 48 and the Lemon Twins are really starting to get sticky and pack on the weight now. LP#2 can't hold herself up at all anymore, so I've had to string a whole bunch of wires up to keep the side stems vertical. It's nice though because it condenses the footprint in my tent. I did the same with my Kush from last grow and it actually makes my space a bit easier to deal with. I think they must be approaching harvest window in a week or so, but I'm going to let them run a couple more weeks at least before I start checking trichomes seriously. All healthy and nothing bad to report though! One thing I'm not really sure about and keep trying to research is the effect of light bleaching on plants. Mine always suffer from quite severe light bleaching or nutrient burn on the tips by this point in their lifecycle which actually comes mostly from the heat and light coming back off the reflective walls I think, as it burns the leaves next to the walls the most. My plants seem to grow well and look healthy in all other respects though and they yield well enough, so I don't really know if it's a problem. I need to read a lot more about this. the plants have really grown this week and are on 250ml of filtered water every other day. nodes are looking nice and tight together and foliage is really taking shape. they seem to be growing at different speeds. Humidity can rise to 65% during the night may need to invest in a mini dehumidifier when flowering. Possibly will switch to 12/12 light cycle and initiate budding at the end of next week which will be November 21st.

Nothing to do now only be patient

Getting really bushy about 18 inches tall going in this week might be the last week of veg if they keep growing how they are. These girls are getting wide as hell. Will move one of them over to avoid over crowding in the middle next change out of nutrients. They're appetite is getting big

Hello again Good week, she grew at least 10 cm. Healthy green leaves. One watering with nutrients. Every 5 days vita race spray, other days pure water. Gonna give rhizotonic next watering. Also did a slight defolation. Removed the 2 lowest fanleaves. No need to put energy in those future popcornbuds. She spend most of the week inside behind the warm window sun with a little breeze from a ventilator Next week it will be very warm here. I think I will leave her outside. She's strong enough by now. Upcoming week I will also start the Neem Oil treatment. Purely preventive but outside there is more chance on bad bugs so I wanna be ahead of problems instead of waiting for the first signs😁 keep an eye out cause I will post more pictures this week to show how she develops.
