June 10: very nice late spring day but the air is too dry for seedlings. To raise the humidity I’m misting the leaves a few time a day. Good for seedlings but also bigger vegetating plants. Check out the owl video. June 14: rain all day. About 50-60 mm so far.

10/26/2020 6 Days into week 4, all looking great, update a little early but going out of town. Calyx are getting bigger, pistils popping up everywhere drinking about 6 liters a week. 10/29/2020 3 days into week #5 day 3 she took 4 liters today she is drinking plenty of water! next week will topdress with 4-9-3

La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. Las plantas en si ya están bien sanas, tutore la rama principal para que no se fuese de madre, y así controlaré la altura. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. 1 more week till harvest and the weather site said 27* c for the first few harvest days. That will be like 33* c in the greenhouse. Got some white sheets to put up to reflect back some of that heat. Saw some suspected "bud rot" on the tallest bud branch... You can see the brown leaves in the pics... I'll check it later. The thrips are liking plant #1. See the white marks on some of the leaves in the pics. But with 1 week left I won't spray anything. Should take about 5 days to cut down 6 plants. Then a few more to put them into the curing bags. I'll post some pics/video just before harvest next week. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Week 14 for 9lb Hammer They are doing a little better with less heat but stems arent really fattening up whatsoever. Hopefully they get bigger before flower time.

This is the last weekly update on Larry lemon og. Plant has been fading slowly. Planning to cut and hang at some point this week. Will update video here of harvest as always💯. She is a short and thick chick. Lol lots of lemony smelling buds full of trichromes. Should be a great smoke 💨. Been pulling badly faded leaves off during the week as well. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I am browsing this in an ottoman as a stealth grow it only smells when I open the top and even when I do it doesn’t smell up the whole room. Plenty of growth. I had a little root rot and cleared it with peroxide and water method. Hopefully harvesting next month

From seed - LA Kush Cake - Just about done- Started flush three days ago. Very stinky and sticky now- piney lemon aromas of stankkkk kushhhh La kush cake can run into mid October but going to pull sooner than 15th probably… Caterpillars became very active last week and I’ve been picking one off my my top cola every twelve hours or so :/ … luckily they’ve focused on two specific plants so just babying them now making sure they don’t destroy all my gorgeous work. Lil buggards burrow into the nugs decay the buds fast so precious state right now during this time of year/ state of plant.

Week 9 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, She really bounced back from her last topping to 16 tops. now just keeping her levelled in height. Because of the messed up light schedule + massive shifts of temps from 28+ to 6... outside the tent so really for 7 hours their growth is completely stunted, but I'm making due with what I have 😂

Waiting for amber tricomes

This is the moment all LST fans around the world been waiting for… lol so week 3 is behind, seems I have some mess-ups with the watering, because I’m really confused about the amount and frequency of watering. the info i get from the internet is contradictory “dont overwater” vs “pour till it runs out”. Yesterday (day21) finally bought a fan to make them dance a bit, and overnight I noticed a visible reduction in stem movement, meaning they reacted with stronger rooting (I want to beleive 🤓). and today 25.09 (day22) I’ve performed LST. first thoughts were “not as easy as it seemed on youtube” but then got the hang of it. the biggest challenge is the soft pot having so much give and its hard to fix the wire in place. btw, used 2,5mm electrical wire, because couldn't find a thick gardening wire. No issues in the process. setting up a timelapse to see how the lst works out and a little “side project”. Always wanted to buy a plant of rosmary and grow it. I found an old aluminum milk(?) pot in the garbage the other day, so decided to make a pot out of it. turned out pretty nice, I think

Heeey guys! Me again! This week was full of surprises and one major mistake! Hahaha. First of all, the 4th baby is now at a decent size! This was a huge surprise! She's all grown up and looks gorgeous! I'm probably going to move her to a proper pot size so she won't feel trapped! I also need to trim her again! The other 3 are advancing at a proper speed. Max is the one who has responded the best to the main-lining and LST as she seems to have barely gone thru any kind of physical damage With Roko I made a huge mistake when I tried to bend her branches 😰 I broke her stem in the middle but managed to fix it on time I hope (first with tape and then with some soft wire). It seems one of her parts are getting more nutrients compared to the other one... but there's not a lot I can do if that's the case. The 3rd baby is the one who had not suffered any kind of mayor "nutritional" problem if you compare her to her sisters (leaf colors, and some browning at the tips. The other tho has gone thru those issues but her? Nothing!) So I'm expecting a lot from this one! I also made 4 timelapses! Right now I'm also debating if I want to mainline for 8 colas or just stay at 4. My tent isn't big (80x80cm or 2.6~x2.6~) so I need to choose quickly if I want to risk it with so many plants in such small space! Anyway, that's all for now! I hope you enjoy the photos and videos! I'm very impressed with the bud sizes, trichomes and smell of each plant, mandarin dreams is especially ooozing with resin, it's almost like liquid soap touching your skin.
