Week 5-6 starting

12/23 - Harvest! I spent just shy of 5 hours trimming this lady. She is classed as an "XXL" variety and it would certainly seem so! I'm hoping to set yet a new personal record with this harvest, but I won't know till she has fully dried. She ended up as 628g wet and 178g of frosty trim for hash later. To be clear, because the harvest page doesn't reflect it properly, she was ScrOGed into an 18"x18" footprint (1/4 of a 3'x3' tent). Also, the whole tent is lit with 2x Mars Hydro SP150. Each one is 140w at the wall and has a flowering footprint of 18"x36". Since I used two of these lights for two flowering plants, regardless of footprint, I will be giving my GPW figure here in the comments based on usage of 140w. (2 plants/2 lights = 1 light/plant) I will update further as drying progresses. 12/26 - Plants dried somewhat quicker than desired due to lower RH (45%). All told, 126g dry weight not counting any trim. 126g/140w = 0.9GPW. One thing that is very noticeable as it dries is the emergence of a specific citrus/pine scent that is closest to Mango as I can describe. The Herbal and Peppery aspects seem to die down as the Mango gets much stronger with dry, and I'm hoping even more so with a good, proper cure. Smoke report to come within the next 2 weeks.

Lovely body high on this one! Amazing for pain relief! Nice head too, taste and smell 10/10. Little yield but that was probably because of my mess ups throughout the grow. Overall a great strain Only yielded 9gs, was a small plant but no doubt I stressed it along the way so I think it’s more down to my mistakes than the genetics Tastes of grapey diesel, 10/10 🍇 Smells of straight grapes, 10/10 🍇 Appearance, very frosty and great looking bud(could be trimmed better but that’s on me)! 9/10

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. Im a pig in shit Thanks for looking, I dont want to hear your opinion on defo or schawazze, unless youre SBG

📚🌱 Grow Course – Lollipopping (Sweet Mandarine Skittles) 🍬🌈 With Sativa-dominant hybrids like Sweet Mandarine Skittles, you usually don’t need to lollipop too much ✂️. These plants naturally stretch and create a nice light distribution by themselves 🚀🌞. 👉 I only remove the lower shoots that stretched upwards but still don’t receive enough light. Stretching like that is a sign they’re chasing the light – and those can safely go 🌿. For bud sites that didn’t stretch, I focus on the very small flowers at the bottom: ⚖️ Rule of thumb → remove about 1/3 up to max 2/3 of the lowest nodes. 6/11 - My seeds finally came in the mail and I got to soak them this morning. With the start of the soaking I also took the time to mix my Fox Farms Happy Frog Potting Soil along with my nutrients. I wanted to make sure my ratios are a little balanced but slightly heavier on the all purpose fertilizer to start out. In my first feeding I might go a little heavier on the Bud & Bloom than with the All Purpose depending on when I think they need to be fed and how close they are to flowering. Perlite was added to the soil to make sure there was good drainage and I will be using 5 gallon fabric pots. I’m planning to do some LST along with possibly topping/FIMing the plants just to see what comes of it, so I’m excited for that. This is my very first grow and I’m not much of a gardener (yet) so any and all input and advice would be very much welcome thanks 🌱🌱🌿 PS - Sorry for the angle the video the next ones will be correct. 6/14 - All three seeds popped over the two days the spent in the paper towels! Finally putting them in the soil feels good. Going to keep the soil above the seeds moist with a handheld sprayer using distilled water every few hours until the light shut off for the night. I forgot to take pictures of the seeds before planting them. From here I’m hoping to get at least one of them to pop through the ground in the next couple of days. Of course, I’m still looking for tips and input. 🌱 6/16 - All three seeds have made it through the soil so that is more step forward. The critical purple has a shell still on one of its leaves so I’m hoping it pops off on its own in a day or so otherwise I may try to gently tap it off. Currently, the grow lights are about 24 inches away from the seedlings. I think I might keep them at this distance until I notice stretching or leaves curling.

My nine Week 7 flowers are thriving under the new GrowPro Solutions under-canopy lights. The lights have really brought out some amazing colors in the buds. It's so cool to see how much they've changed in just a day! I'm excited to see how they develop even more in the coming weeks

It should be noted that with the current share of blue in the spectrum, the sprout does not stretch at all, I will probably adjust in favor of red in the coming days

As always, I cut everything off that did not have thricomes on it. Looks awesome and like its a great yield. The bag seed was removed in week 4/5. Hey hey hey Growmies 😘🤗🤩 Thanks for stopping in! I hope your week has rocked! 💪🏼So far so good over here! Today is day 49 for my set of G14s from 420Fastbuds and they are kickin ass! 🤩 The first plant was topped early on at 3 nodes and we also did some LST, we now have 4 beautiful main colas that are getting so thick!! This girl is smelling so so good and is really doing great! 💪🏼 The second plant pictured is the same age and was not topped. This girl we did LST early on and it is also doing very well and has a good smell! Both girls are receiving a few different types of bloom nutes and also cal mag. We did some more defoliation on day 47 so the bud sites are sure to get plenty of light! We’ve been using the spider lights and so far are very happy with them. 3 gallon pots that are super breathable. Like I said, so far so good 😊 We are leaving to FL soon for 10 days 😬 so hoping everything goes smoothly while we are gone. Any tips for that (leaving plants while on vacation) are welcome! Pistils are out, floral sites are forming, and the stretch is starting with elegance. It’s possible they slipped into pre-flower during late veg without me catching it, they were so stable, compact, and lush that I might have missed the subtle signals. Either way, they’ve entered bloom with full confidence. Both phenos are incredibly similar in structure and size, making them a joy to manage. They’re compact yet big, stacking nodes tightly while still filling space. The leaf color is deep and uniform, the formation is textbook Haze, and the inner node spacing is perfectly balanced for light penetration. ⸻ 💧 Feed & Water Adjustments We’ve tweaked the recipe this week, retiring Aptus Start Booster and introducing Aptus Top Booster at 0.25 ml/L. Current Feed (per L): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml The soil is already enriched with slow-release Aptus pellets, which explains why EC in solution is lower (0.6) while the medium’s own EC is holding steady at ~2.0. They’re drinking well, 1.5–2 L per day — with irrigation happening around 25% dryness in the pots. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions & Upcoming Changes The room is running hotter than ideal at 31°C daytime, 25°C night. RH is stable at 50%. CO₂ sits comfortably at ~700 ppm. A dedicated AC unit is on its way and should be installed next week, which will help dial temperatures closer to the sweet spot for flowering. Soil temperature is at 25°C, supporting strong root activity, while PPFD at the canopy sits between 760–780 µmol/m²/s depending on plant position. We monitor these numbers carefully to keep photosynthesis at optimal efficiency without stressing the plants. ⸻ ⚙️ Why We Measure Everything • PPFD: Ensures plants receive the right light intensity for maximum photosynthetic activity during each stage. Obwohl ich sie einige male sehr zärtlich dazu überredet habe (ok, es knackte einige male) in andere wuchs richtung zu wachsen, nimmt sie ¾ des grow room an platz ein. Und, das ist keine Beschwerde. Sieht von oben fast aus wie ein sea of green (zufall). Und überall, diese watte Bällchen. Ich bin entzückt! Update. Es wird wasser mit Wasser gegossen, welches ich aus einiger Entfernung per Hand aus einem wasserlauf hole.. 😛 Die Phylaxien der Gelato 41 fast sind anders. Heftig. Sind superdick lang und schnell wieder braun. Bud Körper bilden sich und sind hart. Und das überall. Ok tiefer gleich kleiner. Am 001.009.021 wird sie 71 tage alt. 35 in Blüte. And, what the phylaxien! I mean they re unnormal. Never seen phylaxien growing so massive (i mean pls look at one phylaxie., i think theyre big,) and then as FAST they go brown. Boah difficult to explain. I checked the soil. Wet enough. Looking my Gelato 41 FAST. She is everywhere healthy. I read this is a monster genetic But to see, how it grows! This strain is (so far) different from all the others i made with before. First its a photo. (accidently because I'm a idiot) Than 2 weeks untrained growing. Than not vey lovefull i showed her her new grow direction. And the smell. Of Gelato 41 fast is.. The smell of Gelato, 41 fast. Heavy smell on your fingers from everywhere. Steam, sheet,,, buds are becoming sticky. I mean i smell vanilla schololade. My Next noise means she smells like an gelateria. And YES! SHE IS! FAST! GREAT! WORK(till now).👍🏻 👊 I tried to make some defoliation... You wont see on the photos. Just 3 leaves and 8 little buds somewhere i found. O8. Oo9. I cut off 2 side branches. I knewed it before that they will take only energy from the GELATO 41 FAST. But holy mother earth, she got enough of this.POWER! Yes. It is! It seems that i had an Sativa dominant phenotype Like the leaves form. (and from some fresh harvested i smoked, with 75 % milky trychomes, and the rest clear... 😛 Heavy uplifting, motivated you start to do something! As you start to moving you discover that you re really stoned). And my 0.36 m² tent is from the GELATO 41 FASTer as i never seen any Cannabis so quick blooming, sticky everywhere. ABNORMAL! in a great way. And i think, soo small arent they. Or?
