The girls had a big week! Started off with transplanting to their 2 gallon pots early in the week. They showed no stress, or signs of slowing down. With the extra room to spread, the girls were clearly loving their transplant home. Temps were steady around 82 degrees, and RH was kept to a reasonable 60% while they were recovering. I also started with a larger nutrient feed, and will be rotating between regular feed, light feed and then plain water now that they can handle more.

Everything running smooth no issues and some big changes from last week these are looking good ✌️🏻

Sorry, was doing some more expansion and re-arranging day 12 and 13 so no pics. We got some rain so all plants have been given a treat. I believe of the 5, I already see (2) I do not like the traits of and will go with the 3 that are most obviously bushier and stronger looking. Mom shot up fast and you can see the length and weaker, smaller looking leaf structure on the day 8 profile picture. Dad was stocky and bushy... so we are on our way. I have included a glimpse of the Aquaponic garden that the Indo plants get periodic feedings from. Once they are being fed... But for now just Neutral or rain water. Now these should be Photo plants as the dad was Photo and therefore the Auto gene from mom is Recessive and the Dominant Photo gene should kick out the Auto correct? If I understand that correctly I have to say I am amazed how these plants are coming up. They are acting more like an Auto (as far as speed of development) in my very Limited Opinion. It's very exciting. The pots they will be going into have BuildASoil cover crop that is coming along amazing and it should be an easy transition once they are ready. Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

Week 12: Partial Harvest & Bruce's Final Stand Update: 10.08.2025 | Day 87 Big updates as predicted: I chopped two girls due to bad weather. Fear of big losses was bigger than my need to get to the max. Harvested Forbidden Runtz and Green Crack as they were almost fully ripe. 20% amber and 80% milky trichomes have to be good enough. Weather conditions were far from good - but both girls fought through it like Rocky. Great resilient genetics FastBuds. Hats off! Now let's come to our last survivor - Bruce Banner: Although trichomes are mostly cloudy with only scattered amber trichomes, there are still a lot of white pistils left in the budsites. She's still in bloom mode but resin isn't there like with my other two girls. Next days are forecasted with extremely hot weather (35°C again!) - hope this gives her the last kick. Next steps: - Keep her on the edge to use up all internal resources - Check for mold daily - Find the perfect chop moment I think the next update on this girl will be the harvest report, my friends. It was a pleasure to grow these three girls and I enjoyed the minimum maintenance and resources approach in comparison to last year's coco daily feeding hustle. The plants know themselves best what they need and it's only on me to read my plants and react only if necessary. Had stuff to deal with IRL this week. Only timelapse available.

As always germinated in a glass of water with 1/5th peroxide added. Beans all opened up in about 30 hours. Plugs were hydrated a day beforehand so they were nice and moist but not drenched. I added a little myco's to maybe get a headstart on inoculation and explosive and healthy rootgrowth due to the fungus. Took about 48 hours to break topsoil and the Grape & cream beans seem very vigorous. 14-8-2023 Ive added a vid where you can see 3 grape and cream seedlings where 2 seem to be less happy than the third. Heatstressed mostly. This was due to my light hanging too low and the ppfd seemed a bit much for them so ive adjusted and they seem happier and are folding out flat again. 1 didnt seem phased so for now we'll keep an eye out for that one for cutting purposes but its very early hahah

Day 21 - she got repotted into her 38 Litre airpot. She is not as close to the lights as I'd like, but saying that I wouldn't mind her to stretch a little bit.
