Just starting the 3rd week, I’m at 1/2 strength on the nutrients, will be changing water and nutrients every Saturday. Looking good. Roots coming thru. So far so good coming into second weekend of clean water and more food on Saturday. Really starting to get full. 8/18 Fresh water and nutrients today and both topped. Finishing out the 3rd week all topped and ready to bush out.

We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... Dr greenthumbs bud and bloom doing its thing and i added some inorganic heavy pk fert as you can mix organic with synthetic so google says, so will be interesting to see the results

Had to bend the tops of two because they were about to hit the ceiling of the greenhouse. Removing the greenhouse is near impossible at this point, its anchored in the ground and holds supplemental lighting and venelation. Starting to see flowering nodes form! Finally haha. I really love these plants so far, been a blast to grow. Switched to transitional bloom nutes, next week probably no more gro pro. Really dissapointed that I didnt have more head room for these babies. I will be DEFINITELY be growing these again. Totally sativa tree like characteristics and an interesting smell of earthy/sweet/musty.

This week went well. They are all stretching out nicely, except for alien berries which is looking a little runtish. Pink kush did not like the nitrogen and she made it clear to me with some claws up top. She also began to really prefiere so next feed will be with bloom mutes for her. The other ladies still seem to be in veg despite showing sex already. Defoliating any large leaves covering lower growth tips.

Start of week 7, for the Super Lemon Haze, I'm repeating the week 6 feed cycle as she's going for at least one extra week 9, compared to only 8 weeks for the blueberries, before flushing. Last week was good, but the Super Lemon Haze continues to be a very hungry girl. She is very sticky and has a light lemon smell. The two blueberry plants continue to pack on weight and size, they have a very pungent smell and are starting to get sticky like the SLH.

The humidity continues to be very high and even the small humidifier I put inside the tent isn’t bringing it to where I need to be. Probably going to go out and get a dehumidifier to cover the entire basement or vent it out my next grow. Either way, it doesn’t seem to be harming them too much. It’s finally stopped stretching and the buds have started to fatten. Orange hairs are starting to show and most of the buds are sticky to the touch ( even brushing my arm up against them). Still defoliating a little each day to see if that helps with the humidity.

It smells of nothing but diesel n a very pungent Kush smell the berries nor mango scent hasn’t quite poked thru yet but it definitely smells of quality bud in the veg closet ha may need to upgrade my carbon filter. Gonna move these ladies at the end of the week. Thanks for tuning in!

Another mostly positive week completed. Pests firmly at bay. Environment humidity looking good and all the buds are getting bigger. Top dressed some nutrients / insect frass earlier in the week which I’m sure was a week or so late. - Heidi looking very hungry by D57 - the whole plant is looking yellow. Solution to problem is some organic liquid nutes which arrived today from now as needed. Overall they and the other 2 ladies in the tent are looking a zillion times better than my first grow.
