Burnt tips a bit this week but going well Stretched like a mofo this week. Temps are getting crazy and humidity was bad enough I invested in a new dehumidifier.. I got trigger happy after seeing the excellent growth and structure of this plant last grow that I chose it as my main strain this grow - growing 4 in DWC .. but I’m not in love with the effects of it at this point so that sucks but nbd.. it’s still a decent smoke

--------------------------------------- Seedsman Afghan Kush Harvest --------------------------------------- Harvest day 6th of December, 6/12/2019 Germination: 6/8/2019 Weight on the scales : 219g, weighted after 10 days of drying, but there are stems and some leaves, not a lot, but only bud would be a little less weight. Flowering weeks: 10 weeks Veg weeks: 7 weeks Fluxh weeks: 2 weeks ---------------------------------------- Harvest was a little aerlier than expected ( flowers development), because i spotted some mold points on some buds, like 5 in total, lost few flowers but a cleaning trim was done after. I was checking every day, cut the plant inmediatly, also beacuse RH was rising, and also some rain was coming after a couple of sunny days. Production could have been better, yes, but, started to flower really late too, so that allowed the plant to grow a little more also, so that added some branches and space for buds, the thing that i notice is that they could have grow more in summer, but its simply a blessing that, this plant, made it until December hahaha :D Loved to eat a lot, high doses always. Noticed extra vigorousity when adding rich micro nutrients. Trully special plant, the range of purple/dark purple/blue purple colours showed will make me remember this plant. The flowers pack an extraordinary aroma, after 3 weeks in jars, the flavour is: hash/fruity/cream and it smells like: mangoes/fresh fruits and hash/resin. Overall looking good, despite the persistent spider mite problem. Spraying them with my garlic concoction for that. Having cooler temperatures now; Green Crack tends to display a show of colors when exposed to colder temperatures during flowering. I'm starting to see a few red streaks in the flowers. Giving them their last feed this week. Going to start flushing. Ordered a pocket microscope to check on the trichomes.😎

This strain is fantastic to grow, another week down and flowering is really starting to show 🙏😁 untied them after last week's post and they have really reacted well. Humidity still isnt as low as i would like even with carbon filter n exhaust fan and a dehumidifier its sitting 58-62, all plants seem to be doing fine though thankfully. Starting to produce some smell now when in and out of the tent, god bless carbon filters 😂🙏 Excited to see what the next few weeks have in store. Have a great weekend everyone 💚

Green papaya from super sativa seeds club looking good at week 6, we will continue with some more nutrients from xpert nutrients this week and after that only water. The buds are showing quite some thc levels and have an amazing sweet smell. Very happy with this tester for sure!

Making the ties and defoliating to the light enter in the center of the plant.

Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.

Day 85. Few days ago I trimmed most leafy Northern Lights and she loved it ! So tomorrow two most mature Alaskan Diesels go to chop room. All other plants will get defoliation too, will have space to reach all plants. Third Alaskan Diesel is catching, but he is a week behind. Green Cracks will fall in 2-3 weeks, Northern needs at least 4 .... Will move my Bruce Banner's to main tent. I still feed Northern , but all other plants are on pure water. Day 86. Rearranged all girls, trimmed them heavy, gave new positions. One Northern lights is still in dark part of tent, I think I need 7-10 days til last Alaskan Diesel will mature and it will be only 8 girls left. Brought other diaries girls to main tent and added Mars Hydro SP150 as supplemental side lightning ... They miss height a lot compaired to older plants, so I hope it will help a bit . Never used lights that way before ... Happy Growing !!!

I had to transfer to the bigger pots the week. There was a lot of stretch in the cups and they were falling over. so will see how it goes this week. Coco with the Azomite and a little clone x myco powder at the root base, Just a baby feeding 1 mil/gal of the three part Emerald Harvest and Cal Mag in a 5 gallon bottle. PH at 6.1, then another 5 gallons of plain PH 6.2 water no food to get run off from the pots. The runoff was PH 5.8 so in happy with that. I got the time-lapse running so I will post it at the end of each week moving in to the next one. waiting on a green filter for the camera to help adjust the color so everything will not look blurpule. Cheers.

Started adding PK booster late into week 4. Ideal time to add PK is end of week 2 so the lack of early PK definitely hurt the density formation. These bad boys began to really stretch this and last week - really wish I had setup a SCROG for an even canopy. Oh well, you live and you learn. By the end of the week, the aroma on the plants began to smell really good like Sunny D.

Not much going on, pretty boring stage of growing hahaha Buds are gaining weight and resin production is at full power. Smell is getting stronger and stronger.
