Another week of flower in the books. The Afghani x Mac1 auto is finally starting to get some terp production and smelling like exotic fruit...papaya leaning. She's drinking water multiple times a day, and I've honestly stopped measuring. I give her water when she's light, and that's about twice a day. She was also top dressed this week with 1tsp of 284 bloom and 1tbsp of guano.

Hello again, Growdiaries community! 😎 We have reached the end of the vegetative stage with my Critical, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This week has been entirely focused on preparing the 'engine' for the explosive flowering phase that begins this Sunday. 📏 Evolution & Structure: The plant is now 20 cm tall. After the intensive training last week, she has spent these days consolidating those 4 main colas. The canopy is perfectly flat, and the secondary shoots are receiving direct light thanks to a final strategic cleanup. ✂️ Applied Techniques: Selective Thinning: I performed a cleanup in the center of the plant. By removing internal leaves and small shoots that were shaded, I’ve guaranteed total light penetration and better air circulation around that massive fasciated stem. LST Maintenance: Adjusted the ties to keep the structure wide. No more topping from now on—I want those 4 heads to stretch vertically! 💧 Watering & Nutrition (The Big Jump): Volume: Increased to 1 Liter of water per session. Water Temperature: Always watering with lukewarm water (approx. 21°C) to avoid thermal shock, which is vital when growing in an outdoor terrace setup. Fertilizers: Stepped up the dose to 2 ml/L of Bio-Grow. The plant is responding with a deep, healthy green and zero signs of stress. 🌤️ Bunker Environment (Terrace Setup): Temperature: Stable at 27°C with lights ON. Even though external temperatures drop to 1-2°C, my 'closet-within-a-closet' system keeps the minimums at a safe 18-19°C. Lighting: My QBK1500PLUS (150W) is running at 100% in Veg mode, kept at a 60 cm distance to encourage that final pre-flowering stretch. Aroma: A very noticeable 'fresh green' scent fills the tent every time I open it! Next Step: This Sunday is the BIG DAY. I’m switching the timer to 12/12, activating the Bloom switch (adding the Red/IR spectrum), and getting ready for the legendary Critical stretch. 04/09/2023 Still no fertilizer, I'm just removing the yellow leaves that are falling off almost on their own. I should probably harvest them at different times based on their trichomes, but I'll have to dry them in my growbox, so I'll harvest them all at once, probably next week. I'm checking the trichomes every day, and the trichomes on the sugar leaves on plant number 1 are already starting to turn brown since 02/09

They are looking real good. I think I may have gotten some nutrients on one plants leaves and it caused some yellowing and leaf curl, I’m hoping it straightens out.

Well time for the chop, I'm not waiting any longer! 10 weeks on a "fast" "ruderelis" cross my a@$! None the less she smells amazing, thick strawberry old school hash at the moment. The back couple of phenos could have done another week easy!! Trimmers at the ready boys and girls, results coming soon!!!

This is the final week of this girl. She has done well, the colas are big and juicy. Nothing much to say, I'll harvest her this friday. I'll update with my impressions.

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Thanks for all the support & help along the way & happy growing friends!🤙🏼✌️🏼🌱 Update on 1st plant - dry weight 42g, still smelled pretty Earthy when I put it in the jar but the smell is definitely coming out now, extremely sticky & frosty buds❄️: 1:🏼🙏🏼 Update - plant 2 Dry weight was 40 grams! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! This was my first ever serious grow ever. About 12 years ago I grew in a little PC grow case but I picked it early and didn't dry and cure it right. Tasted like hay, ha! So for my first ever legit grow, I was super happy with these genetics. On the whole they were relatively easy to grow. There were never any bud rot, PM, disease or insect issues at all. I had two distinct phenotypes from these 2 seeds. One was the normal green pheno. It grew extremely easy and showed no deficiencies whatsoever the entire grow. The nugs it produced have a very funky smell to them. Lots of orange and green on those ones. My cell phone pics I attached were desaturated from my cell phone. I'll take better pics of it after it's done curing. The purple pheno on the other hand was a little more temperamental. Right after germination it kinda of twisted a little. I nearly cut it at one point because I didn't have enough experience to know if it would make it. Thankfully I didn't cut it! It had what appeared to be a calmag deficiency the entire grow despite the green pheno doing perfect with the exact same parameters/nutrients/water. In the end though, I think the environmental stress the plant had throughout the grow was possibly what caused the purple pheno to come out and maybe was also the reason there were soooo many crystals! They smell very floraly, spicy and perfumey kinda. And they are SOOOOOO beautiful. They smell incredible too. Green pheno yielded 41g. Purple yielded 37g for a total of 2.75 ounces dried. I dried the green plant for 12 days and the purple plant for 16 days. Whole plant dry. Average conditions were 62 degrees, 58% over the dry. My basement is great for drying due to the year round low 60 degree temps in there. Gonna cure them for a couple weeks to see just how much more sophisticated the smells develop. I will upload some more high quality, non cell phone pics after these are done curing. So I can only compare these genetics to nothing as it's my first grow but I was extremely happy with these. For my next grow starting tonight or tomorrow I'm gonna focus on more training, better nutrient feed and a slightly longer veg time so that I can really up the yields for that harvest. I'd like to get 8 or more ounces. We shall see!

White Widow still on Big but but on the next week I wanna change as well. Watering cycle /Feeding - Feeding - only water - Feeding - Feeding - only water/. I wonder about flushing Pineapple on the next week. White widow I will keep longer. I'm really enjoy of Mars Hydro sp250 and mix of two nutrients company. Bought WhiteWidow need more time but can't wait for result. Pineapple start smelly nice. I wanna cure longer for better somke, maby 5-6 month. For the next sezon I really need second Sp250.

Update vom Blütetag 39 Ich wünsch euch allen erstmal dicke Buds an den Bäumen und alles gute zum Nikolaus! 🎅💚 Die Woche ging's wieder mit einigen Fragezeichen weiter, aber seht euch die Bilder selber an. Bis jetzt macht mir nur die Blue Cheese n bisschen Sorgen, die braunen spitzen werden schlimmer und bei den andern sind auch schon erste Anzeichen zu sehen. Erst dacht ich es kommt von Überwässerung, Lichtstress, oder Klimaproblemen und mittlerweile denk ich an zuviel CalMag und der Booster hat ihnen dann den rest gegeben. Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht verstärkt zu viel Magnesium die aufnahme von Phosphor, ist zumindest meine Theorie. Jetzt bekommen sie erstmal nur Wasser, denk das werden wir schon noch gut zu Ende bringen. Die Erde hat auf jeden genug Power wie das aussieht, beim nächsten run müsste das besser klappen. Finally I cut her down on Day 87. She had a difficult start but eventually produced thick fat buds. Looks delicious. I did not weigh the wet weight because I hung the plant in its entirety. I will post the dry weight later. To be continued.......

Nothing much has changed with the plants this week besides those buds slowly growing. Same feeding/watering schedule, just letting them do their thing...
