These girls are throwing some gigantic buds already! I'm very excited for this run of strawberry banana. There is already some trichomes building up as well. I had to use a little neem oil to control mildew on mostly the right plant as the left one had hardly any. I'm very pleased with the size shape & overall vigor with these ladies. Day 63 Flowering: Well folks we have reached that point where it has all been focused on. The Fft#9 has been a great performer from seed to finish amd i cannot fault the genetics at all. She has responded to all the training with no issues at all. Easy to work with and hardy enough to take some punishment with supercropping ect... Buds smell fruity with a hint of diesel to them and are so sticky icky now too. Her trichs are all cloudy and she has a nice proportion of emerging Amber's so tonight she will goninto 48 hrs dark before inhanf her for drying alongside the FFT@10 who has had a week hanging in approx 4°C and 18°C as the outside temps drop. She is still a waybof dry and will possibly be another week if I leave her in this position in the roof space. Once I hang the FFT#9 in the tent and begin her drying , I will move the fft10 too. I could not be happier with these twontesters as they have performed excellently. brilliant job fast buds. roll on harvest time.

Nearing the finish line! OMG these ladies are blowing me away 😳 the Tricomes are carpeted, the buds are fat and dense. I’ve been. Tapering off all the nutrients and feeding ph’d water until I get 10-15% runoff from the pot to help break up the pockets left behind and to use up what’s left in the plant. Have some very distinct phenos, all of them are stellar but there are a few standouts… won’t be much longer 🇨🇦👊❤️

Aug 17: Chemdawg auto is ripening nicely. Need direct sun to make trichomes but it is cool smoky and overcast again today. Oh well, not everyday is 24 C and sunny all day. Aug 20: sunny day again and have her under a UV light. Aug 21: chance of rain today so no UV light while I’m at work today.

Did some defoliation as well as more LST. They are all doing well Ultimate 1 & 2 are further in flower than Ultimate #3 but that is because she was stunted by the use of the Phlizon light at the beginning.

Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Pre-Flowers On 13/04/2024, a gentle defoliation was carried out to clear away leaves that were obscuring younger bud sites. Additionally, the nutrient regimen was adjusted to incorporate Sensi Bloom at a concentration of 3.6.6 ml/l, with planned incremental adjustments up to 4ml/l as the flowers begin their enchanting journey towards full bloom. 1 hour after the lights were turned on, it was noted that the extractor fan may have been inadvertently disturbed during the defoliation process. This is evident from the slight drooping of the , likely influenced by both temperature fluctuations and the defoliation itself. Remember to always double-check the outlets after each session to ensure smooth operations. Few hours later.... Cropmaster installed/extra 4inch extractor fan attached! 14/04/2024 Undertook defoliation procedures and implemented certain modifications. In the previous evening, Cropmaster experienced LED malfunctions. Consequently, I have resorted to utilizing the Budmasters God 9 once again God.4 Mid-day: installed 60watt side light!

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

We're now at week 10 and about a week or so left until I decide to chop this bush down and begin drying and curing. I haven't really been doing much this week besides trimming one or two leaves off, the week prior I have removed only 4 during the whole week and the plant in whole has still been developing rapidly. This is supposedly the last week from the breeders description that the plant should be mature enough but with the transplant in the beginning stunting it for a week has probably been enough reason why growth was unstable during the whole time, I sort of felt it as well when it started flowering at such a small size. I've learn my mistake have redeemed myself with the care i gave it after the stunting. The lower bud sites are still deep green as if they haven't received enough light and I tried to fix that by lowering the light but the taller colas were getting too close (at least 5-8" close) so I decided to leave it at around 10-13" away so I don't disrupt the growing environment too much. I don't want to open the tent too much too now that it stinks up my small room in seconds and sometimes creeps through the doors out to the other rooms and outside the house if my window is open so I'll be looking into the tent when i need to water, fix something with the irrigation system, fix the height of the light, or get ready to harvest. I don't think I will be defoliating anymore since all bud sites are exposed to an extent and I just overall don't want to bother her and watch her naturally do the rest. I will be giving it another week or so to catch up making it around 75-80 days in total. I will be flushing it by now since i've looked at the trichomes on the most and least developed to find that it's starting to amber already with about a quarter turning white so purging the nutes now will be essential towards the end, i'm pretty excited and hope you guys are too.

Lkve this strain and will revist in the future. What can you ask for in a strain??? Strap in for a quick bloom. 54 days and ready to chop!!!! She can handel a good shot of nutes and can handle fluctuations in ppm well. Week 3 is always a fun week as the floweres swell at an incredible rate and seem to eat the stem they are attached to.
