Day 1 of flower :)

Defoliated again the leaves which were growing over Bud sites The streching phase has begun. I am corious how tall the plant will go.

Aug 29th - entering week 4 of Flower for CloudWalker and rOOF95 - PurpsBerry enters week 9 of Flower. Looking at her today,!if this monsoon does not happen -Purps fed and she looks amazing. Possible flush next week. Samples to be taken this week for microscope assessment Sept 4th - last day of week 4 for rOOF95 and CloudWalker - PurpsBerry gets inspected today, could be close to Harvest for her

I'm watering both of these plants 1 gallon ever 2 days. They're starting to build up!! As an overview You can see from the pictures that both are dealing with a little bit of heat stress. They are in a tent where all other plans love it hot and the temperatures are in the low eighties. if you look at the top leaves you can see canoeing my guess is it's heat. Other than that they're doing great #1 has shot up she stands nearly 12" tall now. this is the plant that we are letting grow completely natural no topping, No training. #2 on the other hand stands almost 8" tall and is much bushier, thicker, and squatter. You can see clearly in the video that we topped her and also are employing some low stress training to tie down her lower branches. both plants are beautiful and doing great! I expect #1 will be transplanted this week sometime #1 is 15" from the light #2 is 25" from it. Day 30: quickly measured because it looked like they grew a bit since watering Thursday. Definitely have too! #2 has easy gone up an inch. #1 is close to the limit of her pot I think.they both have asymmetrical growth 🤨 each have a branch on one side much taller than the other sides so I have begun rotating them daily to help light penetration. Day 31: Today I transplanted #1 she was in a 1Gal nursery pot for 31 day and starting to show some issues. I moved her into a 10x10 square nursery pot. Approximately 3gals. From here she will go into a 10Gal for flower in about 6 weeks!(I'm letting them get some size)Very faint yellowing of the leaves and needing to be watered daily. Attached is a video, showcasing her roots. Idk why, but everytime I transplant they look like the video. Everyone else seems to have an insane amount of roots.🤷‍♂️ #1s roots are some of the thickest I've seen tho, a regular tree! I transplanted using real growers recharge. That's about for today hope u had a great 4th!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Day 33: Just a quick update today. Check the video I say more in that than here. #2 has nutrient burn from the recharge. These are such easy plants!! They need and want nothing! Water them once every 48 hrs or so and that's it! Im obviously going to back off on the recharge tho for then next couple waterings.✌️💚🌱 Day 35: Finishing off the week with a transplant. We put #2 into a 10"x10" nursery pot. Works out to be 3 weeks in the small 3 weeks in the medium then she goes into a 12gal for flower. Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending on my photos and cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. Also all close up pics of the Critical+ are with the lights off and flash on. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. We are make progress now, check out that trichome production this week. Stunning! I cleaned up the bottom one more time. I will be top dressing this next week and it will be the last before harvest.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 85°F with sunny skies. I watered 3-5 gallons from the hose. Day 2 we had high temperature of 87°F with partly cloudy to cloudy skies. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. I added 100 ml of blood meal spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 3 We had a high temperature of 85°F. It rained the previous night and intermittently raining and thunderstorms today. I did get these trained a little this morning. It's not the prettiest but I took some foliage off and opened them up by tying the branches to stakes arranged on the outside of the pots. I added 50ml plant tone and 50ml feather meal in top of the soil. The rain is watering today. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 73°F and all day rain. The rain was what remained of hurricane Beryl. There was a lot of wind up to 20 miles per hour. These girls handled it and loved the rain. Day 5 we had clear sunny skies and a high temperature of 85°F. I fed 150 ml feather meal and 45 ml Coop Poop. I watered 3-5 gallons from the water hose. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 86°F and partly cloudy skies. Plants #1 and #3 developed powdery mildew on their lower leaves. The #2 plant is showing immunity. I'm going to treat for the next 5 days with Arber organic biofungicide. I ran the fertilizer a little hot the girls are clawing and super dark green this evening. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 85 with partly cloudy skies. This week was a success. The girls added height and began flower. The powdery mildew that developed on #3 and #1 is minimal and only on the lower leaves. I'll remove these and try to get them a little more air flow. The girls have been so hungry now that they've gotten some size. The soil I used was recycled organic and had a lot of built up phosphorus from on my previous runs, which meant I couldn't add anything with phos as it would push them to lockout. It's finally playing out and I'm barely keeping these girls fed with enough nitrogen. The nitrogen I added actually had the leaves clawing about 6 hours after I added it. It wasn't bad and you can see on day 7, the girls were already back to business as usual. I finished topping these pots off with soil. The Sun plays a big part in my plants growth. There is very limited room with lots of morning and evening shade. That's why some of these were growing more on one side than the other. It's now changed direction and I've moved the plants to their permanent spot in the garden.

The stretch is real, they are being fed every other day, 1gal/plant basically. Nice uniform stretch along both rows.

Week 6 begins for LSD and Green Crack! These ladies were thirsty! They will get an extra 1/2 round of feeding later this week to satisfy their hunger. LSD smells so fruity and citrusy and is frosty. Hopefully they'll bulk up from here to the finish line. Green Crack is just starting to show frost, she's got lots of bud development, but still waiting for them to bulk up over the next 2-3 weeks. Hello everyone hope you staying cool Cause the weather is over 100 degree and everything is drying and dying. We really need some rain! Anyone with the heat wave I trying keep this gals water up. The biggest one drink water like no tomorrow, well both of them. I give them a tea liquid compost 3.11.11 of organic fertilizers. Just to keep up with the flowering stages she using up a lot nutritions and I’m glad that I was on top of my game with these outdoors grow. Not bad for novice first timer. My family love them. I’m keep in the sun as thst will help with resins production and the bees are doing a fine job pollen them.

Fat B is a must try for All Auto Fans.

She's looking really good so far and the smell she leaves on your hands after handling her, incredible! Her old fan leaves are dropping off and today is the last day I feed her nutes. It'll just be flushing from now on and checking in on the trichomes every once in a while.

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!
