Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

Harvest time for Divine storm. Not much to say about this strain, except this is my last time growing it. July 11 update, 84 grams dry weight. Same taste and smell as before, a wine taste with a bit of fruit.

Video update on the Gushers, she looks amazing, super frosty already, I gave some compost tea for the last stretch and added a bit of bio bloom and bio flowering booster as she got a bit bigger than expected. All going well excited to shoot this one 📸

Started a 5 x 2L auto run- Greenhouse style. Runnin: 3 x Divine Seeds Auto Kabul 1 x Lemon Zkittles auto Dutch genetics 1x XXl auto ammo Dutch genetics Day1 03/07/24 Wednesday Germination by water method, 24hrs in de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.2 Day 2 04/07/24 Thursday Seed sank, transferred now to paper towel for 24hrs until tap root emerges. Day 4 06/07/24 Saturday All taps have emerged!! Planted into final containers. I ran outta pots 🤦‍♂️ so we have: Auto Lemon Zkittles in 3L Auto XXL Ammo 3L Auto Kabul x 3 in 2L pots. All light sprayed to bed the top soil over seed top. I have lined them all out in green house now ✌️💚 Day 6 08/07/24 Monday Light water with De-chlorinated tap pH 6.2 with half t spoon of DyNoMyCo. Got the grow bars in today and they will added to the tent, they are 90w Led grow lights 4 feet long with Banks of Sanan Epistar Smd 2835 and Osrams. PPFD of 198 @ 18” added to the power already there and we got a heck of a light setup. The lights are of great quality and have a three year warranty. Next big investment will mostly be an Apogee Light Meter, tired of fucking around and playing the Guessing game with “Lux meter” on the cell phone. After we acquire the ppfd meter the next step will be acquiring parts to build our own grow light. Also planning on experimenting with light moving technology next grow so we can avoid some of hot spot issues known to be present with Cobs. Lights lights everywhere lights what the heck is going on here? Well the whole idea is to have a ppfd that is as close as possible to 1000 or higher Par/ppfd at 5 foot by 5 foot. Ladies will burned but yields will be large. No guessing or estimating yet. Taking a wait and see approach. The purple gelato mutant is still showing signs that she may indeed be going into flower. Not overly concerned, just kind of cool thing. So all said and done we will try to run 6 side bar lights. 4 cheaper led bars equaling about 180w with 2 Chinese high quality led that are also equal to about 180w. There is also a 2000w Cob grow light with 4 cobs and a bunch of leds draws about 400 watts. And finally a Parfactworks 500w grow light draws about 150 watts. These are all give or take numbers so really I could be drawing 1000 watts or I could be drawing 800 watts. Not really concerned about the power draws we are after bigger weights. And without investing in a new grow light this was our best course of action. Pleased with how everything is progressing and looks great. So I'm actually kind of not use to plants growing this fast every plant is showing gender now in some way. The mutant is most likely not pushing into flower. But again I'm not use to plant growth this fast... Umm #@$% you Advanced Nutrients I used them for half a year and never really had anything to compare them too. This is a superior product in every single way including Price.. Thank you Green Planet Nutrients for making a fantastic product. SMD 2835 – A cheaper led fairly efficient rated at 2.2umols/j with a 3 year warranty offers good value to performance. Comparable to Lg 5830s and Samsung 301h(b) But not as energy efficient. 07/08/2020 Powdery mildew has cleared up got bird poop on leaves now will clean, and defoliate as needed🙏 Red Sky clones do not take light stress well be on top of that shit with a timer! The first clone I took I put under 24 hour light (on purpose)sent out male flower at several nodes (collecting for Feminized project) So no light stress, unless you need to!
