Day 49 - 14th Day of Flower I'm starting to really enjoy this part of the grow. That said the amount they have stretched is crazy! My lights are maxed out height wise and they are only just 18" above the tallest colas so I really hope they finish up stretching soon. Nutes: I added PK13/14 for fridays feed and they seem to have responded really well to it. They have been fed every other day as they aren't quite drying up in 24 hours. One thing I have noticed this week is the smell! They have become incredibly pungent. Everytime i go in the tent I have to change my clothes as they just smell so much. The fan leaves around the bud sites are becoming sticky! I have taken the smallest one out to photograph this week. It was sick when i got it as cutting so wasn't topped as early as the others. That said it seems to have grown into a really nice shape and has lots of buds developing. No problems really this week. Just a bit of mild light burn which I kept on top of. They will have 1 more defoliation this week and then I'll leave them be.

Still lookin healthy as she starts week 2 of flower. Middle branches are growing faster than the rest and I’m running out of room in the center to tuck branches in net.

The girls were moved into the the tent yesterday. It didn't bother them one bit. I had to wait while i fixed a minor nutrient problem. One is taller than the other. So, it got scrogged outward and is filling about 60% of the tent. The other will have to make do with what I give it. The branches, as always, will be intertwined in the middle. I added a video of the other tent if anyone saw last year's diaries where i was showcasing grows in it, too. There are five clones in there. Two Galactic Warheads and three Zangria. They were vegged for four weeks after a one week transition period. I figured it was long enough and I got lucky and timed it about as close as I could hope for. They were thin, malnutrition and not pretty to start with. That's why I'm feeling good about growing my first outside purchased clones. Good luck and have fun Everyone!

Harvest Sunday *** Dec 2nd - one last couple-litre drink of h2o/molasses/rezin to help her through the long night(s) Dec 3 - last day of man-made light comes after 12 Full weeks of Flower !!!!!!!!!!!! - also obviously going to be the largest yielding AutoFlower I have grown. (Walter White, Maui Wowie & Northern Lights Express) ea. grow has been bigger - goal is 48-72 hrs of darkness for Lemon Pie Auto (36hrs darkness is for the plants going into Flower…) -Photos, Chop and Hang happen on Monday morning

Day 132 It's been much cooler this week, and the plants are using much less water. I'm wondering whether to harvest it on Tuesday or wait another week. A little rain is forecast, but it should be very light. I thought the buds would get bigger, but that's not happening. The buds are really loaded with big trichomes. Otherwise, I've defoliated to allow the smaller, lower buds to grow bigger.

Air pump on 2 plants failed and the plants went kraty for a week. Aiming at 400g now, one sticky beast is almost ready to harvest, Lucky first grow! 👌🏻

5 weeks since flip. Switched from house and garden to jacks321, had some salt build up so flushed medium w some drip clean, got ppms down to 950-1000 from 1600. Everything is comin along pretty well.

Both parents of this cross were super gas very weak start. Plants were not strong enough to push the seeds off so I had todo surgery. I really wander if it has something todo with how long you dry the seeds these were almost fresh seeds maybe 13days after harvest then I popped them. 3 of them going so far

[ Updates ] Day 16 - I either went one day too long between watering or let them grow too close to the lights, but they're a bit wilty today and a few small signs of light burn on the canopy. I fed today, 100gal mixture, 10-15% runoff total. Also foliared before lights off with a mixture of Humic/Fulvic, Kelp, Silica, and Calmag (1tsp ea p/gal). Lights have been raised to 18 inches off canopy and reduced to 50% power (was at 60%, 6-8 inches from canopy). Assuming they perk up overnight I will raise the light power back up. C02 has been increased to 900ppm on average. I was thinking about topping but both canopies are full and I'd like to flip soon, I'll probably just remove some large fan leaves when they're perked back up. I'll wait to lollipop until a couple days before flip, and I'll wait to put a net in until after flip. I usually veg into a net and build a canopy, however this time I'd like to see what happens if I only use the net for emergency canopy control and bud support. Day 19 - Watered, 800ppm at 6.8ph. 1.3~ gallons per plant. Silica (.5 tsp/gal), Cal-Mag (1 tsp/gal), FF Grow Big (1 tsp/gal), FF Big Bloom (1.5 tsp/gal), and Kelp (.5 tsp/gal). Went heavier on the calmag and nitrogen. Looks like 3 days between watering is the sweet spot again for these 5 gallon pots. Lights are still at 50%. C02 increased to 1000ppm average, this seems to have made a positive impact on the shock the plants had from seemingly being light stressed. Growth is back to normal, at least an inch a day and the canopies are ready to flip. Selectively topped everything that was higher than the general canopy today. Day 20+21 - Lollipopped! Took me two days instead of one this time but I love how they look. I removed everything from the lower 50% of the plant, most growth nodes that aren't at canopy level, and select fan leaves at canopy level that were light blocking. Moved a few pots slightly to help fill in any holes within the canopy. Reduced lights on period to 15 hours on for day 21, will switch to 12 hours tonight to begin flowering. Began brewing a AACT (compost tea) to feed with at beginning of flower.

The discoloured images are zoomed in iomages through a magnifying glass. The main plants are very close to harvest =] I will begin flushing I think after 1 bout of Cannazym, with aim to harvest ~10 days after. I will tailor each to the plant's unique stage of life, as they're not all equal EDIT: Thank you to one of my commentors; Ezzjaygrows answered grow question 6 days ago Yeah I see no point in going to 10.. your diary says these are autos tho? They can take more than 12 hours of light. You got multiple strains going or what? I do have multiple strains, but they're all auto. Thank you for the point added to the list of things learned. I knew they could take more than 12h, but I was managing remotely, and I thought anything but 12-12 would require , say, 18h for 6 weeks, 16 for 2, 12hr for flush period (I'm aware had I given them more light it wouldnt have taken 12-13 weeks.) On the positive side, I saved a picture of a "best case" Creme Mandarine bud, and reasoned my way to "Yeah mine will probably be 35% as nice, in quality, yield etc." - Sure, these arent Cup winners, but FUCK ME, did they turn out so much better than i expected. Now why's that?; I humbled myself and lurked Creme Mandarine grows and learned and learned and learned. So thank you 'Ezzjaygrows', and thank you Growdiaries =] Don't worry. My 2nd will be diarie'd too, and this time, I wont be remote managing with literal remote CCTV and PH meters/Moisture meters in the CCTV shot. I lost 2 seeds thanks to the person i delegated minor observational management too, a young plant was let to dry out, harming it later on it life, AND he second guessed me constantly. Tera Vega / PK was missed because he thought he knew better.. Which he does... For outdoor.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! After germinating on a wet paper towel inside a hanging plastic baggie for 48 hours, all 6 seeds have opened up. The 3 ZHEETOS (=ZKITTLES X CHEESE) and the 3 BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH X CHEESE) seeds, which I received directly from Milo from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS have a 100% germination result, I love it. The seeds are then carefully (with gloves on and a tweezer) transplanted into small pots (0,25 liter) filled with PLAGRON Grow-Mix. You can see how its done in the video and pics above. I fill the pot with soil and water it a little bit. Then I make a small hole with a finger in the center of the soil. I take the seed off the wet paper towel with a tweezer and put it onto the side-wall of the small hole. I position it right at the edge with the white tap-root pointing down and the seed-shell laying on the edge of the hole. Then i push the soil from the other side-wall towards the seed, so it is enclosed with soil from all sides and the top of the seed shell still peaks out of the soil. This way the seedling does not have to fight its way to the surface, but can grow out right away. Within 24 hours I can see the small seedlings rise and push out of the soil. Some with the seed-shells still on them other without the seed-shell, depending if they were able to shed them in the soil already. The first ones to rise are ZHEETOS #1 and #2 together with BADAZZ-CHEESE #1 and #2, both #3-plants are one day later out of the soil. During week 1 I only gave them little water (0,1 liter per plant every 2nd day) and on day 7 I add BIONOVA ROOTS to the water (0,5 ml/l) to enhance the growth of the roots of the seedlings. After a few days all 6 seedlings have surfaced and then shed their seed shells and unfolded their Cotyledons (=first round leaf). They grow quick and healthy in the first week inside my GrowforLife-Coset and start to develop the first sets of real leaves. This closet is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST SILENT stealth-grow-cabinet EVER! (check them out: www.growforlife.com ) I loved my first round in it and cant wait for this one. The plants LOVE the spectrum and light-intensity of the two 50 watts SANlight-LED modules built into the closet. The 100 watts of light are plenty for the small grow-surface (45x45cm) of the closet. This round I will try the whole line of BIONOVA nutrients from the Netherlands, since I have only heard good things about them.
