She’s cruising through late flower now with strong stacking, steady trichome development, and some beautiful natural fading. The canopy stayed balanced and open this week — no new LST applied, but I did remove a few large fan leaves (3–4) to improve airflow and reduce the risk of moisture buildup. Buds are visibly frosting up across all sites, and I’m starting to see early signs of purpling on some of the upper fans, which matches what I’ve seen in the breeder photos. Lower fan leaves are beginning to fade and crisp at the edges — normal end-of-life senescence, nothing widespread or concerning. I continued alternating feedings: watered with Big Bud (5 ml/gal) mid-week, then gave Cal-Mag (1 ml/gal) on Day 63 along with a refill of the auto-watering base. Temps ranged between 86–88°F with humidity steady around 39–42%, which seems to be keeping everything dry, resin-rich, and stress-free. Week 10 starts tomorrow — I’ll begin checking trichomes more closely and start prepping for flush and harvest. Still smelling sweet and staying strong!

Not much do do this week. Training is mostly done. Don't really have anything to trim as was doing it as I went along. Just need to keep an eye on her. She's starting to flower but it looks like dimming the light affected the stretch. Day 37 - some mild defoliation Day 39 - looks like she's done with her stretch but hopefully she'll grow a bit more.

She has reached above the light (light is 72” above her nutrient tank) I supercropped a few of the tallest branches but she’s still in the light. She is developing flowers very well and she has nice tight internodal distances. I suspect she will fill in most of the runs in her tops.

Growing Apple & Bananas was a breeze. The plants showed impressive resistance throughout the entire grow, handling stress and minor fluctuations with ease. This girl was pollinated with Durban Skunk pollen…I await her ripening for the new strain Durban Skunk OG. She has a sweet smell thus far.

It is harvest day for Miss Sweet Skunk. Due to the excessive rain this week and two places of bud rot, Mother Nature forced me to take her down. 2 more weeks would have been nice but that didn't happen. If you have been following me then you know that Miss Sweet Skunk encountered a terrible misfortune. It hailed one evening and one of her two colas was broken. My husband found her damage first and taped her up and then put a wire tie around her. According to the grow diary question/answer platform, I was able to learn that we had done the right thing and changes were good that she would recover from her injury. Not only did Sweet Skunk recover, but she went onto growing at a height of 2 feet, 11 inches. That is just under 100 cm. According to Royal Queen website, "Sweet Skunk Auto seeds produce plants that grow to a very manageable height of around 60–100cm." AND even though Sweet Skunk had a broken stem, she GREW! This plant was a very tall and lanky plant. Her buds are plentiful but started out quite small. I wish I had another couple of weeks to see her reach her full potential, but that is left for another grow. For now, I am happy she survived all the weather that Mother Nature threw at her this week and it is a good day:) **The last two pictures are pictures of my indoor grow of Sweet Skunk that I did NOT record on grow diaries. However, it is a great way to compare an outdoor grow and indoor grow of the same strain. Stay turned for weigh ins.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Début de semaine 8 remplies de surprises, la tente de culture qui avait du retard selon moi par rapport à la deuxième tente, a progressé à une vitesse fulgurante, certes les plantes qui composent celle-ci sont plus petites mais la canopée est plus uniforme et il est à présent difficile de différencier dans ce que l’on voit de qui appartiens à qui tellement chaque plante à des ramifications remplies de bourgeons, un vrai régal pour les yeux et le nez. Elles font rêvées, ces jolies demoiselles... Ma deuxième tente que je pensais nickel si ce n'est que je n'ai pas su contrôler leurs hauteurs et que je me suis retrouvé avec les pointes qui touchaient la lampe, enfin après avoir tricoté un peu et diriger les branches en les attachants des fois avec de la laine, j'ai pu reprendre un peu le contrôle et m assurer que la lumière transite bien dans toute l'espace de culture devenu une vraie forêt. Et la surprise à 2 semaine de la fin, alors que je comptais commencer mon rinçage, je me suis aperçu que certaines de mes feuilles de la partie basse, comportaient des taches suspectes, après investigations et recherche sur internet, j'avais des thrips ! Etant en phase de floraison très avancés, mes moyens de traitements contre ces nuisibles sont donc presque nul, traitement chimique interdit, me reste donc comme solution le protoxyde d’hydrogène mais très discutés sur la toile ou les avis divergent beaucoup... le savon noir, dont beaucoup de sites présentes des recettes qui peuvent nous être très utiles , les bandes adhésives bleu prévus pour les thrips, et la dernière solution éliminé manuellement a la main... Après avoir lu et fouiller le net, je me suis tourné vers growdiaries et je me suis rendu sur le chat du site ou j'ai fait la connaissance de chouettes personnes qui me sont venus en aide et je les remercie encore grandement. Pour ma pars face à ce nuisible, j'ai suivi leurs conseils : savon noir plus éliminé à la main et contrôle minution chaque jour. Si je peux les nommes, merci à laBOSSANOVA, bird_of_prey et weedawan pour leurs conseils et leurs sympathies, première demande d’entraide réalisé à merveille. Ce site est juste top.

La humedad anda entre 55% la temperatura está entre 22/23 grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. . Hello everybody! This week will be the hardest one. I’ll have to work a lot inside the room, and even on GD to document all the changes. Last week I topped for the last time (in reality this happened the first day of this week), and finally stopped with high stress training. From now on, our attention will fall totally on ScrOG. Day 43: Topped the 4 colas at the extremities. Red blood came out from them (see the photos). Amazing! Sorry for the bad quality, but I got just the phone with me when I did the job. When I took the second photo (a few hours later), the plant had already sucked up all the lymph. You can still see the red blood by the way. Day 44: Set the timer to start with 12/12 from midnight of day 45. Day 45: SO MANY THINGS HAPPENED TODAY. Flowering started, baby! 🤩 Today, in the evening, I worked for about 4 hours to prepare the ScrOG environment. - Improved the LST before placing the grid. - Took some photos. - Removed the humidifier. - Since my LED panel has half of the blue lights broken (this happened three weeks ago), resulting in 100W less of total potency, I added 3 new lights pointing where the panel is broken (2x 36W led bulbs and 1x 30W COB led light). I uploaded a photo and a video to better understand what I’m talking about. I even tried changing the broken LED driver, but it didn’t work, so now I’ll have to wait until the end of this cycle to send it to maintenance. - Put 20gr of BatMagno (which is bat guano), 10gr of “Farina di Neem” (Neem Flour), and 50gr of Alghe, all of them over the soil. I’ll write something about these fertilizers at the end of the comment. - 4.5L of tap water (corrected to PH6.5), which gave zero runoff. Haha, she’s drinking like a camel. - Placed the grid. - Took a few photos. - Little defoliation. - Took all the other photos. - There we go! I preferred not to add the bloom fertilizer now because I’m a little worried about overfertilizing this baby. During veg, she showed me she doesn’t like nutrients, so I’m just listening to her requests. I’ll add the bloom one as soon as she seems hungry again. By the way she’s just 20cm tall (I’m so proud of this result) and the grid is located a few centimeters above her. All of this is possible thanks to the presence of betaine, cytokinins, vitamins, auxins and alginates polysaccharides. - Farina di Neem (Neem Flour): it’s a vegetable product based on Neem seeds, obtained from the extraction of Neem Oil through a process of cold-squizzing out, which increases crops, improving both growth and flowering, as well as strengthening the roots of the plants. The Neem Flour is mixed with nitrogen fertilizers, that slow down the conversion and leaching of nitrogen. Repeated interventions improve the endogenous resistance of plants to pathogens, creating an unsuitable environment for the development of insects and cryptogams. Due to the presence of important trace elements for plant life, it prevents imbalances and nutritional disorders. It also protects plants from Nematodes, ants, insects and soil larvae. Let’s say Alghe is the most smelly product. My room now smells like seaweed! I need to figure out how to give her water now that the grid is on. I think I’ll plug a 2m pipe at the end of my watering can. That’s the most easy and cheap way to fix this problem. I just need to find the right size of the pipe. I’ll show you my solution next week.
