Hello friends! Here’s the skinny on my grow “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’m going to split this up a bit so it’s easier to follow, this will be a long one :) ~ Progress Day 56 ~ There’s been a lot of growth happening since I got this new light from KINGLED, genuinely surprised. I could notice the difference within hours that my little ones where love’n the light! Compared to last week the difference is huge (to me). I was using a Bestva LED light for my grows up to this point. I read reviews and thought that would be the best light (Bestva) within my current budget. But my plants didn’t seem happy, or growing at an expected rate, I thought I was doing something wrong. Well long story short the KINGLED has made a impact on my plants, I can’t believe all I needed was more light. I will post the light specs below if you’re interested. Now i’m gonna jump right into this weeks growth. I’ll separate each plant below and provide details on height and structure. ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD Blueberry] Height: 6.0" Tops: 8 Notes: Smallest of the mothers, and she has a weird asymmetrical growth pattern, the nodes don’t match evenly, not sure what mutation this is. It could be that this strain doesn’t like being mainlined.. If this negatively impacts the overall yield and quality I will kill off this mother plant and clones. I have 2 more seeds to germ so it’s not a total loss. [Mazar] Height: 8.0" Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is responding the best to the mainline experiment, I’m excited to clone her off later. Nice symmetrical growth :) [White Widow] Height: 6.1" Tops: 8 Notes: I honestly thought she would be the runt, guess not! Though not the biggest she has the phatest leaves and thickest canopy. I can only wonder what the next few weeks will be like. Must clone! [Super Silver Haze] Height: 7.2" Tops: 8 Notes: Another that’s responding well to the treatment. I’d like to clone her of as well as soon as there is enough growth for me to collect samples. I’ve only had this strain once so I’m hoping this will be as good or better, who knows :) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 8.0 Tops: 8 Notes: I lost the clone to this girl, I'll need a replacement(s) to test before I flower, more stretch than the others, hmm (both 1 & 2 need to be tested via clones) [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 9.0 Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is very stretchy and her clone is insane! Thickest stalk out of any of my girls? I don't know why but she is phat, love it. Check out my diary "A Few Clones" if you're interested in this possible monster of a plant :) ~ Concerns ~ My only real concern at this point is mite and insect control. This grow is in the garage so that’s not especially easy to avoid. Staying vigilant and nuke’n everything that moves (without harming my plants) is working so far. Those pesky mites and other fan favorite insects! I swear I’ll get my revenge >:( ~ Final Thoughts ~ Other than the local mite population making claims to my property, I’m very satisfied with this weeks progress. Installing the ducting and fans was the hardest chore I had to do, and now that’s taken care of. Before I finish up I want to apologize for not being as detailed and thorough these past few weeks. Now this is a bit personal but I’m willing to share it with ya’ll. My mother has stage 4 cancer, yeah… It hasn’t hit me like a train yet, but I’m still suffering. I’m trying to prepare myself in the event she doesn't make it through chemo and that’s a tough pill to swallow friends. Hopefully I can produce some cbd medicine for her to ease her pain, and help to improve her quality of life. It was poured once with about 200 ml because it is still under the hood with very high humidity that is enough :-). Next week the hood will be opened bit by bit so that it can get used to the surroundings :-). Otherwise the tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled every day this week. This week was good. Its been a week since I made the flip..the ladies are already starting their stretch. Pistils are showing up all over the ladies, which is a good sign of stable genetics being that I used feminized seeds. Right now I am giving them the transition stage feeding schedule. This will be my 1st time using bloom booster, I intend to start adding kool bloom to the feedings this week. Also I increased the intensity of the grow light to 100% Yesterday. 11/10 - Over this last week the ladies have consumed a significant amount of nutrients in addition to the water they drank. After 4-5 days ppms measured 580 and pH 6.7. Added full strength nutes to top off (not half-strength like normal). This brought the res to 715ppm and 6.2pH. Removed a couple older fan leaves that weren't getting good light. Plant is maintaining 6" height with wire ScrOG. She has started to show her bud sites and I expect a fairly healthy stretch due to her ~90+ day timeline. This should allow plenty of tucking under the ScrOG to allow light to the inner bud-sites and increase overall yield vs previous grows. Auto Maxi Gom is growing good. She got her first lst today. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Xpert Nutrients. The feed chart might be a bit strong for autoflowers. I think I got it better figured out now. Everything is looking really good. 🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive.
