Weekly update on these absolutely gorgeous girls. I was gone for the beginning of the week and came back today and I swear the flowers have doubled in size. They're smelling super strong and gassy. The flowers are dense as rocks so I hope with the summer heats they'll stay that way and not become airy. All in all Happy Growing.

Espero no la haya polinizado Relleno la parte superior del sustrato con 3 cm de Light Mix, ya que se ha compactado mucho Riego muy despacio con 500 ml de H2O para que se asiente Día 78 (24/12/2023) Reviso diariamente en espera que no sea hermie o se haya polinizado De momento todo va bien.... Añado un par de vídeos para que veáis los espectaculares colores morados que están mostrando 😍 En 20 años cultivando, nunca había visto una cepa tan bonita. Im in love 😂

Her needs are increasing, the calyxes are swelling more and more. Yesterday she also got some delicious food to keep her going. Her smell is enormous but so delicious, a berry sweet smell with a hint of lemon. She is slowly getting a purple tinge so we got one of the 60% of the phenos 💪🏻 Looking forward to showing you more next week, thanks for the stop. The carmalious auto liked a the soil ph around 5.8 I noticed when growing. The Pineapple Express auto didn’t care for much nutrients. They both started off pretty strong but had some issues with the Pineapple Express during early flowering, but figured out the problem and fixed it. Both plants were grown in 2 gal flower pots and yielded roughly over a ounce a piece.

The black diamond from zamnesia was grown outside while the rest where inside the tent look how beautiful my black diamond turned out left all alone no feed or water for 5 months I returned to find this im in scotland so you know its very hard to grow out here

Week 5 of flowering for the three ladies went well. A couple of the hairs started turning orange and shriveling. Tricomb production is looking grand, smell just continues to grow stronger and stronger. Stinking the whole house up even with a 4” carbon filter and fan constantly scrubbing the closet. Ph fell down to the lower 6.1-6.2, plants started yellowing and loosing older fan leaves, could have something to do with them Inching closer to harvest time, also probably has something to do with the slight ph drop, either way sugar leaves, new growth, and bud is all thriving so as long as the problem doesn’t continue to get server I’m not worried about the plant using up nutrients and offing some at this point in time useless lower fan leaves. Popsicle cake is giving off a straight gas/diesel fuel smell. The tallest unknown plant is solid lemons and Kush, and the middle sized unknown plant has a semi sweet but yet gassy aroma coming off her. Very exciting leading into week 6 of flower!

Growing this strain was quite cool. A nice small grow or macro grow I should say. The plant seemed quite resilient which is always a good thing. I wish I could have waited another week before harvest but was getting complaints about the smell. Most of all I have to say I am rather impressed with my yield, I thought I would get 10 grams in a 4ltr pot maybe 14 at the most but ended up with 21 grams/ 3 quarters of an ounce, so next grow I'm hoping for an oz!

Well the grow was very pleasant, she got amazing structure an look of the buds, very frosty and amazing smell...so thank you Mephisto genetics you did insane job. i have ordered few seed from Mephisto but they lost i guess(((coz i have not receive them. Hey Growers, End of week 3 from seed :) - From the start of the grow Ive been experiencing small issues with plant #2 but everyday I learn new things and try to figure out what she wants and try to adapt to it. looks like its working slowly. 1st time of transplanting, it was a success. 1st week of nutrients, I will feed 1/3 to start

It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.
