CRAZY NIGHT (Continued) And not only is Frontdesk girl steaming mad that NX hit it and quit it (apparently she was looking to make him breakfast and then introduce himn to the family!!!), she brought along her rather large brother! Frontdeskgirl sees the Stephanies, they see her, large brother see NX's eyes and everyone puts 2 and 2 together. Stphanie 1 was the first to smack NX accross the face, followed by S2 with a kick to the shin, more from S1, S2 with the assist, NX starts hobbling away. But no! Now Frontdesk girl has made it to the group and shes swinging at EVERYONE!!!! Luckily myself and the others in our group were safely out of arms reach and were able to witness this spectacle alongside the curious morning Montreal onlookers. The stephas start fighting back with FDG, and the brother starts to chase my brother!!! Now in most situations, my brother would get backup, bit there was just too muych going on to watch, the big dude obviously had a bum knee, and my bro had a head start and an athletic build. So, there we were, bags dumped outside the hotel, a classy fight on the sidewalk in front of us, my brother running away into the sunrise, and a whole day of events planned. I've been a bit hands off this week again. The Black Jack and NYC started to get a little yellow at the bottom, so I could have probably started feeding more a couple of days earlier, but I didn't notice until I was ready to turn on the AutoPots. The reservoir was filled with 20l, and I can already see a growth spike starting. I'll probably top them all in the next few days and flip to flower shortly after.

I have a lot of vertical space and little horizontal space, that's why I'm not using networks. Only a central 8 mm iron stake, in the absence of a net, to prevent the weight of the buds from bending the side branches, I am tying them to the central stake with ropes made of “t-shirt rags” (they have just the right elasticity and do not hurt the plants, and I have many old t-shirts, haha). It is an economical and simple, but effective solution. Likewise, for those who do not have horizontal space problems, I recommend using networks! Started to have problems with insects munching on the leaves, I applied trifecta and insecticidal soap simultaneously so they do not get used to one or the other and it has seemed to stop their destruction for now. Will continue to apply one a week as a preventative measure. Have not given the plants any nutrients up to this point since they have not shown any problems during growth

At the end of this week we got to put these ladies outside to finish out the summer; finally! They have made a large jump in height; but we low stress trained them all down, now that they have ample space to do so. I had an accident with one of the plants while LST and ripped the main trunk a little bit at the topped knot, we repaired the rip with para film immediately; she seems to be recovering well, barely skipped a beat so far. We continued to water with ancient earth every watering, and I gave them a foliar spray of gaia green soluble seaweed extract the morning after their first night outside. They are acclimating well to their new permanent outdoor home. ☀️

Was thinking about going to 12/12 this week, but have put it off till next. Veg filling >1/4 of the 16sq ft net, but I can't wait much longer! Moved from one 13g container to 2x13 (one with plant) plus a 27g reservoir. Expect to be much more stable on nutes now. Remote reservoir keeps temp of nutes down.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Durban Nights, she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and has her first true set of leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Day F79 and the momma gets the chop. Kind of a sad day, I really did enjoy growing this strain. The mother proved to be a beast at chop time, looks to be 5 oz+ of beautiful purps and crystals. Will grow this strain again and have sent some of the genetics across the country and across the border for other Growmies to enjoy.

The journey has come to a different stage. She got moved to the dark garage for 48 hours of darkness after 3 days of heavy water. I pulled her a week earlier than I wanted. Too many concerns, got lots of rain and she's got dense chunky nugs, spent half of her life outside. No pest issues, not mold, I think I got lucky. Trichomes were all cloudy, 5% amber, still so many white hairs. Smelt like gassy, burnt rubber while trimming. Hopefully the smoke was worth the fire. On day 5 drying, looking good so far.

Day 53. AK47 has been flushing for 3 days. Going to chop her as soon as she is completely faded, hopefully the next 4-5 days. Going to start flushing the bubba pupils and the purple wreck as well. It looks like the Godberry could go another week and a half to two weeks. She’s looking so frosty, and smells so fruity. Plenty of bud sites, she just needs to get swelling.
