Week 4 done and in the books. I tried to limit growth of the side shoots during the week by pinching & crushing the stems. I will monitor the effect this has. Last week with her as main focus as there are some photo seeds growing alongside. I will veg them at 20h light hoping this blackberry is done before I have to flip those girls to flower. If this blackberry has to do a week or two on 12/12 so be it I'm afraid.

Everything went well I had to lay off the water for a week the medium was a little over water finally water today with nutes I seen some good Development this week in buds sites and branch growth I did lst last week so they might not look as tall thanks any Criticism or advice is welcomed

So heres my germination method. Soak/shake seeds in 3% h202 solution for a few minutes and let sit until tiny bubbles form on seed coat. Rinsed in clean rain water. Then placed in HPO's GREEN-SUPREME used as seed soak solution. With a small amount of ANTI-MATTER for enzymes. Soaked 12hrs (mostly I just soak a few hrs) Straight into Gro-Dirt Super Starter soil. Watered seeds in gently with diluted DARK-MATTER solution to get the mycorrhizal species attached as soon as possible. Once they came up, 18-24hrs later, sprayed gently with a mix of GREEN-SUPREME & RHIZO-MOJO Just a small pinch of both in a 1ltr spray bottle. All this was done in a dark warm place on a heat mat. Glad to have gotten what I did. Small harvest. But it wasn't about that for me. I done a huge number of crops to hone in what traits I like. And now I pick with much more by looking at the genes and what went into making it.

Flowering week 5 and we are approaching the finish line. Lady Runtz seems to be developing well, the leaves are still very nice and green. I am sure we will be ready in time for 05/31/25.

End of week 9 One word - Voluptuous! The neighbours are definitely smelling it now, luckily the terpene profile on all of these plants make it smell more like a citrus farm. Another smooth sailing week and I have noticed some of the ladies are drinking less and the leaves are fading more and more every day. I am preparing for harvest as the girls are almost screaming to be cut down but I’ll be patient. I’ll be using my grow tent as the drying room because I can keep the environment in check. Making sure all my effort is not ruined by a rookie mistake such as not drying properly. Removed some dead leaves and thats about it. I’ve basically just been checking my PH and watering through this entire grow. It’s cool being easy and easy being cool!

Seen explosive growth is week 3. Plant more than doubled in size, and reached 5 nodes. We topped her this week! (Video added!). Still zero nutrients but it won't be long! Plant is loving the T5 HO lighting! So far, so good, very strong looking grow, no troubles here! Topped at 20 days from seed.

Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

I had to super defoliation. Lessom learned about number of girls in a small greenhouse. Maybe 2 autos or 1 photo that gets topped 4 times. Too dense at the roof. Let it bud and hope for no rot.
