This beautiful girl got the chop. All I can say is Wow. It went full on beastmode in the Cannpot system which is a self watering pot through a wicker system. The pungent sweet and sour smell, followed by dense colorful flowers it's a growers dream. The total wet weight came to a whopping 1014g. Over all was fun to grow especially watching the flowers swell in the final weeks before harvest. Did very little besides a defoliation and lollipop and started feeding Athena Blended line around week 2. Happy Growing.

So fat banana finally got the chop. Started off well then had an influx of heat around mid flower, not a major problem as I dealt with it, just could have gone smoother. She flew through veg with no problems or complaints whatsoever. She was resilient and would grow her again. She smells so loud, covered in frost.. I have a few more pictures of the chop to upload but will do it in a little while. Such a unique scent from her, definitely tropical and banana peel type of aroma and taste(from test smoke). Die Black Cherries vom Super Sativa Seed Club zeigen sich robust und widerstandsfähig, genau wie mein Optimismus! Blumat-Erweiterung 💧 Ich habe mein Bewässerungssystem aufgestockt und sechs zusätzliche kleine Blumat-Tropfer installiert, um auch die Oberfläche im Beet gleichmäßig feucht zu halten. - Vier Tropfer wurden direkt in die bestehenden Tropfringe integriert – so erhalten die Pflanzen Wasser von beiden Seiten. - Die restlichen Tropfer ergänzen das Setup rund um die Hauptwurzelbereiche. I have been feeding nothing but water the past few days. The Trichomes are cloudy at the moment except for a couple of the buds that’s lower. buds are definitely getting fatter and covered in trichomes. I’m thinking maybe another week before harvest. I need to figure out a way to cool my temp down to before the drying process. I’m in a apartment so it’s kind of difficult. The lowest it’s gotten was 70. I’m not sure if that would be enough for a slower dry. Let me know what you think.

Hola, como podéis ver en las fotos han dado un buen estirón tres de los ejemplares pero el resto aún sigue con un ritmo de crecimiento muy lento, para solucionar esto voy a subir la dosis de Fish Mix de Biobizz hasta 1.2 de EC y agregaré micorrizas, también le haré a algunas una poda apical para aumentar la producción, así como a las más pequeñas les quitaré lo que pueda de la parte inferior a fin de estimular el desarrollo vertical, como mínimo deben estar un par de semanas más en crecimiento. También estoy considerando hacer otro trasplante a 11l, pues son pocas plantas y necesito sacar producción para cubrir mis necesidades. Como siempre voy pulverizando con productos preventivos para evitar la aparición de hongos o insectos, yo siempre utilizo Leaf Coat de Biobizz y va a las mil maravillas.

This girl is just huge, buds everywhere, fat tops and lots of them. She is really starting to fill out and is super top heavy. I don't even try to take her out the tent now. Her aroma is insane, that typical haze smell, with a gas undertone. Super sticky and developing lovely sugar. Over half way now. Can't wait to get to the finish line!

Start of week 6. Week 5 went really well for GG4. She's bulking up, buds are getting really big and dense, weight is starting to pack on. She's showing some discoloration in some leaves, purple, orange and pink tones, small signs of deficiency.

The cycle of the strain is really easy too grow given the correct conditions. Overall great strain too grow I found a few issues having a mixed strain photoperiod/autoflower tent whichbin future will not be happening again. Flower at end not all there the heats being experience has been hard too control but stil pushed through. The younger bonsai got the chop days earlier with the older tropicana too follow, I'll be returning too the tropicana ff range too run only ff range too get full potential in future and focus on those solely. The end flower was hit with high heat but has been put in for a long cure too see what we can save wheather that be for rosin or flower 🌱 Dry weight after the high heat it's been put through was roughly 38gran for the older girl and just over 26gram for the shorter bonsai with around a total of 64 excluding testing smoke what not...

The plants seem pretty strong and resilient, have a interesting smell. The buds are very different from a plant to another in shape and trycome production. I had to cut them early because of the high heat, but the majority of the trycomes were milky.

Did a full change on the Reservoir, used 50/50 Universol Yellow and Yara Calcinit, EC to 1.8. Adjusted the light, removed the hangers so I can lift it a few centimeter, did that because it will give better lightspread, also dimmed it to 75% to 40 DLI, had 50 before maybe it was a little to much. My Phosphorus/Calcium deficiency got even worse on NL#2 so I increased the PH to 6.2 to update some more Calcium but overall it just got worse. NL#1 is showing some symptoms aswell, but not as bad as NL#2.

The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...

It’s week 2 already. Week 2 is maybe, maybe, the most important week of the plants life. Time to turn the humidity down based on the temperature your room holds, with as much light as you can create. Now is also the time to introduce co2…as long as your humidity and temperature is right and there’s LOTS OF LIGHT. Co2+light=photosynthesis, and in a perfect world your temp is 78 degrees, humidity 50-55%. These are the only things that matter now. These plants are killing it right now growing visible amounts in just a few days. Every thing was pulled off the plant that is under the netting. While the plants were stretching everything was forced back under the net for the 1st 10 days of flower. Then everything is allowed to grow vertically for the rest of flower. At the end of week 2 is super important. I let the plants dry all the way out. If you think they are dry, wait another day. This is to get as much oxygen to the root zone as possible. Then I flush the plants with 1.0 EC that consists of 50ml/10gal cal mag, 50ml/10gal of sturdy stalk(potassium silicate) and 50ml/10gal of canna pk13/14. Canna pk13/14 is the only non Emerald Harvest product I’ve used in the last 3 years. After the dry out/1.0ec flush of the plants we push the plants with daily 2.0ec feedings until it’s time to flush with fresh water the last week or so of its life. This week was a real breeze! She's gaining a ton of weight on the bud sites and she's really growing nicely! She's starting to bud around the flowering sites and really finishing nicely. The formation of buds is my favorite part because that's when you get to see somewhat of the final picture and the time the flower is most colorful! Now the second best part is harvesting the flower for smoking which will be occuring soon! The smell on these girls is very invigorating!! She's putting out a smell of a bakery. You can smell sweet cakes when you open up the tent! I can't believe how big she's got and how beautiful they are coming along! I have to say that this is one of my favorites to grow and my favorite smelling strain! I also love the way the flowers are stacking on the colas!!! The frost on top of the cola leaves is insane! During the day I drop the humidity down to 45-50% and then at night I raise the humidity up to 60-65% which helps a ton with flower promotion during the flowering stage! Also, I raise the temperature during the day to 80° and at night I lower the temperature to 55°-60° which helps mimic the autumn temperatures that aids a ton in flower production in the flowering stage!!! Soon I'll stop giving the two Pound Cake Auto's any synthetic nutrients because they stop taking nutrients in and start to self canabulize as a normal (ending) part of plant life. Then I'll give the two ladies plain pH balanced H20 for a week to flush any and all nutrients out of them. Then three days of darkness. Finally I'll chop them down to hang in my harvesting closet for 7-14 days with a dehumidifier on at 65% humidity. Then I'll place the flower into the trimmer and then into the grove bags for the last step in harvesting! The grove bags will keep the flower at 58-62% humidity. They also help keep the flower fresh longer, the Terpenes fresh, the Terpenes flavors, and from becoming moldy or dried out! I've used both these and the mason jars with boveda humidity packs but to me the grove bags are a must!!! Thanks and as always stay safe, stay high, and stay blessed!
