She spread her wings this week. Lower leaves widened and color deepened. I added more Bio365 around her base to support the stretch and keep her rooted. No top dress. No sprays. She’s growing in silence, absorbing the rhythm of the light. Every new node a sign she’s preparing. No water was added this week, and the self-watering reservoir was maintained.

Day 14: These little plants are just truckin along. They’re looking good. They seem a bit small, but are indica dominant so idk yet. I’m heading out of town for a couple days so they’ll get a heavy water and be left on cruise til I’m home. The Fast Buds from last round are curing up nicely and so powerful in potency and aroma. I’m pumped to see how these turn out. The XS2000 is providing a perfect amount of heat at 75% that it just takes a light misting to have these little plants right in the sweet spot for temps and humidity. I’ve said this a bunch, this is a powerful light so I have it set a bit higher than recommended but I want room for them to grow up into without stress. I’d rather have a bit of stretch to contend with rather than light stress. I’m excited to see how they look when I’m home. Hopefully quite a bit bigger!! Happy Growing 🌱

High on life

Gradually ramped light down from 18 hours to 12 after power outages due to the fire, and it was about good time to flip anyway. It is so much easier to control temperature during the winter in my space. The lights keep the space at a pretty steady 74 F. I only popped two seeds but these are very consistent plants. One was transplanted to a bigger pot a week later and was slightly smaller. Lots of buds forming! They aren’t super fussy about nutrients—still,I haven’t pushed PPM and am keeping Ph in the 6-6.8 range. I’m using peony rings as support and to spread a little but I am not training for a perfectly flat canopy as I had excellent popcorn nugs in my last grow even with the lights over 2x further than optimal. Defoliated the lower branches but I am not defoliating aggressively, but will continue to remove any withering leaves. Sorry for the slow updates. The fire has been pretty traumatic for my city and myself, and I’m just getting back to normal life. My home, family and pets are safe, and the fire is mostly contained. Harvested the Clones! I'm stoked how #4 grew out, I think she's the winner! With limited space in my grow, I'm only going to be able to bloom out the rest of the phenos clones to week 3-4.. The show must go on.. It's the price I must pay for using non-ideal cloning methods... Next round of phenohunting will have 100% cloning success, using my new aeroponics cloning machine.

Creo que se amontonaron mucho las plantas, muchas puntas sin luz , por lo que procedo a hacer defoliación, algunos amarres para colocar las puntas en algún espacio disponible. Creo que fue un error poner muchas plantas sativas apretadas ya que las veo competir por la luz y eso las hace crecer y crecer. Espero no se me salga de control✌️

The cookies seeds were old stock and a gift by another user on this site @GottaGrowSometime, they told me thy also experienced very poor germination rates and sickly plants if they did pop up, they noted that they came in old branding packaging vs the rest of the seeds they ordered. I let Seedsman know they need to remove that stock from their site as its not good. As of now I've scarified the seed, soaked in water for 20hr then moved to paper towel till a 1mm or less tap root was showing then planted in the medium. This grow has a lot of new things happening. its my first attempt at indoor growing using dry crystal fertilizers, the brand of nutrients I'm using is Lotus. It was also a gift from another user @SanderanderS as shipping to them would have been astronomical for the stuff they wanted. I have noticed some weird things like boated packaging, off gassing and weird consistency with the nutrient line up so far and been in contact with the reps online about it, They said everything is normal and not to worry. Another new thing with this grow is how it will be grown under the new LED's by Medic Grow. They will be under MINI-SUN 2 240W LED grow lights using their V1 Spectrum, Its good from seed to harvest. You can find more information about this in the foot note. Just going to wait for another week till It pops up and will update as follows. Watered in with PH of 6.2 and a EC of 0.6 or 340ppm 500 scale. This is part of a 5 part diary in conjunction with medic grow led lights, in the beginning it was to be 6 plants but one of the selected strains died out and its replacement/backup seeds also failed. Sorry to say Humboldt Seeds Raspberry Diesel was a big flop all 3 seed did not meet my expectations, really wanted to try that one it looked nice. Well week 15 and 5th week of flower started yesterday, 9/12. I did a little more defoliation over the weekend, maybe cut 20 leaves altogether. Everything is still looking good. Temps are good, rh is good, airflow is definitely good. And judging by the frosty trichs that are showing I'd say everything is right on schedule. Starting to get more smell. That's about it for now. Just as I thought, ran into a calcium lock out, it's my own fault but its a lesson and ill learn from it. I'm guessing I over did it with bloom and top max bloom stim, all the other readings are good so that's my only idea. Ive taken a picture of a couple of the affected leaves so please tell me if im wrong, any help will be greatly appreciated, im still learning. Bud development is coming along so she isn't suffering too much I don't think....Anyway, today is day 22 of flower, she's starting give out a nice fruity scent 😋
