Another week has gone by. Still not seeing any amber trichomes but a lot seem to be going cloudy so hopefully another 2 weeks MAX for this one. Both plants are looking kinda deficient but only a week or two left so not too fussed about that. Both plants smell very sweet and are both the same smell too which suggests a nice strain stability. Still unsure which one will yield more, one being topped and one left to its own life. Hopefully next week we will see some amber!

When I attempted to defoliate her I guess I got too close to the main vein and killed the 8th branch, shitty. 7 tops it is The only video for all my diaries, don't have the time to wait for it to upload the video to every diary. Pretty disappointed in my strawberry but maybe she just wasn't the gal for me. She has one branch that never fully recovered from defoliating her. I'll try again next grow but maybe super-cropping and topping her is a better training route. I'm excited and kind of worried to see what kind of colas I get from a 9 week old plant plant with only 2 nodes on each branch. Please stretch...

Hello my fellow Growers👊 It was another Great week for the Kush Fromage 🙌 All the pictures were taken on Sunday, which was Day 42 of Flower. She is really starting to reek the whole area up. It is a very earthy kush like smell with fresh grapes on a grapevine mixed in, it's a very unique smell😊 She is supposed to be a very heavy resin producer and have a high THC and CBD content. Anywhere from 18-26% THC and ~3% CBD according to the breeder. I can tell you this it is one very very resinous plant😵 even the fan leaves and smaller leaves that have no trichomes on them have developed an oily resin on them. It's awesome so I can definitely say it is a heavy resin producer. If a sugar leaf touches another leaf you can see an oily resin where it touched it, my fingers get sticky just from the fan leaves👍The breeders estimated time of Flower is around 63 Days. So we got a few more weeks to go!! I hope the buds will fill in a good bit more but I am not counting on them getting huge due to this strain being more on the quality over quantity side of things. It's not a bad producer and I'm sure they can get some pretty huge flowers on em, but I have seen plants that can produce way more, but this strain makes up for it in its potency and resin production. Plus I personally like the Quality over quantity strains. First plant, chose Blody Skunk by SweetSeeds. I have a Mammoth box (40x40x120cm) with a 300W Led, "Odor Sock" filter, "Air-Pot superoots" 12L vase. For the germination I' ve putted the seed in a glass of water for 24 hours, then in a plate covered with humid toilet paper for 2 days, then in the vase. - DAY 1 1.5 L of water with low pH (6.3) Lights for 24h After germination of the seed I' ve putted it in the vase - DAY 2 No water Lights for 24h Nothing new - DAY 3 No water Lights for 22h, now I have a humidifier working almost 24h/day A small bud is out, approx 1/1.5cm height - DAY 4 No water Lights for 20h, humidifier on for the whole day Bud reached 2cm - DAY 5 Noticed that temperature and humidity are too high (28°c, 85%) so I' m trying something to fix it in order to have at list 26°c and humidity at 60-70%. Bud still at 2cm - DAY 6-7 I' m leaving for some days so I' ll not be able to update the diary

Day 22: AIW The plant starts to release a very nice odor. Day 23: A secondary topping was made to the 2 shoots coming off the 3rd node. The plant was watered and fed with 3ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. Day 24: The mature leaves start to show some yellowing. Wondering if there's some deficiency...? The light was raised 5cm. Day 25 The plant was watered and fed with 7ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. 2 Secondary shoots were topped. Lower fan leaves were trimmed. Day 26: I decided to feed more often, but with lower concentrations. The plant was watered and fed with 3ml fertilizer + 1ml Cal Mag in 1 liter tap water. The 2 main shoots were topped once more. The plants grows about 2cm/day. Day 27: AIW Day 28: AIW The plant was watered with 1 liter tap water. 2 more 150W LEDs are now in use, for a total of REAL 600w. The temperature with lights on reaches 30c The plant is now 22cm tall.

Easy grow cycle, 5 weeks of vegetation and 7 to 8 weeks of flowering and they are good to harvest. For drying I only removed the bigger fan leaves. Now they are hanging upside down in the tent to dry for about 8 to 10 days before trimming and getting a proper dry weight.

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

Day 34 this lady is running, I can see flowers getting bigger every day, smell started really really soon this time so I already had to add the Carbon Filter. I’d like to close the cycle in less then 80 days. Ph 6.2 Ppm 731 As I’m growing an solito in a 9.2 lt pots with all mix nutrients I’m slowing down with all in one and just giving base feedings, I ll decide later if I should give super-pk for the next weeks Day 40, tomorrow will be feeding days. Sge’s going really well, resin is already showing up on flowers that are several as and colorfull, smell is already there 🤤 Tomorrow update with feedings parameters. July 21, 2020 update. The indoor girls are looking close to harvest. Outdoors the buds still look loose and airy, but all of the hairs have curled in and are turning red/brown. I'm thinking about cutting them all down in the next few days - mainly because my existing jars are getting low. 😮

Update Sunday... hey guys uploaded a security cam footage of the blizt storm in the GTA.... ladies survived somehow... also did top dressing at 30tbs per 15 gal of 444 and 284 gaia green organic amendments. 70/30 ratio. Watered them in with dechlorniated, pH 6.2 and 60mL of molassas to 5 gals of water. Defoilated and did some maint pruning on growth under the main canopy. God bless. Hey folks, Well I got good new and some bad news. Last weekend, these ladies got thrashed by a thunderstorm.. break some branches along the way. Had enough time to splint the bent stems and they bounced back. Note that due to the storm, the pots got watered down pretty heavy... but to my surprise I let the ride out from Monday to Friday... and regretted that. I should of watered the ladies on Wednesday or Thursday, but found out the pots where extremely dry (also probable that the fabric pots are drying the medium out allot faster). The plants started to droop Friday afternoon. Also did a little lst but didn't want to over stress the plant that still recovering from the major storm. Iv watered each pot about 8L of molasas water @ 5mL/L and see how the soil and plant respond. Im going to check on them more frequently and prevent under-watering. Still growing strong here. I am going to give them another week, then time for a flip to 12-12. Not gonna get caught out with a massive plant again! Growing patterns seem very similar to before which is a good sign that the genetics are stable. Good show RQS!
