My Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds is now in its third week of flowering, and I couldn’t be happier with how she’s progressing. She looks incredibly healthy, with vibrant green leaves and strong branches. The stretch phase is nearly over, and she has developed a solid structure with a well-defined main cola.🌱 One of the most exciting changes this week is the first appearance of trichomes on the main bud. Under the light, they’re starting to sparkle, hinting at the resin production that’s about to take off. The buds are forming nicely, and I can already smell a faint but promising aroma developing. So far, she’s responding well to the nutrients and environment, with no signs of deficiencies or stress. If she keeps going at this pace, she’s going to be a real beast by harvest time.😊

Day 15:Gave water & nutrients (2 L each). For the looks they do very well - dark green. Fanleaves build little sunroofs over a good amount of new shoots from the nodes😊. Planns for this week: will keep the soil moist and spongy and wait for the first roots to come out the bags. Till there i'll keep my alternating rhythm of clear water/nutrient solution. As soon as the pots are fully rootet through, i'll start feeding with a little drain, so i can observe wether my soil gets too salty or not. Further i'll keep bending the tops, in order to give more light to the younger shoots. As soon as the stems start making diameter, i'll prepare my scrog-net. Day 16: everything fine so far - nothing to do.....let them ladies do they thang...... Day 17: 1.5 liters of water each (pH 6.2) 1st root made it throug the bottom-edge of the pot💪!!! strong white and meaty😁. stems get stronger now, plants show dark green colour. 1(!) tipp shows a tiny little tipp-burn. i will keep watering 'till the ladies loose a little of that dark green..... just to avoid overfeeding. Day 18: 1.25 liters of water each (pH 6.2) Everything fine so far…….. still dark green an vital. Soil is soaked (i had first little drops coming out the bottom after watering this morning) Thoughts: More LST? Less LST? These fanleaves are really huge and make real sunroofs right above the new shoots. I don't see any way to get the shoots into the 'sun' but bending those fanleaves away.....but honestly..... nope! Since the lights are running at 60% (~600 ppfd) already, i rather give the littleones a soft start. They'll make it through the roof one day. My real 'concern' is the height. Yet the stem doesn't really push upwards..... if these ladies stay short, it'll take plenty of time to create a scrog 😕. Wonder wether it could help, if i let them grow straight up for a while and bend them again later. Any suggestions? Day 19: plant 3 really pops out some roots...😁; elsewise everything fine...... Day 20: Poured out some 1.5 l of water to each an had a decent amount of drain…… pH 6.1 EC 2.4 - 3.4 (average 2.9)🤡😵‍💫! Since the ladies don‘t show any tipp-burn, i will keep watering with drain (daily from now on) instead of flushing them - no panic here 😎. i guess it was just some accumulations from feeding without drain. Stems get stronger…… slow but steadily……. They still don‘t make much hight, though they produce mass. No worries yet:-) What's next? Will keep watering with drain and have an eye on EC. As soon as it gets below 1.4/1.5 i'll start feedin nutrients again. In case the ladies start getting brighter, i'll start feeding just underneath the EC, measured at last. Day 21: Drain EC still rising!!! (top 3.7/avg. 3.0)..... still not panicking - i observed very few leafs, rolling up their teeth...... but there are some. No tipp-burn at all. 1 liter poured out, would produce about 0.4 liters of drain - i guess there is still a lot of root-growth happening. Main colas and shoots are developing fine. Still dark green. Lifted the lights a bit - since the ladies took a little hight😁. Thoughts: According to the producer, my soil has an EC of about 1.2. Factoring the amount and concentration of nutrient-solution fed, i can only etsimate, there are some accumuations, residue or whatever, washing out from top to bottom. Though i'll have to check for signs of overfeeding...... and do a little flush ........only if REALLY necessary😤! In an ideal world, the ladies would demad more nutrients with any bit of growth, so i would just have to feed them water, another 2 or 3 days and everything was just perfect😁😁😁 UPCOMING: Week 4 😶

Diese Woche lief alles Problemlos. Dem Haupttrieb wurden weiterhin immer wieder die Sonnensegel entfernt und es wurde ein bißchen LST gemacht um die Fläche etwas besser auszunutzen. Es gab ein Orgatrex / Baktrex Topdressing und prophylaktisch gab es noch mal Culinex gegen Trauermücken.

Big textwall incoming homies: Here Im doin some shit i knew from owning low to middle branded smd grow panels* how is that usually they come with both uv , ir, far red even newer quantum boards supplements itself with diverse chips extending their photosynthetic spectrum or making specific accesory bars / modules yet my purporse is rather focus on UV as this 15w bar (advertised as nominal 9 x 3w powered led) with UV-A 390-400nm spectrum – something that trigger some reaction to the plants with some other color son the flowering phase and trying to establish functional a ratio , as a bit of blue green and yellow have specific purposes instead of providing absurd quantities of red light , as there is some lateral cold bulbs in smaller but necessary ratios (as blue spectrum is still required on flowering , yet the original purpose was to complement mid to low branch development) in this shitty set up bonding with the upper bulbs and their colour temperature schema, every light has it's own schedule as how i suppose is a morning to night as something that cause plant resistance response (kinda noticed something i need to stimulate as i see a bit of fox-tailing but now with the uv-a i propose to build resistance and activate defense mechanisms like resin and of course, plant morphology according to its stage making bulkier , tankier , according to outdoor’s atmosphere i want to replicate as optimal weather as well – i hope this hardship make them more resilient and increase their health points as here i’s a HOT GIRL SUMMER- even indoors it rises my base temperature makes smell notorious, but as is not the usual weed smell make it and advantage in terms of discretion Killer Kush presents slight sweet tones not very prominent, the only herbal smell can be associated to pine undermining the refined coffee-like smell that is the dominant note (this selection of kush lack of lemon notes up to this point i can say it’s earthy with a bit of sour & sweetness) . Le 4 piante di Red hot cookies si sono dimostrate veramente forti. Colori stupendi a fine fioritura, non rossi come speravo, profumo di terra, dolcezza e aspro mescolati con note di gas, un profilo terpenico molto interessante. Lo scrog effettuato da me, non credo abbia dato il massimo potenziale di queste piante, con il tempo migliorerò anche questo aspetto, ma spero di stare su 1 hg a pianta di media. Aggiornamento a breve con peso a secco, foto dei fiori ripuliti e rapporto sulla potenza di questa varietà. Moin, Die 5. Blütewoche ist fast vorbei und die Hitze ist kaum noch zu kompensieren. Trotzdem zeigt die White Sweet Candy OG wie stabil sie ist, die Blütenbildung geht in beirrt weiter. War der Geruch letzte Woche noch wenig süß und größtenteils etwas piney eher nach eingelegten Gurken riechen, was mich stark an eine White Widow erinnerte, die ich Anfang letzten Jahres gegrowt habe, ist er mittlerweile von einer merklichen süßen Note begleitet. Insgesamt würde ich es als Mischung aus einer süß-würzigen Fementation. Wir befinden uns aber auch erst Mitte der Blüte und da wird noch deutlich mehr an Komplexität dazu kommen, da bin ich mich sicher. Das einzige was diese Woche an wirklich Arbeit angefallen ist, war der Tausch der Tropfer da einer von den 4 verstopft war für Ersatz war schon gesorgt und solange wurde die White Sweet Candy OG 1x täglich zusätzlich per Hand gegossen sodass genug Drain in die Wanne unter dem Drainmaster läuft. Dieser Strain hat wirklich das Potenzial einer meiner liebsten Sorten zu werden. Hey, The fifth week of flowering is almost over, and the heat is becoming almost unbearable. Still, the White Sweet Candy OG is proving just how stable it is and flowering continues unabated. While last week the scent was still only slightly sweet and mostly a bit piney, smelling more like pickled cucumbers which strongly reminded me of a White Widow I grew early last year. It’s now accompanied by a noticeable sweet note. Overall, I’d describe it as a blend of sweet and spicy notes. But we’re only halfway through flowering, and I’m sure there will be significantly more complexity to come. The only real work I had to do this week was replacing the drippers, since one of the four was clogged. I already had a replacement on hand, and in the meantime, I watered the White Sweet Candy OG by hand once a day to ensure enough water drained into the tray beneath the Drainmaster. I love this strain so far!

* ************** Week 6 - May 16 to 22, 2020 - Days 36 to 42 from germination **************** * Calling this week a flower week but it is certainly more of transition week. Been battling a busy life along with pH issues this grow. Starting to get both under control😃 Not sure what is up with the pH but running through some 5.5pH feeds to help keep it in mid to low 6 range. She started to feed more this week, her pot drying out quicker. Wanting to get the pH in line as I want to be giving her 6.1 feeds right now. This girl has stayed in the fabric pot while two other girls were transplanted to plastic pots to help with the pH. I suspect the issue is around these fabric pots?? I have cut two large slits in the bottom of the pot to let the excess moisture run out easily and not allow it to sit in the bottom. It felt like there was some slowness in grow at the middle of the week so reviewed the fresh air and ensure circulation is flowing properly. She is really wide in structure and slower growing vertically. By the end of the week she was looking wonderful for the end of flower. Her size is perfect and will be starting a stretch soon. She has been getting silica so its time to get her branches pulled out while they still bend easily. LST was done in the middle of the week. Started the introduction of Rezin and Terpinator now to her feed. Little more detail....... May 16/20 - Day 36 - 2L feed - Velokelp, Rezin @ 2ml, Sensyzime, Liquid Weight @ 1ml, Massive @ 3ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml - 1000ppm and 4.5pH. - She took all the feed today without runoff. She is getting hungry - she is taking her time perking up. - funny,,,,,,she looks like LST has been done to her but its just her growth May 17/20 - Day 37 - 2L feed - Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml Rezin, L. Weight, CalMag @ 1ml Massive @ 2.5ml - 1050ppm and 5.5 pH going in. - She seems to be forming a good root ball......it takes over two lites to get runoff now. - still working on her buds....pistols are there. - Pulled a couple of the large fan leaves at second node from the top....blocking too much light now. May 18/20 - Day 38 - 3L feed - Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel, Rezin, L. Weight, Vitathrive @ 1.5ml Massive @ 3ml - 850ppm and 5.7pH - run off numbers: 490ppm and 6.1pH ———- perfect!! - LST done today and side branches pulled down. May 19/20 - Day 39 - Dry out day - standing up today and reacted well to stripping and training yesterday May 20/20 - Day 40 - 2L feed - CalMag, Sensyzime, Rhino @ 1.5ml Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 650ppm and pH 6.1 - Pots were light today when lifted so she is eating well, also the slit in the bottom of the pot helps to dry out faster Many 21/20 - Day 41 - 1.5L feed - Rezin and Terpinator @ 1.5ml = 160ppm and 5.7pH - she is doing good, just not going crazy....hmmmmm - increased fan speed to ensure good circulation May 22/20 - Day 42 - dry out day - she is trying to set her buds but they still are not quite there - She’s a wide girl.....LST working - She darker but not a big concern. So we are at the end of week 6. I sure don’t see her being done in two weeks......suspect will be looking at 70 day range at least.

not much has happened this week. there is still some sun per day. however, the temperatures drop to 4-8 degrees at night. these are not exactly the best conditions. maybe this late outdoor experiment was not a good idea after all. however, they have not died yet.

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days.
