The buds were super easy to trim, packed with trichomes, and just from the smell, I already know it’s gonna hit hard! 😳😳

Plants look very strong and healthy, the first signs of flowering are manifested. I add Advanced Nutries Nirvana for larger plants and Bud Ignor for more flower spots

Drei Eiswasser Spülungen und etwas kühlere Nachttemperaturen haben zwar etwas an der FarbeRichtung bläulich geändert, allerdings blieb das erwartete Purple vollständig aus. Die Blüten sind sehr klebrig und der Duft ist deutlich aber nicht besonders intensiv. In der letzten Woche habe ich einige männliche Blüten heraus geknipst und mir sind auch ein paar Samen aufgefallen. Das selbe Problem hatte auch meine Hindu Kush. An Tag 97 habe ich die Pflanze nach 48 Stunden Dunkelheit abgeschnitten und kopfüber aufgehängt.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

This week I added 0.1ml of Jungle Indabox PH Down nutrients, the pistils are already burned, but I have to pull the soil pH down. Trichomes are still transparent, at least a crowd of weeks will still bloom. 😉

Got a new camera lens so I hope pics are more interesting now!! Everything is great. Tent is getting stinky! Couple spots on some leaves so I added a bit more Calmag, but we are just coasting down the hill at this point! All the buds are fattening nicely and I'm looking forward to smoking soon!!! __________________________________________________________________ I'm pretty sure its just fade, but there are some brown spots around the flower. The lower growth is GREEEEEEN. I'm not worried at all and you can see I'm getting lovely photos! I took a sniff tonight and it smelt so good my toes curled a little!!! The ladies are glorious to behold, seriously, the flower is really blossoming and getting FAT! Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Wow. She grew 26cm this week. Clearly likes her new 10 litre fabric pot. From what I've seen of the pots so far I like them. She's making loads of flower sites, also note the stem abuse I've administered this week 😂 I'm trying to stress the ol' girl out a bit. No idea if it working but its all data in the memory bank! 💪 EDIT: Light settings updated to reflect current tent lighting......

Beginning of week 8: Tropicana is 24 cm high and the stem is 36 cm long. She is a legal frosty angel (10 degrees last night) growing on a rotten balcony in a small town in germany. Day 50 🌥️☁️☁️ 10-19 degrees, humidity 78% I noticed that the soil has sunk. It moved downstairs, between the drainage I guess. New pots problem. Got my compost, summer will be long and there will be a second round for sure. So I prepared bigger pottery pots, maybe 15 liter, which will be ready for seeds in about a month or two. Tropicana needs rainwater now, some sunny hours during the day. That’s all. I like how she develops. Day 51 ☁️🌨️☁️☁️☁️🌦️🌈 14-19 degrees and humidity is around 77%. I gave Tropicana too much nitrogen. Spotted some signs and stop with fertilizers for now. It‘s ok but the comfrey manure had more nitrogen than I expected. In the next days we‘ll have a lot of rain, so Tropicanas soil will be washed and this will solve the problem maybe. It‘s a big difference to grow cannabis in a pot then veggies in the ground in a no dig garden with yearly compost mulching. My Tomatoes in ground loved this 1:5 comfrey manure breakfast but for Tropicana less would have been more. Maybe 1:15 or 1:10. It always depends on the raw material for the liquid manure. This year we had a lot of rain and the comfrey had maybe more nitrogen as usually. Day 52 🌥️🌤️🌦️🌤️ 13 - 19 degrees and the humidity is 69%. Tropicana had about 0.8 Liter pure rainwater today. It was raining the whole night. Day 53 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-17 degrees, humidity is around 90%. Me and Tropicana have a rest. We chill with a tasty vape on the balcony while doing nothing more then chill. Day 54 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is around 93%. Saturday, time for cleaning the balcony and take some fotos of my flowers. Her smell is getting much more intensiv. I see that the color of the buds is getting diverse. The soil is moist from the rain. Day 55 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-18 degrees, humidity is falling, now 69%. Tropicana spend the day chilling with her friends on the balcony. They talked about the weather and what to do in the next week. Day 56 ⛅️🌤️☀️🍉 12-24 degrees, humidity is around 78% Tropicana had a sunbath for hours. I bought a cheap magnifying glass today and I‘m so happy with this one. It have 30x / 60x lenses and two LEDs. I found it in a shop for mycologists. I‘m crazy about mushroom hunting. Normal mushrooms, yes. So this is absolutely relaxing viewing the structure of fruits, my homemade soil, little insects living inside. Actually this was a tip out of a blog article of Fast Buds Tropicana Cookies week by week guide, which I can highly recommend. I gave Tropicana in the morning a 1:20 field horsetail tee, ~ 0,7 liter in three steps. 100-200-400 milliliters. She was drinking it till sunset. The pot got lighter till evening, around half a kilo or maybe more.

I do not know how to change that this strain in the diary can say harvest ... but the weight of it is 141.1 stay wet...in the future I will inform about the dry weight.... dry weight 35.5 gr
