Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Week 5 - One more excite week, smelling much strong, nugs are becoming bigger each day it past. Moby Dick still very healthy and thirst. Brazilian summer its almost to begin, air temperature inside the grow box it start to get warm, around 28º to 30º. Anxious to see what this baby can do, Harvest time is coming 😍 Cheers from Brazil.

OK so I think I had a nute burn problem, this week they are on pure water and seem to be perking up a lot more now. Punch 2 has deffo put more on in buds, Punch 2 seems to be lagging idk. Anyway that's it for this week! I actually only have 2 more weeks to finish them off😭 I don't think I'm going to have enough time.

7/15 (Day 28)- Everything seems to be going well and everything is staying in check. I’ve been adding around 1 gallon of nutes ppm to 550 and ph 5.8 to res around every 12 hours. Having to defoliate some every couple days to unblock light. These are very short bushy girls. I’ve been doing some light LST as well, mainly just lightly bending some as I defoliate. Roots look nice, big and healthy. My humidity during the night is starting to be a concern. It’s getting high and my little dehumidifier is not doing much. Will monitor and continue update daily. 7/16 (Day 29)- Started off the day with a gallon of nutes to top off res, then did some light LST, just trying to figure out the best way to do that. Trying to keep them all even. They continue to grow like crazy and each day I have to pluck a few leaves here and there to open up some light for the newer smaller growths. Everything is in check, water and bite change in the morning. 7/17 (Day 30)- They continue their short, rapid, bushy growth. Flushed and added fresh water and nutes. PM to 500 and PH 5.8. Everything stays in check. 7/18 (Day 31)- Progress continues, did some more light defoliation and added another gallon of nutes to res. 7/19 (Day 32)- Things continue along. Didn’t do much today, just monitored and added a gallon in the morning and a little before lights off. 7/20 (Day 33)- Pretty much same as yesterday. Probably going to take another stab at some LST and light defoliation on Saturday. 7/21 (Day 34)- Same as previous two days. Just monitored and made sure everything was good, they are drinking about 2 gallons a day now. I also added a dehumidifier to the room, humidity at night was getting really high so we will see how this helps. Tomorrow starts a new week and I'm excited to see the timelapse tomorrow. Really coming along, I'm very happy to watch her do her thing in this second half of flower. She's very earthy with some notes of pine. Smells just like the dank stuff I've been smoking my whole life! Man I can't wait to keep growing. I hope to expand the grow operation here soon, hopefully with another tent. I want to keep autos in different stages so I can streamline everything, have a plant popping while one vegges, while another flowers. Keep the flow steady and my fridge full of weed lol. Speaking of, I am using my fridge to dry! The Lotus Method for anyone familiar.

4/5 germinated healty

So my 5 plants have been split up. My first two chopped are now curing up. Preparing to chop the rest. Smells like nothing or gassy. Don’t overshock your plants people! 7 days of drying and stems were snapping. 3 in the pink isn’t quite ready yet.

Not sure if I missed a week on the diary. They are looking great apart from a little bit of yellowing on the lower part of the plants, pretty sure it's N deficiency. I was also slightly over doing the CalMag so that's been cut out this week. Bloom nutes are now full strength as well. Got the start of some nice buds coming on now & I'm. Hoping they'll add a fair bit of weight in the last 4 weeks, pretty sure this will be my most successful auto grow so far.

🌸 Week 5 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is done and the differences between the phenos are becoming more obvious with every update 👀🔥 Now that flowering is progressing, each phenotype is starting to show its own character much more clearly. Even though all plants are running under the same conditions, their reactions are very different. 📈 Current observations: Some phenos are handling irrigation and feeding extremely well and continue pushing strong growth Others are showing a bit more sensitivity and reacting differently to the same watering routine Leaf size differences are becoming huge now — some phenos are producing massive fan leaves while others stay much more compact Plant structure and overall vigor continue to separate more week by week At this point, 4 out of the 6 phenos are currently looking like strong candidates and fall into what I’d personally consider the “good” category so far 👀 🍃 Maintenance & feeding: I’m still managing the canopy and keeping an eye on how each plant develops through early flower. Small adjustments and observation are becoming more important now as every pheno responds differently. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Relative humidity staying between 63–65% VPD maintained around 1.3 kPa Light intensity unchanged from previous adjustments Now I’m especially excited to see how the buds start forming over the next weeks, because that will probably decide which phenos really stand out in the end 🔥🌸 The structure is there — now let’s see who delivers when it matters. 💬 Which pheno do you think will end up producing the best flowers?

These are the last pics I have from the grow. There are 3 more from the police press release but I won't upload them here. To sum up, 5x Big Bang on DWC(4 inside the 1.5x1.5, 1 inside the 0.6x0.6) 1x Gorilla Glue on DWC 1x Green Crack on DWC 4x Big Bang on soil 1x Green Crack on soil. Out of 10 Big Bang seeds the 9 sprouted. (90% Rate) 3 Green Crack Seeds, the 2 sprouted 2 Gorilla Glue seeds, 1 sprouted. total harvest is 113+72=185g from 2 Big Bang plants on DWC. The rest were never harvested. I have to take note on the fact Big Bang could manage to carry its weight. Green Crack and Gorilla Glue had to be tied up cause they just couldn't manage it!. Good job on that GreenHouse Seeds. The life lessons learned from this experience. #1 : Do not bite off more than you can chew (or less is more) #2: Do not trust anyone. #3: Mother Nature gave us cannabis in rather low-THC content and sun for growing it. All the current strains and techniques of growing indoors are a product of human greed wanting more and more and more...I don't want to support this anymore, I'd rather stick to a few landrace seeds picked up from some old stoners and growing guerilla instead. Many might disagree with me on that, but come on guys, who can go against nature if not The One who gave it to us?

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

the weather still very hot but it is doing well. Terpene is very strong now. Very sweet and fruity, but have some wood in it. Amazing. Keep growing.

Ya en la recta final familia, están apuntito, solo unos días más. Nuestras lemon kush ya recibieron su lavado de raíces , están sin productos ya solo AGUA. Controlamos de todas formas el Ph igual y que no baje por debajo de 6,2. Bestiales estás flores , un olor muy característico con tonalidades cítricas que recuerdan al limón. Todo un clásico en verdad. Estos ejemplares carecen de brazos laterales, son óptimas para un SOG desde semilla, pudiendo llenar 16 plantas en metro cuadrado.

I have introduced a dehumidifier to help bring down the RH to closer to 40% if not below Day 38 Nutrients: bio biz (grow, bloom, topmax) Water: 1 Litre Potential magnesium deficiency. Reduce water amount and nutrients by half. Will monitor uptake and intro calmag if needed. Day 39 Nutrients: 2ml Calmag (biobiz) Water: 1 Litre Day 40 Nutrients: none Water: none Day 41 Nutrients: none Water: none Leaves continue to wilt (predominantly large old fan leaves) Day 42 Nutrients: none Water: none Wilting of leaves appears to have slowed. No water today as still moisture within substrate. Full water and reduced feed tomorrow

Buds fattening up. Looking to be at least a 4-7 ounce dry weight harvest .

Not enough room.. I cant baby them the way i like to.. Lesson learned.. Sticky already ..leafs are perfect color.. No burns at all
