Another good week for these plants. They all seem very happy and they have started to focus more on bulking up the flowers. They are starting to smell amazing and I'm getting anxious to see these flowers develop over the next few weeks.

She’s a little shorter than the rest only by a couple of inches! I’ve opened her up by defoliating the bigger fan leaves and letting light get to the lower bud sites allowing better quality buds (non airy/popcorns) humidity hit between 50 and 56% and that’s perfect! Will lower in the last 2 weeks to 40% and hold during flush! Thanks for stopping by!

Ho trovato una cima con un principio di muffa, sono abbastanza sicuro di aver pulito bene...avevo intenzione di chiudere con 10 settimane sperimentando un flushing leggero ma più lungo, ma visto il rischio muffa non mi spingerò oltre 9 settimane e 3 giorni. Per il resto le 2 gorilla girl hanno aumentato il volume dei loro fiori ed ottenuto copiose concentrazioni di tricomi.... Ci vediamo al raccolto!!!!

Buds a bulking up, getting sticky, frosty and stanky!! Do-si-dos is a bit behind the other ladies as this strain will take an extra week to finish, but she's also packing on size, frost and stickyness. Week 5 flower : upped the a&b to 2.5ml litre and steered the pk at 1.2ml per litre Blue cheese : they have completely outgrown the sunset sherbet . I’ve raised the light as the buds at the back of the tent were literally 1” away it didn’t do much harm although the leaves on them buds started to curl a little so I thought best to raise it now before it causes any stress . I’m still watering everyday to run off . I removed a few fan leaves but I am considering doing a bigger defoliation in a few days as the fan leaves have taken over . They are really starting to smell very sweet and filling out .I was worried about these seeds as I have grown Buddha blue cheese about 10 years ago and now they have changed the name to blueberry cheese and I was told they will be different from 10 years ago . So far I don’t think so as they look the same and smell the same at this point I can’t see any difference which I’m happy about as I haven’t had any good blue cheese for many many years .although they smell the filter is definitely controlling the smell outside the tent . Sunset sherbet : although it hasn’t grow very big it’s very frosty and starting to smell . I will carry on the pk for another 3-7 days and will start the flush about 6 1/2 weeks in for 2 weeks with plain water I will also defoliate about in a few days

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

We’re in the second week of flowering, and the plants are really starting to stretch! 🌿 They’ve gained good height, especially the one without LST, which has grown tall very quickly. It’s been exciting to watch them reach upward as they prepare for the bud development phase. Everything is looking good overall, and I’m happy with the progress so far. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the buds will start forming in the next few weeks! 😁✨

19/07/20 (Sunday) 7AM - Set 4 seeds to germinate in cups of water (Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Columbia) 7PM - St. Vincent and the Grenadines seed shows taproot 9PM - Trinidad and Tobago seed shows taproot 10PM - Seed from Jamaica shows taproot 11PM - Set the 3 germinated seeds into individual half gallon pots filled with promix. 20/07/20 11AM - SVG seed rises to the soil level 8PM - Jamaican follows suit 11PM - TT also exposes itself 21/07/20 The weather and forecast for the week show scattered showers and the seedlings are showing early signs of stretching so I decide to build a makeshift grow tent to supplement their light cycle while bringing them outside for a minimum of 4 hours every day to acclimate them. I decided on a 75W output LED bulb with a temperature of 6500K and 1055 lumens while using my room fan to simulate wind for healthy stem growth. 22/07/20 The plants show slowed stretch symptoms but still not to the level I want, so I revamp the 'grow tent' with reflective material (crumpled aluminium foil for more reflective surfaces) and upgraded the bulb to a 100W output LED with the same temperature and a higher luminousity of 1350. One cotyledon on the SVG strain was broken but not completely sheared off, but I'll leave it to its own devices. 23/07/20 Columbian seed has yet to germinate so I added another from my backups. 24/07/20 Seedlings have shown normal rates of growth so I think the current grow tent is sufficient. When I took them outside they endured light gusts and rainfall for a half hour during their sun bask. I decided to add foil to the door of the tent to trap more light in. 25/07/20 Tropical Storm Gonzalo may make landfall today and the skies are set up for thunderstorms so I decided to keep the plants in their indoor setup for the full 18hrs of their light cycle. Since both Columbian seeds still show no signs of germination, I decide to go collect another strain. I got my hands on a 21 day old Dominican Republic strain that was grown in a seedling tray and left there; It was fed once with 20-20-20 and calmag. The cotyledons were white, the stem red between the top nodes and yellow the rest of the way down, the leaves a light green, and it was no taller than 2 inches excluding it's 1 inch sq root cube. I immediately transplanted it into my remaining half gallon pot upon returning home, dampened the soil with my spray bottle and left it to sit with the others and finish the light cycle.

Looks like a lot of top sights. Afraid stretching too much. Hopefully it fills in.

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, bud site development is going great, she's gaining size and packing on the weight! She's the least sticky of the four plants I'm growing and her smell is the mildest too. Still, she's a happy looking girl.

Still vegging. Looks like she may just be starting to switch, but we'll see at the end of the week. Yeah, she's switching over, day 53. I really like the look of this one so far :)

Langsam entwickeln sich schöne Blüten. Zwei bis drei mal in der Woche muss ich leicht entlauben. Die Blätter sprießen nur so. Ich hoffe das überträgt sich auch auf die Blüten. Habe jetzt zusätzlich zwei LED Rotlichtlampen (60cm) von Spiderfarmer ins Zelt gehängt. Mal schauen ob sich das auf die Blüten auswirkt. Zusätzlich zum normalen Düngeschema wurde ein mal mit Brennnesseljauche gedüngt, 100ml pro Liter für die vier Ladys. Erziele damit immer gute Ergebnisse im normalen Gemüsegarten. Ja und das wichtigste, mit schöner Musik, guter Laune und genügend Zeit "gärtnern!!!
