This week continues with nice flowering with strong smell. One plant is light green, I don't know why. I also added on more light to my grow tent.

Well her branche thickness just amazes me her genetics are so strong.. Her leaf are thick an wide .. After topping her side branches are really kicking now.. Haven't had too much rain this last week. Great zkittles terpz, awesome structure, beautiful colours. So, this is the one I liked the most since day one, love her colours, her structure and her smell, but precisely because of that I was too excited to harvest her that I forgot to take proper photos so I leave the ones of her last days .. Will try to update soon with some pictures of her on the drying screen ahah

Scored some solution grade organic fertilizers and blasted my plants. I fed solution grade langbeinite (0-0-21.5) and loaded with sulfur and magnesium. I found some liquid bone meal (0-12-0) and loaded with calcium. Another new nute is solution grade azomite, aka the a-z of minerals... it is the ash from an ancient volcano mixed with an ancient ocean water in Utah. I’ll feed those new nutes once per week as they’re kinda hot. Otherwise everything is the same as previous weeks.

It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. I can say that it's very great and also you can get them for a very cheap price so it's a very good investment if you're looking for a powerful and affordable strain. Cheers growmies! ❤️💚💛💎👨‍🌾

Finally the Sour Strawberry started catching up! It seemed to have some sort of mutation where it topped itself and also rotated while growing. In the timelapse you can see the entire plant rotates about 90° over the course of the week. Sadly the other 3 plants kept throwing new issues at me and were at very different heights, all while the Sour Strawberry was tiny. Bending them had little effect and I did not actually want to super crop them just yet. I had to put in a net.

5/1 Trainwreck is starting to absorb it's leaves nutrients. I pluck them as I go. I'm thinking of flushing Amnesia here soon too. Edit: decided to take a chunk of Amnesia without flushing to see if I can get a flavor difference between flushing and not flushing. I'll be keeping the first clipping in a separate grow tent with fan set to 70F with a max of 60% humidity, I don't think I'll be able to get it to 60F in this tent, but I'll experiment with it and a second humidifier. It's currently 74F and 36% humidity. I wonder if putting a humidifier in there will lower the temperature to the correct level. I'll try. 5/2 Watered both with PH'd tap water. The tent is starting to smell distinct; probably of dead chlorophyll as the plants start absorbing their leaves. The clipping of Amnesia in the other tent is starting to smell a bit like hay. After a couple of weeks of drying, I'll trim and move it into Grove bags to let the terpenes come through during curing. 5/7 Trainwreck's leaves are turning more and more yellow. Gonna check the trichomes on both here soon. Giving them another plain PH'd watering today.

Anubis a pesar de su color intenso amarillo palido esta engordando bastante bien y su produccion de resina es inimaginable y ya solo que quedan 2 semanas y media aprox. espero que a partir de ahora ya no surjan mas problemas y que las chicas terminen su floracion de la mejor manera. esto es todo por esta semana chicos, espero que se encuentren muy bien ! This week the girls have improved a little, the yellowing stopped, I discovered that Cal-Max from Grotek interferes with the composition of the hesi line so the girls suffer a nutrient lock, I stopped using it and the girls have continued with their relatively normal development. They are already in their 5th week of flowering, Tutankhamun has produced a gigantic amount of resin, Lennon is gaining weight at full speed and he still has about 6 weeks left. Anubis, despite its intense pale yellow color, is gaining weight quite well and its resin production is unimaginable and there are only about 2 and a half weeks left. Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

A lot more happening this week! As shown in the pics, and as suspected, I have a manganese deficiency. I've been keeping my pH level at 6.2 in coco, manganese is taken up best by the plant below 6.0 pH. Dropping my ph level to 5.8 pH, and flushing with lower pH, hopefully it will solve the issue over the course of a few days. I made a new frame for a SCROG, with a "custom bend" in the CPVC pipe on both ends. The bend will allow me to take advantage of the slack material in the sides of my 4x4 tent. I'd previously taken 4" out of all the upright poles to shorten the tent so it would fit in the room due to low ceilings, meaning I had extra slack in my tent walls. The bend in the net frame pushes the sides of the tent out to 5 foot wide. My first SCROG net was a 6" mesh from Amazon, immediately knew I wanted a smaller mesh. Next time around I built my own with a 4" mesh and used the 4" for several grows. This time I decided to go with an even smaller, 3" mesh, and already I like it better. I don't really see myself going much smaller than 3" mesh though. It seems to work well, and any smaller and it may be too tight trying to work the plant through the opening sometimes, which if not careful, will damage the plant. I usually use a & gal cloth pot, grow off rules stated we 0had to use a 5 gal pot. Seeing as I only had 7 gal on hand, I was stuck picking up a Root Farm 5 gal cloth pot locally, as you can see, the roots didn't really stay contained, nor did they "air prune", i had to tear them off before installing the net above. On the last day of week 6 I finally got my net installed, and the plant SCROGged. I should have put the net in place a week or two earlier, it would have been easier to manipulate the plant, however the plant will still have a week to recover. I tie the net in place above the plant, and slowly lower it down, as I bend and super crop the main stalk over parallel to the net, and work all the branches underneath and spread them out. As the plant grows I'll continue to push branches back down through the net and moving them out to the next hole. This will greatly increase yields by allowing light to more bud sites, keeping all buds the same height and thus the same distance from the light. small budsites on a vertical branch, will transform into their own cola once the branch is laid on its side. Instead of a Christmas tree type of plant, with one large main cola, and smaller and smaller buds as you move further down the plant, you end up with a bunch of colas that are all close to the same size, and more importantly, the same level of maturity. The SCROG method, combined with super cropping, and defoliation has greatly increased my yields. As the plant is getting worked into the net, I'll defoliate where necessary, ie a huge fan leaf covering bud sites, however for the next several weeks I'll be defoliating so mush every night or two, systematically trimming off all fan leaves, and stripping everything below the net, and any small bud sites that wont produce well. Usually by the time I'm half way through the flower stage there are no big fan leaves left to be found. It helps with light penetration, which results in a higher quality, higher quantity yield, as well as airflow, which will help prevent White Powdery Mildew and other molds etc. Once a fan leaf is 14 days old, its ability to photosynthesize light, starts to degrade. Once it reaches a certain point, the leaf drains more energy from the plant, than it's giving the plant. My best yields have been from heavily defoliated plants, my last grow I couldn't physically defoliate quite as heavily as usual, and I ended up about 25-30% less bud than expected

First time trying this strain and seed company. I have an Altoids box that i lined with sand paper (120 git) i shake my seed(s) for about 30 seconds to a minute in the box. I then soak them in water for about 15-18 hours. When done soaking i put the seeds on a plate with paper towels until i get a tap root that is atleast 1/8" prefer 1/4". Then at that point i put them in a Jiffy Pod until about 1.5 - 2.0 inches.

This girl was a fast finisher harvested on day 46 of flower, nearly 7 full weeks.
