Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

They have a crazy stretch on them. 18.3.23 Turned tap back on when lights came on 22.3.23 Gave all 7ml pk 5-8 3ml acti Vera, and gnatrol 4ml bio heaven and recharge each in 1L water from top Ph 6.1 Ec 3.0. Had a bad week 4 as my PH pen decided to go wonky. Once I got it all straitened out plants took a few days to bounce back and took some lower leaf damage but nothing to bad and it will mostly be trimmed off soon anyway. Still waiting to start LST on 3 of these girls until they get a few days of normalcy after the ph shock. Will probably be end of week five we tie the other 3 down and get the screens in place to prep for Scrog.

June 23, 2024 This week we focus on watering. There really isn't much else to do. The plants are all stacking buds and getting fat. I cleaned out all the reservoirs out and started a fresh dose of nutrients. Sour Diesel A is definitely light. I really don't understand this plant. She's thirsty, drinking just as much as the rest of not a little bit more than B. I may have to top feed her tomorrow with a half gallon of recharge. Other than that, her buds are looking pretty good and super frosty. Sour Diesel B looks like she has about 2 weeks left to go. Her pistils are almost all orange on the top while the lowers are still white. I checked the trichomes just for giggles and of course it's not done yet, but sooner than the rest of the plants. Sour Diesel C had some what looks like light burn without any other signs. A friend of mine suggested it could be some sort of fungus. I sprayed her down with some Defender 4. Her buds are STACKED. She has super long colas compared to the overall size of her. Sour Diesel D is drinking the most and was completely bone dry this morning. However, she's not light. So a cleaning and refill. We will just let her do her thing. Huge main cola. Everything else is smaller. The lights aren't changing. So I have a feeling that these plants ended up small like they are due to the limited space they had during Veg. Being autoflowers, they really didn't have room to stretch out. My next run will be much better. I won't be working with 6 plants in one tent. All this has to do with the lighting also. They just didn't get enough of what they needed at first, so smaller plants I get. The environment looks alright. The AC kicked on early today and the humidity in the tent dropped down to 54%. The temp is at 75°. Near perfect temp. The heat wave is gone now, so I should be able to control the humidity more with the AC kicking on earlier. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.4° RH: 58.3% VPD: 1.22 kPa June 24, 2024 Not much going on today. I forgot to check Sour Diesel A for her weight. I'll check later today. However, she should be fine. No watering today nor pics. Sour Diesel A looks really good. Tons of frost and her buds are swelling up nicely. Sour Diesel B looks really good. I'm sending daily pics of the trichomes to a friend so we can figure out about when she will be ready for harvest. I'm thinking 2 weeks. He thinks more. But neither of us can tell. He's not here, so he can't see what I see, and I always get hung up around now. Sour Diesel C seems to have some sort of issue. I'm not really sure what, but the leaves are slightly droopy and I keep getting these small burn dots on a leaf or two. As I said yesterday, it could be a fungus. I'll spray her down again with Defender 4 tomorrow. Sour Diesel D has this super fat main cola. Instead of stretching up and stacking up, she has stayed short and I'm her buds are stacking outward. The main top has 3 buds that make up the tip. Very cool. She's gonna be a small yield, but one massive cola. Can't complain about that. The lighting is, as always, the same. No changes whatsoever ever. The supplemental lighting is doing something? I don't really know. I really want to install them horizontally. I just feel it will have much better coverage vs the vertical position they are currently in. I might do that tomorrow when the plants are out of the tent. The environment is still not good. 62% humidity and 78°. I need to get that temp down. And of course the humidity needs to calm down as well. It should be fine by this afternoon. Or like yesterday, late morning. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.6° RH: 59.1% VPD: 1.17 kPa June 25, 2024 Picture Day! Not a lot to do today. Water is fine. Nothing really else. Sour Diesel A is super frosty with nice bud production. She is pretty well stacked and has bud throughout the plant. Let's watch her swell up and start folding over on itself. Surprisingly, she retained some of the weight from that top feeding next week. I'll keep a close eye on the weight and moisture level. Sour Diesel B is just as frosty as A, but has significantly larger buds. I'm hoping it's a sign for what's to come with the other plants. Sour Diesel C is super stacked. She's starting to swell nicely and her frost is amazing. She is also super potent. It's wonderful. Sour Diesel D needed a couple leaves cut off. Her main cola is absolutely massive. She smells great and she is swelling quite nicely. Lighting is the same. I'm not seeing any issues whatsoever with the supplemental lights and the main light. No light burn. Lots of frost. It just shows we are on the right track. Yesterday z the AC kicked on super early. The humidity was down to 52% for most of the day. I'm hoping it happens today as well. Currently the humidity is around 60%. The temp is a bit high at 77°, but the AC will knock that right down. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 58.1% VPD: 1.21 kPa June 26, 2024 Not much going on today. No watering no pics, just the daily and a quick update for the plants. Btw, the scent is getting overwhelming. What a nice smell. Sour Diesel A looks great! She has bright orange pistils that have already curled up into the buds. Not on the bottoms though. But there is still a good 3 weeks left to go. Buds are still swelling pretty well. Sour Diesel B is super frosty and super fat. She may be the smallest in the group, but her buds are huge. Her pistils are orange up top and still white on bottom. Even the orange ones are still sticking straight up. I think she has another 2.5 weeks left, but I'm not so sure anymore. She is showing signs of finishing up, but then she also has signs she isn't even ose to being done. We shall see. Sour Diesel C is looking absolutely beautiful. Being the largest of the group, I have high expectations and I don't think I'll be disappointed. She has stacks galore. Tons of frost and swelling buds. From what I understand about the Sour Diesel strain is that it has elongated buds, so the cola may look skinny and tall. I guess we will find out soon enough. Sour Diesel D is less disappointing now that I took a feel of the main cola. Solid. Super solid. And she's definitely nowhere near finished up. It's still kind of early for her so she has plenty of time to swell up like a foot ball. Lighting is the same. Honestly, I don't know why I still report on it, but it is one of the most important things in the grow space. Anyway, it's the same. Still not seeing any signs of stress from any of the plants. I forgot to install the support bars yesterday, so I'll try to remember to install them tomorrow and move the supplemental lights horizontally. The environment I can say is looking much better. The humidity is high in the morning, but then it drops down to around 52% for the rest of the day. The temp is back under control, so we are sitting happily at 75°. Grow System Environment: Temp: 74.9° RH: 59.0% VPD: 1.18 kPa June 27, 2024 Picture Day! A bit to do today. Watering Day as well. Sour Diesel A got a half gallon top feed with Recharge today. I also topped off her reservoir which was only about 3/4 empty. The rest went into the top with the half gallon. She was really light and not drinking. She seems to have a lot of dry pockets and it took a bit to get them moist again. It worked. I had a bit of runoff from the dry pockets, but it's fine now. Sour Diesel B looks great. Huge fat buds all over. She didn't need a top feeding as she is drinking just the right amount. Sour Diesel C is looking great. Her buds are elongated like the classic Sour Diesel. And they are fattening up even more. I can't wait to see the end result. Sour Diesel D has a massive cola that takes up about a quarter of her main stem. The side branches also have nice big nugs on them. Looking forward to the outcome. The aroma coming from these ladies is strong and pungent. Sour and gassy loving this run so far. The lights are all the same. I forgot again to install the support bars. I'll try to remember next time I pull the plants out again. The environment is back to 60% this morning, but the temp is fine. A little high, but in range. It will all even out later today. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.0° RH: 58.2% VPD: 1.21 kPa June 28,2024 Nothing going on today. My phone screen died and I can't get the one picture off it from this morning. no watering today. Sour Diesel A looks great, but her buds aren't as big as they should be by now. She's still super frosty and an all around happy plant. Sour Diesel B looks wonderful with her fat buds all over. Her aroma is super strong. Her branches are really stiff as well. Of the 4, she seems to be the most promising for yield. but she is also the shortest of the 4. we shall see how things go with her. Sour Diesel C also has small buds for her age. I'm really not sure what happened here, but this is the second time in a row. It happened with my Tropicana Cookies as well. but that was because of incorrect nutrients, I think. Maybe. Now that it happened again and I didn't mess up the nutrients, it has to be something else. The lighting shouldn't be a problem either. I have that dialed in. The only issue I have run into that's the same with both runs is the environment. The humidity has been really high throughout the flowering stage and could be the issue. However, lately it has been dropping down to a reasonable level, but that's not until the afternoon. Sour Diesel D is just a stick with a huge cola on it. She only has 6 side branches, but they have big colas as well. however, one issue is how leafy she is. Her main cola has extremely deep leaves into the cola itself. trimming may be a bit of a pain, but that cola should be worth the effort. Lighting hasn't changed and won't change until the last week of flower... if I change it at all. The environment is its now normal high humidity in the mornings and lower humidity in the afternoon. I hope it's fine in the long run. only a few more weeks left and we are done. Let's hope we don't end poorly. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75* RH: 59% VPD: 1.21 kPa June 29, 2024 Picture Day! Last day of the week. I'd like to reflect on things we have noticed this week. Small buds, lights are on point, environment is wrong in the morning and much better in the afternoon. Sour Diesel A has kept her weight for the most part from the top feeding. Her reservoir is also draining at a good pace. Her pistils are shriveling into the buds now, so it looks super pretty. Her frost made her look like she has light burn. It's not. Don't worry. Buds look super dense and are covering the branches all around. However, they are still smaller than they should be. Sour Diesel B looks really nice. Her pistils are not shriveling up yet. I can't wait to see that happen. Then we will be on the right track for some dank bud. Sour Diesel C is now the winner of most water intake for this round. She will definitely need another watering tomorrow and she hasn't lost any weight from the top feeding. Looking great. Small compact buds. The look really dense. I wish they were bigger, but on the plus side, they have a ton of frosty goodness on them. Buds from top to near bottom of the plant. Sour Diesel D is doing her thing. Swelling more and more. Packing on weight and getting ready for the end of flower. She hasn't had much to drink and is getting light. I'll keep an eye on her tomorrow and maybe top feed some of her reservoir. The lighting is still the same and won't change next week. I've also decided to just leave the light bars in their vertical position. Next run, I'll have the bars installed. The environment is a mess today. It's 84% outside and 75°. It's nasty out. And of course it's reflecting in the tent. High humidity, temp is fine though. But really high humidity. Close to 70% for now. Not good at all. 🍮 8×8 Adventure – Week 11 Chem Brûlée – Pheno A More Photons, More Frost, Still Completely Herself ❄️🌸💡 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 And here she is again... Chem Brûlée Pheno A. If you've been following her journey, you already know that this girl has never really needed much introduction. She's distinctive. She's beautiful. She's developing her own particular expression. And the further we move into flower, the more obvious that individuality becomes. This week, however, something important has changed around her. Not the plant itself. We're actually doing very little to the plants at this stage. The room has changed. The lighting has been upgraded. The nutrition has moved forward slightly. And now... we're stepping back and watching what the plants do with those changes. Chem Brûlée Pheno A is ready. So let's give her the spotlight. 🍮❄️🌸💡 ──────────────────────── 🌸 Week 11 – The Plant Knows What To Do Chem Brûlée Pheno A remains around 126 cm tall. And honestly... I'm not particularly interested in chasing that number anymore. The structure is established. The flowering sites are developing. The plant has already told us how she wants to occupy her space. Now we're entering one of those phases where the grower has to learn when to stop interfering. Earlier in the grow, we had plenty to do. Training. Canopy management. Defoliation. Positioning. Adjustments. Decisions. Now? We're mostly observing. And that's not because we're paying less attention. It's because the plants don't need us constantly touching them. Chem Brûlée is healthy. She's flowering. She's developing resin. She's maintaining beautiful foliage. She's doing what she needs to do. So we're letting her. ──────────────────────── 🌿 Let Her Be Chem Brûlée One of the things I appreciate most about this phenotype is that she has become increasingly recognizable as herself. When the grow started, she was simply: Chem Brûlée Pheno A. A label. A genetic description. A possibility. But after all these weeks... that name means something different now. It means this particular structure. This particular flower formation. This particular expression. This particular rhythm. This particular girl. That's one of the great things about growing multiple phenotypes. You start with the same genetic name. Then the plants introduce themselves. And Chem Brûlée Pheno A has definitely introduced herself. She's unique. She's frosty. She's developing beautifully. And she's doing it her own way. ──────────────────────── ❄️ The Frost Is Becoming Harder To Ignore One of the first things that catches my attention when I look at her photographs is still the resin. The frost is becoming increasingly visible. Those developing flowers are starting to carry more and more of that beautiful sparkling character. And this is exactly where the camera becomes one of my favourite tools. From a distance, you see the plant. Closer... you start seeing the phenotype. The trichomes. The sugar leaves. The pistils. The developing flower structure. The tiny details that make Chem Brûlée Pheno A different from the plant standing next to her. That's why I keep photographing everything. The camera doesn't just capture the plant. It captures the progression. And when you put ten or eleven weeks of photographs together... you can actually see the plant becoming herself. ──────────────────────── 💡 The 8×8 Just Received A Photon Upgrade Now let's talk about the biggest change this week. The plants haven't needed much physical intervention. But the lighting environment has changed significantly. We've added two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures to the room. And yes... we definitely noticed. 😂💡 The available light increased substantially. Actually... it increased a little more than I wanted. So instead of simply accepting the higher intensity, we reduced the fixture output. We're currently running at approximately: 🔌 59% power from the plug. And we're seeing approximately: ☀️ 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. That's a very strong lighting environment. And I'm much happier controlling that environment than simply chasing the biggest possible PPFD number. We now have considerably more lighting capability available to us. And that gives us something I really like: Control. ──────────────────────── ☀️ More Capability Doesn't Mean More Watts This is an important part of the experiment. We have powerful fixtures. We don't necessarily need to run them at maximum output. We added the two additional Black Series 600W lights. We measured the resulting light levels. The PPFD went higher than I wanted. So we turned them down. Simple. 😂 Now we're sitting around 59% power from the plug and getting approximately 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. And there's another benefit. We're using less electricity. We're also not unnecessarily pushing the fixtures and associated equipment harder than necessary. So we're testing the equipment properly while also finding a practical operating point. That's exactly what I wanted to do with these additional fixtures. Not simply: "Look how much light we can make." But: "How much useful light do we actually want?" And now... we're finding that answer. ──────────────────────── 💚 A Huge Thank You To Future Of Grow I want to give Future of Grow a special shout-out this week. They provided the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures for us to test here in the 8×8 Adventure. And this is exactly what we're doing. We're testing them in a real flowering room. We're measuring. We're observing. We're adjusting. We're learning. The additional fixtures gave us more lighting capability than we initially needed, so we reduced the output to approximately 59%. We're now sitting around 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. And I'm very happy with the result. Strong light. More control. Lower power consumption than simply running everything flat out. And twelve plants giving us twelve different responses. Thank you, Future of Grow, for giving us the opportunity to put these fixtures through their paces. ──────────────────────── ☀️ Chem Brûlée Under The New Artificial Sun And Chem Brûlée? She's still Chem Brûlée. 😂 That's actually one of the things I love about this experiment. We can change the lighting environment. We can make more photons available. We can adjust the output. But the genetics still have the final say. The light provides energy. The plant decides what to do with that opportunity. And Chem Brûlée Pheno A continues expressing herself exactly as she has throughout this journey. Her structure. Her flower formation. Her frost. Her personality. Nothing about the additional light has changed who she is. It simply gives her another opportunity to make use of the environment. And that's what we're watching now. ──────────────────────── ☀️ Around 1,500 PPFD At The Upper Canopy The approximately 1,500 PPFD we're currently seeing is measured across the upper canopy. And that's an important distinction. A plant is not a flat solar panel. 😂🌿 Chem Brûlée has flowers and leaves at different heights. Some areas receive stronger direct light. Other areas sit deeper within the structure. Some leaves are positioned perfectly toward the fixtures. Others naturally receive less. That's normal. We're not trying to make every single flower receive identical intensity. We're trying to create a strong overall lighting environment while allowing the plant to use that light effectively. And because Chem Brûlée is a taller phenotype, the three-dimensional relationship between plant and light becomes particularly interesting. Upper canopy. Middle canopy. Interior. Lower flowering sites. Every level has its own relationship with the photons. ──────────────────────── 💡 Light Is Only One Piece Of The Puzzle This is something I keep coming back to throughout the 8×8 Adventure. More light doesn't automatically mean better results. The plant still needs to be able to use that light. Temperature matters. Humidity matters. CO₂ matters. Water matters. Nutrition matters. Root health matters. Leaf health matters. And the structure of the plant determines how efficiently those photons can move through the canopy. Everything is connected. That's why I'm much happier having the ability to control the lighting rather than simply increasing intensity without thinking about everything else. The two new fixtures give us more capability. The 59% output gives us control. The plants tell us whether the environment is working. And Chem Brûlée? She's looking happy. That's the important part. ──────────────────────── ⚗️ Nutrition – Another Small Step Forward We've also made a small nutritional adjustment this week. Again... nothing dramatic. We're simply increasing Terra Bloom slightly as the plants continue progressing through flowering. The current programme is: • Terra Bloom — 2.3 ml/L • Green Sensation — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • pH adjustment as required That small increase in Terra Bloom has brought the EC up slightly. We're now around: ⚡ EC — 2.14 mS/cm And that's exactly the kind of adjustment I prefer. Small. Measured. Controlled. We're not changing everything simply because another week has passed. We're supporting the plants as their requirements develop. And Chem Brûlée is giving us a very good reason to remain confident in the current direction. She's green. She's flowering. She's producing resin. She's developing. So... we continue. ──────────────────────── 💧 Irrigation – Consistency Over Complexity The irrigation system continues doing its job in the background. We're now around: 💧 1.45 L per plant / 24 hours with the nutrient solution around: 🌡️ 25°C and the substrate around: 🌡️ 25°C. At this stage, consistency becomes increasingly valuable. We're not trying to force Chem Brûlée to drink more simply because she looks beautiful. We're watching her demand. We're keeping the root environment stable. We're providing what the system requires. And then we're allowing the plant to decide what she does with it. That's becoming the general philosophy of this stage of the 8×8 Adventure. Provide. Observe. Adjust when necessary. Otherwise... let the plant grow. ──────────────────────── 🌡️ Week 11 – Current Environment The room is currently running approximately: • 🌡️ Day Temperature: 26.5°C • 🌙 Night Temperature: 26°C • 💧 Relative Humidity: 61% • 🥥 Substrate Temperature: 25°C • 💦 Nutrient Solution Temperature: 25°C • ⚗️ pH: 6.02 • ⚡ EC: 2.14 mS/cm • 💨 CO₂: approximately 693 ppm • 💡 Light Schedule: 12/12 • 💧 Irrigation: approximately 1.45 L/plant/24h • ? Pot Size: 15 L • 📏 Plant Height: approximately 126 cm Summer still likes to keep things interesting. 😂☀️ Absolute environmental perfection isn't always realistic. What matters is stability. Keeping the important variables within a controlled range. Avoiding unnecessary swings. And watching the plants themselves. And right now... Chem Brûlée looks perfectly comfortable. ──────────────────────── 🌿 We're Not Removing Leaves Just Because We Can Another thing worth mentioning at this stage is canopy management. Earlier in the grow, removing foliage had a clear purpose. Opening the canopy. Improving access. Managing structure. Creating space. But now? We don't need to remove healthy leaves simply because they're there. Those leaves are working. They're capturing photons. They're contributing to photosynthesis. They're supporting the plant. So we're not looking at defoliation as something that needs to happen automatically every week. If something genuinely needs attention, we'll deal with it. If an area becomes excessively crowded, we'll assess it. If airflow needs help, we'll respond. But otherwise... let her work. Chem Brûlée doesn't need to be turned into a skeleton to flower beautifully. She needs a healthy, functional canopy. And that's what we're maintaining. ──────────────────────── 🌸 The Flowers Are Taking Over The Story The further we move into flowering, the more the flowers become the main story. And they're looking beautiful. The pistils remain prominent. The flower structures are becoming more defined. The resin is becoming increasingly obvious. And slowly... the individual flowers are becoming substantial structures rather than simply flowering sites. That's the transformation we're here to document. Week by week. Photograph by photograph. Observation by observation. And Chem Brûlée Pheno A is giving us a particularly interesting one. She's not simply becoming a flowering plant. She's becoming a very specific expression of Chem Brûlée. Chem Brûlée Pheno A is becoming a very enjoyable subject. 😂📸 The wide photographs show the plant's overall structure. The height. The branches. The flowering sites. But the close-ups? That's where she really starts talking. The frost. The pistils. The sugar leaves. The developing flowers. The textures. The tiny details. Those photographs allow us to see what the naked eye sometimes misses. And when you compare them with the earlier weeks... you can see just how much she has changed. One photograph is a moment. An entire diary is a story. And hers is becoming a very interesting one. ──────────────────────── Same Room. Different Answer. This is still the heart of the 8×8 Adventure. Twelve plants. One room. Shared conditions. Shared environmental philosophy. Shared lighting. Shared irrigation. Shared nutritional strategy. And yet... twelve different answers. Some plants are compact. Some are tall. Some develop dense structures. Some spread. Some express their flowers differently. Some show their personality immediately. Others take longer. Chem Brûlée Pheno A has definitely given us one of the more distinctive answers. She's tall. She's individual. She's increasingly frosty. And she's developing a character that belongs entirely to her. That's what makes phenotype work so fascinating. ──────────────────────── 🍮 Chem Brûlée Is Becoming Herself If I had to describe what I'm seeing now, I'd say the picture is becoming clearer. At the beginning, we had possibilities. Now we have evidence. We can see her structure. We can see her flowering style. We can see her resin development. We can see her relationship with the canopy. We can see her personality. She's not trying to be another phenotype. She's not trying to follow the plant next door. She's simply expressing what she is. And that's exactly what I want. Because the goal of this project isn't to force twelve plants into one shape. It's to give twelve plants the opportunity to show us what they're capable of. Chem Brûlée Pheno A is taking that opportunity. And she's doing it beautifully. ──────────────────────── 🔬 The Photon Experiment Continues The addition of the two Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures adds another fascinating layer to the 8×8 Adventure. We're now testing a considerably more capable lighting setup. But we're not simply pushing the fixtures to their limits. We increased the available light. The PPFD went higher than I wanted. We reduced the output. Now we're around 59% power. Approximately 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. And less electricity being used than if we simply ran the fixtures at full power. That's a result I'm very happy with. The experiment isn't about proving that more watts are always better. It's about finding the useful level. The practical level. The level where the plants can make good use of the photons while the rest of the environment remains balanced. And then there are weeks where the most important thing the grower can do... is step back. This is one of those weeks. We added two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures. We tested the increased lighting capability. The PPFD went higher than I wanted. So we reduced the output to approximately 59%. We're now seeing around 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. We made a small increase to Terra Bloom. The EC moved slightly higher to approximately 2.14 mS/cm. And then... we stepped back. Because Chem Brûlée Pheno A doesn't need us constantly interfering with her. She's healthy. She's green. She's flowering. She's getting frosty. She's developing beautifully. And she's doing it in a way that belongs entirely to her. That's what I want to see. Not a perfect copy of another plant. Not a phenotype forced into a particular shape. Her. Exactly as she is. Last week, instead of 2 g of GHSC Powder Feeding, I only gave 1.5 g p l of substrate so that I can give you another 1 g per l of substrate next week so that it lasts until the end :-). It is developing very well and the buds are starting to grow :-). The week was poured 3 times with 1.1 l each time. once of them GHSC Enhancer was added :-). This girl has exploded this week new buds whizzing off in all directions , She has just started too go cloudy but no amber as of yet , so I would say I started too flush way too early as she has now been having nothing more than water for the last two weeks but it doesn't seem too have stopped her in anyway but who knows she may have produced more bud ? But I am very happy with what she has and you would be happy for this result from a photoperiod plant , she has developed what looks like corn shooting out of every bud in all directions , looks mad I've just read it's called foxtailing and it's genetic on purple strains not light or heat stress , Looks amazing Update , Really starting too show the early flush now week 3 of nothing but clean water , she is now in full swing of eating her leaves all cloudy and about 4% amber , so it seems another week for this girl and I clearly started to flush a week early , but doesn't seem too have slowed her down

12/17/23 - Day 41 - It flipped to flower today. I didn't document it via video because it's just like all the other videos. Except this change uses different level of the nutes for Flowering. Alot of the bud sites have tons of pistles on them. The plant itself is so round and bushy. The plants branches are very close together. There is a video up there of me using the software to change from veg. to flower. I'll update you tomorrow once the lights come on. Now I only get 12 hrs of light instead of 18. 12/18/23 - Day 42 - FLOWER POWER! Look at those flowers starting to form! It looks amazing!!!!! I think starting from a good seed is better than a clone. If this ends up better than the last grow..... it's already off to a better start. The leaves looks super healthy. 12/23/23 - Day 47 - What a WEEK! The whole family got sick and I was the lone ranger on the battlefield taking care of all the units! So posting had to take a back seat! I did manage to grab some pictures during those days. I posted them up top. This week is the first week of Flower, and its going great! As you can see in the pictures that the buds are starting to take off from the bushy part of the plant. I installed a second Scrogg net, the buds are already starting to launch upwards and I can tell they are going to need some support as they get bigger. The Leaf box has been taking great care of the nutes, humidity, temp, and lighting. There is only one thing that I have had to do manually. Toward the last day of the week, the day before the water change the PH seems to dip down to 5.5. It's not a bad thing to be there for a couple of hours, but it is the lowest range I would ever let PH go in a hydroponic (DWC) setup. I have been adding 2 cap fulls of PH+ to get the PH in check. To be honest, adding 2 caps full of PH+ once a week is NOTHING. I feel like it's the least I could do. The box is creating the perfect environment. It's the perfect Cannabis Oasis, I treat my girls to the finest of living before the end. :) Happy growing and I'll post again after the water change tomorrow! Woche sieben beginnt ganz wunderbar mit Wunderschönen roten Blüten und einem hervorragenden Duft. Sehr beerig, süß nach Kaugummi. Ich liebe diesen Strain jetzt schon❤️ Am Sonntag gab es noch einmal den Enhancer von Greenhous feeding. Jetz noch eine Woche Wasser und dann gibt es in der letzten Woche nur noch Licht, Luft und liebe 🏻

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

02/28/2021 What a difference in a week! Potted up GSC To 1 gallon pot, Blue Dream next, pics coming soon. (Later tonight) Blue Dream potted up and watering done. Both have nice side shoots for clones. GSC is at 10" tall, Bluedreamatic Dream is at7.5" Also took 5 cuttings of Wreak Havoc hope to have 2 of each clone (GSC,BLUE DREAM,WREAK HAVOC) for outside, I believe I got the lemony kush pheno which is perfect for my climate!
