So these Jiffy peat moss pellets are the absolute worst!!! I usually use rock wool cubes but I ran out and decided to try these stupid things again. They just get so water logged or so rock hard dry. It’s hard to keep them in the middle. I had to remove them from my cloning machine because they where just to water logged compared to when I use rock wool or clones in it. 2 of the 3 seedlings came up no problem after they dried out a bit and the third one took another day longer and needed so help getting her shell off. For watering, I’ve just been dunking them halfway into my cloning reservoir and letting them soak up water for a second then pulling them out. This seems to get them wet enough but not soaked. 24hrs or so later they are almost completely dry and I repeat. I’m afraid to let them dry rite up cause they get so rock hard, I can’t see that being good at all for the newly developing, delicate roots being formed. I will update some more pics later in the week when I get my starter 3gal DWC buckets built and going. Cheers 💨

Trotz der Hitze in der vergangenen Woche in der zweiten Hitzewelle mit bis zu 40° C. hat sie weitere 20 cm Höhenwachstum hingelegt. Der Preis dafür war dreimaliges Wässern täglich, sonst wäre es zu einem Trockenschaden gekommen und Anwesenheit um einen Mangel schnell erkennen zu können. In der letzten Woche in Urlaub gewesen zu sein wäre tödlich für die Pflanzen gewesen. Im Inneren mussten ein paar vergilbende Blätter entfernt werden, sonst gab es weiter nichts auffälliges und berichtenswertes. Sie ist eine gesunde kräftige Pflanze mit vielleicht etwas zuviel Laub. Kein Fraß Kein Trockenschaden Kein Windbruch Keine Unterdüngung (evntl. etwas zuviel) Eigentlich langweilig... aber das Ziel ist eine gesunde Outdoor Pflanze mit gutem Ertrag. Day 8: All of thesenladies are nice and settled now. They all have 3rd nodes visible and are close to letting the 4th nodes out too. besides the damage from germination and seed husk , they are looking OK so far. I am attempting to get the rootbball wide by watering more towards the pots edges. hopefully this will make them spread out above the soil similarly. A quiet and steady week Growmies. They will bendirectly under light in a few days time so should have grown a good amount for the next update. Be safe

The stretch is strong with these girls. Looking very nice and have been doing my typical trim routine. Will switch to bloom nutes at flip.

I can't talk too much about smeel cause I've make a thrips treatment, and still smeel insecticide... This week I've found again several thrips, and several dead leaves cause eaten by this 🤬.. I'll try an other treatment in few days🥊🥊🤞🤞 Except this issue with thrips, plants look happy and healthy, and lot of buds site 💜💜🌲🌲🌲😁😁 💦I've given 1.5 l/plants 3 times. Growing well apart from middle one. Pot fees heavy so I am drying it out for a few days before I water. Will be increasing nutrients next feed to 1ml grow 1ml bloom and will introduce top max soon.

Week 5: Mendo Frost Auto is transitioning into early flower with visible pistils forming across the tops. LST is mostly finished now and the plant has developed a wide, open structure with multiple strong bud sites ready for the stretch phase.

Well, not much has changed, so it's kind of like 'same same but different' around here. The plants are still vibing, doing their thing, just with a little more oomph this week.
