Quebec Blast is doing well. She is showing first signs of flowering a week into light change. I adjusted nutrition more to her current demands, with a solution change today. Everything is going well, I don't expect a lot of stretching. I could be wrong. I am growing her under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light at 70 percent. She is in New Level Hydro 5 gallon bucket. Week 3 of Flower This little lady sure is taking her time flipping to flower. Her tent mates are well into it but she is taking her time lol. Oh well she is still healthy and I can see now that she is stretching out a bit and finally bursting into flowering. She will likely take longer then the 8-9 weeks that the breeders say given her slow start to flower. But I’m ok with that. She’s healthy so things are looking up. 5.9 pH 500 ppm 65 water temp 72 tent temp 39 RH %

This was such an amazing experience! The outcome could have been better but I'm happy and the quality is definitely there!!!!! Such a sweet tasting smoke with very relaxing, very creative highlights! From the looks of my top of the coco it seems like I was over watering. I seem a bit of algae growth, my coco stay moist for 4-5 days it seem like. So should my nute feeding be huge or give them small daily feeding in between the large watering?

Here’s the beginning of flowering stage and the last day of first week I made defoliation to them and give them some training. I’m so glad to see those girls growing fast and more in this week 1 so I’m so excited and looking forwards to next week . can’t wait to see the beautiful flowers.

Okay had to start 2 purple strains one of them being LSD-25 and the other Blackberry in the second journal. I still have 2 open air pots filled to the brim with fox farm ocean forest, froggy frog, and coco choir in approximately a 2:1:1 ratio. I'm still anticipating the unreleased strains from fastbuds fingers crossed. I placed both these girls taproot down right before the Eclipse. Day 1 above ground: August 23rd. I like to stretch them early to allow for more room for watering since I like to bush them out. Stretching them early allows for a long strong stem and hopefully sets the precedent for future growth rate. Stretched them out s littlllllle too much haha forgot my light was in 50%. No harm no fail. I'll take better pics when they take off.

Aug 10: looking good after yesterday’s defoliation. Added malted barley and Power Bloom as top dressing. Aug 11: note that it is a bad idea to take flash pics of photoperiod plants but I do this just before I use the 730 nm far red light. Seemed to be okay doing this last year so I’ll do it a few times this year. Aug 14: watered in morning but Bruce was wilting by late afternoon. Cannabis plants perk up quickly after watering but one should avoid reaching that point. It was hotter than expected today.
