June 1: May was a cool month and she has been slow to recover since the topping five days ago. This week should be better and the week after is perfect cannabis weather. Did foliar spray of Extreme Blend this morning. June 2: watered with molasses. June 3: rained all day. June 6: starting manual LST to gently keep the two stems from growing close together. June 7: brought back inside because it will be too cold for the next two days. Daytime high of only 8 C and the overnight low will be 1 C. That’s pretty cold for early June.

Week 4: I somehow managed to overwater 2 of my cuties. Having a humidifier + the fan not being properly positionend kinda lead to this. However, they are now looking stronger again and back on track.

So she only grew 3cm in vertical height this week. But look at all the side branches she's pushed out!!! The girl's doing well 😍

Ended up pulling about 65 grams from Top Gun2, another 55 from the Top Gun1 I harvested earlier, fun grow, I was lazy with this diary as I was more excited for gorilla cookies, I’ll try to keep to one diary from now.

Heavy defoliation the day before the photos were taken. Will leave alone now to stack and mature for a month. Feed regularly. *(If anyone has seen the little blue heater that I use in the room in one of the photos or videos, I noticed a tiny LED on the side. Since it was daylight when I tested the heater and it's so small, hadn't noticed that it turns on when the heater is activated. It is red and I think that it's intermittent off/on/off during flowering was having an effect on the plants on the right side where the light is. Put duct tape over the light and hopefully, that's that, although if the element inside glows red and lights up the room, I may have to deal with it).

Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!

A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. Biscotti Mintz also looking big and very healthy. Let’s watch them grow and see what they’ve got 🌱💪

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Did the start of my flushing last night. In 6 to 7 days I'll do another flush then 4 days after that, will do the 3 day flush before harvest. The aroma is overpowering very sweet with a bit of spice to it. Bud production is moving at a brisk pace. I did a small trim last week to uncover a few bud sites.

Looking good. Flowering way faster than my 3 other plants. Guess that's why they're called 420 fastbuds! Lol. Day 55. Strong scent of sweet dough and berries. Absolutely lovely.
