More defoliation and nutes this week, they are seriously getting hungry now! I ordered a new 30cm honeywell ground fan and dehumidifier to quickly solve the RH issues, I don't want to risk mold or other surprises.

End of week 4/Day 34 plant is still really small but its flowering :) has a nice smell between a green veg plant and a cheese strain :) and im really excited to try the buds from this one, cant wait to be relaxed haha. im going to make sure the plants are 60cm away from the light for flowering as they are all in the flowering stage now :) im going to be giving more canna B in flowering for P and K instead of N. check out my Quick One and Royal Dwarf diaries :) i guess its just a waiting game now. it was a nice learning experience this time round but i was very unsure about everything. i have to give myself some applause tho as ive reached flowering :) next grow im doing a diesel auto, gg auto and maybe a sweet Zz (grapefruit x grape ape) as my first photoperiod :) we'll see how things go. please leave any advice or comments :) thank you for following my diaries! I picked up some iceberg lettuce seeds too so keep an eye out for those! :D Day 35 - 29/10/19 haloween is almost here and i cant wait to get me some 🎃. Flushed the fast eddy plant and it had 1160 ppm with a ph of 6.08. im assuming ppm of 800-1160 is hurting my plant, full of salts too. mixing up feed now to give to her. i should have had it sitting ready but i mixed up the bottles so i had to start over 😂. the smell off this plant isnt like the other generic weed strains, its got a real powerful potent cheese smell coming from it, and its very compact and tight, i think i actually got 2 buds merging into one hahaha. the sugar leaves look amazing too :) need to pick up a jewelers loupe or something of the sort to start watching the pistils and trichomes :) other than that im gonna start feeding her 4ml Canna A, 4ml Canna B, 3ml Rhizotonic, 3ml Cannazym. i did the flush yesterday with quick one and growth is just exploding again, its crazy how noob proof these plants are, still i think id prefer to have more control with photoperiods. Day 37 - 31/10/19 Plant enjoyed the flush! its very hard to see the flowering growth as it is very close together surrounded by healthy leaves. Has a lovely cheese smell, compared to a full cheese strain im getting hints of what could be the juanita la lagrimosa :) from the way this is developing and forming buds im not even worried about the size anymore. its looking likely to be good quality smoke :) Basically no flowering stretch so less yeild i think :) im a happy grower so thats all that matters haha. until next week folks! and HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!!!!

'Not all those who wander are lost' What started out as an experiment, turned out to be an adventure of epic proportions. What hangs here behind me smells like the weed I knew in the 80's, skunky and full. But look at those buds. DAAAAANG.... These are the biggest buds Ive ever grown, I didn't know what darkness precisely did before.... now I know... My god after a few days they oooze cristal liquid from all its holes. They are greasy and sticky, full of weight and I think well hit the 300 grams per plant with this one, taking our total to 600 grams what would be 2 grams per watt used. If that's so, Ill never use another light again! Thank you Mars Hydro for letting us try it. And by god so should anyone wanting to up their growing game. Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here👍. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. From the moment she popped her head out to the start of week 4, this girl was fimmed, pruned, trained and flipped. She put out a full oz. more than the 6 week(v) mainline beside er😳. Now that is just straight amazing😎. The key advantages - BIG F$&K’N YIELDS and auto pilot care for up to 2 weeks. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. Here’s where strain, medium and method kinda collide though. This girl was on a hurry up and go schedule. We lost the first one to root rot and had to get this one off the ground and mature before the cycle sched. Was gonna flip. Not to mention it was totally screwing with our spring nursery timing too. She was fimmed once and then splayed with LST. Not much either - just enough to get er spread apart a little. So you combine ultra fast growth rates of hydro with a big yield strain like this on a fast paced training method that limits required recovery times... and you get this monster. Just a perfect grow that anyone would be extremely happy with. We used frozen water bottles In the res. twice a day throughout the grow. My issues with light leaks and temps are well documented and I’m constantly running up against one or the other as a hurdle. This plant was no different and she started to re-veg. In the last few days prior to chop. All due to a light leak from the cabinet beside this one that was running on an 18/6. Gonna have to plug some light holes prior to next grow. Other than that - she was amazing and the method here is getting an unusually high and very rare 5/5.😳 Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 The final number is just so sweet. 6.04oz and she veg’d less than a month. Overall, I could confidently say that’s both faster and better than most typical autos in general😳😎👍👌. Any time your rock’n out 5+oz is a good haul but in this kinda time frame - that’s just crazy. We let her go just a little longer (again, as per Spliff’s direction) and it was worth the extra patience. She’s dense as all hell and a nice add to the stash🤟. 11/16 Trimmed all plants. Some more than others. Just experimenting. Two are growing fat buds, two are a little behind and one still hasn't even begun flowering. She just keeps getting bushier and spitting out another set of leaves when I think I see pistils. 11/17 Fed and watered. Changed to 12/12 to see if I can trigger the last lady. Gonna give her a couple days. 11/20 Fed and watered and gave them Cal mag. Late bloomer still isn't flowering.

I split the stem at the top cola’s and trimmed off all the excess leaves. Swapped out a light to one that barely fits my tent and running at 50% and below.

Hi all! Today I continue to record my DARK Phoenix lady vegetation stage. This week the plant has grown a little. I continue to stretch the branches to the sides, thereby freeing up space for air circulation and light penetration. There are enough fertilizers from the Green House Seeds and the plant looks healthy and strong. I added some root food from GHE and also the Urtica from GHE. I continue to water every day, since it is COCONUT and it should always be wet - then there will be no salting. And I keep the PH in the range between 6.3-6.5. I Added slightly more fertilizer to water this week, so the PPM is about 650-700.

The colors are showing on this lady! They are beautiful! I couldn't believe how much she came into her own. I started to flush her and she's been hungry anyway. I taper off the nutes like nature intended. So last week was probably less than I added on the site. I will go back and fix it.

Day 83 - end of week 4 flowering and everything thing going good , super easy to grow so far with no problems. They have started giving of a really sweet smell can’t wait to taste 👅

So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Day91: 72h of darkness and they all be chopped. Harvested and jarred the experiment grow (the plant was rescued then topped) 21g total. Not bad all things considered. I think I can get 100g with the whole grow Chop day: 31/8 day 96. Plants are drying in the tent at 25ºC and 61%RH
