Well I starved her for two weeks with some low PPM/low N, and bumped here back into an equilibrium last night at 400 ppm. PH stable through the night with a ppm drop. Fingers crossed for a manageable week 7. This plant pre-flowered mid-week 3 and she has flowered up quite a bit more than the other hydro auto grows I've done. Maybe a nice yield, or maybe a quick finish? I'm patient ... She hasn’t grown much at all last few days I’m guessing she’ll land 18” tall which is not good for my fixed light set up. Will need to rig the hangers in there somehow.

HULKBERRY So this week, I was actually looking to harvest her, but whilst I was defoliating in preparation for the chop, I saw that the buds below the canopy are still underdeveloped. I just removed the rest of the dead leaves and watered instead. It was absolutely bone dry because I was planning to chop. Oops! 😅 Anyway, here's what I used for feedings this week: 20.6.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 and containing the following nutrients per 2 litres; ♡ 1/4 Tsp Cal-Mag ♡ 1/2 Tsp Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) All by Greenleaf Nutrients. PH: 6.5 PPM: 1400 I gave another 2ltrs this day consisting of: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with the following nutrients; ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) ♡ 1 Tsp Mega Crop Part A PPM: 1280 PH: 6.5 22.6.25: I watered with 2L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 and containing the following nutrients per 2 litres; ♡ 3/4 Tsp Cal-Mag ♡ 1/2 Tsp Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) All by Greenleaf Nutrients. Blütetag 29 | Tag 73 gesamt 🌱 Die drei haben sich inzwischen zu richtigen Beautys entwickelt und stehen aktuell wirklich brutal gut da. Kleine Anfangs-Themen nach dem Umtopfen und der Eingewöhnung sind längst vergessen — inzwischen läuft der Run einfach richtig rund. Die Fruit Bomb Punch bleibt dabei natürlich komplett verrückt. Trotz mehrerer Clips und ordentlich eingebremst steht sie inzwischen trotzdem schon bei rund 1,15 m und wäre ohne das wahrscheinlich völlig eskaliert. Absolutes Monster. Auch beim Terpenprofil zeigen die drei inzwischen immer deutlicher ihren eigenen Charakter. Die Strawberry AK geht weiter eher in die cremig-fruchtige Richtung, während die Fruit Bomb Punch ihrem Namen aktuell wirklich komplett gerecht wird — absolute Fruchtbombe. Bei Chicken & Waffles entwickelt sich das Profil dagegen eher würziger und herber. Das wird sich sicher noch weiter ausprägen, aber von irgendwelchen „Hühnchen“-Terps ist man da natürlich weit entfernt. 😄 Klimamäßig waren die Nächte zuletzt schon fast etwas zu frisch. Teilweise ging es runter bis etwa 17 °C, was für die Damen dann doch eher unangenehm kühl wurde. Dazu kommt aktuell eine etwas höhere Luftfeuchtigkeit als mir lieb ist — aber gut, da müssen wir jetzt erstmal durch und hoffen wieder auf etwas trockenere Bedingungen. Inzwischen merkt man einfach komplett, wie unterschiedlich die drei ihren eigenen Charakter entwickeln — genau sowas macht Vergleichsruns spannend. Am Ende entscheidet das Glas. 🍓🔥🌱 Flower Day 29 | Day 73 Overall 🌱 The three girls have really turned into absolute beauties by now and are looking seriously impressive at the moment. Any small early issues after transplanting and settling into the big pots are long gone — the run is cruising along beautifully right now. The Fruit Bomb Punch is still completely insane though. Even after several clips and heavy height control she’s already sitting around 1.15 m tall and probably would’ve gone completely out of control without it. Absolute monster. The terp profiles are also showing more and more personality now. Strawberry AK still leans into that creamy fruity direction, while Fruit Bomb Punch is fully living up to her name already — a straight-up fruit bomb. Chicken & Waffles is developing more into a spicy, herbal direction so far. That profile will probably keep evolving, but no… it definitely doesn’t smell like fried chicken or waffles. 😄 Climate-wise the nights recently were actually a bit too cold. Temperatures dropped down to around 17 °C at times, which is getting a little uncomfortable for the ladies. Humidity is also a bit higher than I’d like right now, but we’ll have to ride it out and hope for some drier conditions again soon. You can really see now how differently all three plants are expressing their own character — and that’s exactly what makes comparison runs so much fun. In the end, the jar decides. 🍓🔥🌱

Just as difficult to grow as the first time I done Afghan kush but still managed to get some nice purple bud out of it!!!

Aber, sie ist so schön, dafür darf sie noch weiterblühen. Nebeneffekt, die Knospen bekommen noch mehr Trichome, mehr Gewicht, es ist einfach nur entzückend. Es kommen die ersten braunen Trichome. Yes. Ich denke mal letzte Woche. Es ist erst Tag 63 von max 75. Tage nur Wasser 7. 08.04. Trinkt kaum noch. 09.04. Sie ist echt purple. Kein Lichteffekt. Auch die Blätter fangen an ihre Farbe zu wechseln. Purple Stichig. 10.04. 3 Tage ohne Wasser... Sehr feucht noch. Hmm. Habt eine schöne Zeit. 12.04. 5 Tage ohne Wasser. Sie ist noch immer feucht. Vielleicht ist sie in 2 Tagen trocken. Das wären dann 7 Tage ohne Wasser. Eventuell dann hacken? 13.04. 200 fache Vergrößerung. True colors. Purple thc? 14.04. Ich gebe ihr im 7. Tag Wasser. Tag 69 der Blüte. Vielleicht noch ne Woche?

* ********* Week 8 - May 30 to June 5, 2020 - Day 50 to 56 ********** * Getting caught up on pictures......... Bud sites finally set in this week and the girls are in full flower now. They have been switched back to 18/6 light cycle as well........they spent 4 nights at 12/12 so I didn’t want to push it further and risk low productivity in 12/12 or her being overly stressed coming back to 18/6 after too long so it was time to switch back. GSC is staying in her own tent now.....she is too big to go back in with the other girls. I have to order a couple of things to make it work but feel that is the best answer. GSC2 went back into the flower tent with the others and just put her on several risers to bring canopy up. The girls need some leaves removed here and there but there are actually very few leaves in the big picture so I am very reluctant to remove too many. The girls seemed to grow smaller leaves and bud sites are smaller right now. Lots of branch on GSC but I am not looking to grow branches😃Branches stiffened up more this week and have been working a little more silica into her feed. Strong stock = big yield👍 GSC has been feeding hard this week. She is having no issues going through 3L a day of feed. GSC2 is being fed the same right now and she is also stiffening up and looking more “perky” all the time......forming into a cannabis plant more now🤞GSC2 has done so well with her bad transplant and growing out of the pot almost sideways......she is a fighter!!! Stay the course for now and get the second environment dialled in for the big girl!!! Little more detail........ May 30/20 - Day 50 - Dry out day for the girls - GSC still not set bud sites.....three days at 12/12 now?? - GSC2 is looking taller and side branches are reaching up more. May 31/20 - Day 51 - 8L water mixed with Dual Fuel @ 2ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt, CalMag @ 1ml = 1300ppm and 5.9pH - GSC took 5L - runoff 900ppm and 5.7pH - GSC2 took 3L - runoff 1300ppm and 5.9pH - Leaf strip harder on both girls today - GSC is 21” tall and slowly forming bud sites. - GSC still on 12/12 light cycle June 1/20 - Day 52 - dry out day - GSC has a number of hairs coming out today......buds slowly forming, Leaves are smaller. - moved light cycle back to 15/9 today.......slowly working GSC back to 18/6. June 2/20 - Day 53 - 7L water with Vitathrive @ 2ml, Rhinoskin, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 950ppm and 5.9pH - GSC took roughly 4L and GSC2 took 3L.........no runoff from either girl - GSC has more hairs popping and she is progressing. - GSC tent back to 18/6 today. - GSC2 is showing some spotting on her leaves. June 3/20 - Day 54 - dry out day - GSC stem is stiffening and hairs are looking good. - GSC2 is in full flower now as well and looking good....not tall though. June 4/20 - Day 55 - big water day - GSC given 6L with Massive @ 3ml, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 1025ppm and 6.1pH - she was super dry and took all 6L no problem, - GSC2 given 4L with Massive @ 3ml, VeloKelp, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 1275ppm and 6.1pH - GSC2 given some kelp and increased based nutes a bit. - GSC in veg tent by herself......she is just to big to go back in the other tent!!!!😀 - GSC2 is getting squished a bit in the other tent as well as they are all doing well and filling in the tent. - GSC2 is put on milk crate to raise her up a bit and some more light on her. June 5/20 - Day 56 - dry out day - GSC didn’t look as happy today as I would have thought? - GSC2 on the other hand is firming up and looking a lot more like a plant in flower now👍

Oct 19: warm October continues and this plant will be harvested in a few days. Three days with snow starting 3 days from now so that’s it for the season. Drilled a couple of holes in the trunk. Idea is to stress the plant to spur trichome production. Did this before and not entirely sure it helps, but why not? Oct 20: these buds are getting stinkier and frostier just in time for the season here to end. Smell was quite noticeable this morning so I’ve bumped it up to Strong. All the buds are looking fairly frosty too so this Gelato is finishing strong. 👍👍 Oct 21: harvest day because in two days, Monday, it will be below zero all day and likely snow. Oh well, a longer than expected season allowed this gelato to finish fairly well. Trichomes are still white, and actually I rarely see amber trikes on my plants and I think that’s due the weak sunlight here in the fall. My best option here is to aim to harvest by the end of September. This plant was not billed as being fast flowering so I expected it to be a bit slow, plus it is a sativa pheno, so I feel lucky that it has finished as well as it did. The weather here was definitely good for cannabis this year with the only real hassle being wildfire smoke.

Another big jump in height this week; we are starting to lose sunlight here by about three minutes a day now. I heavily defoliated these plants at the end of this week, and took off any “unviables”. I also topdressed with some extra bloom nutes and some new soil to help keep some moisture in. As of the date of this post, we are just coming out of a heat warning, and it’s been 47 days without measurable rain in my area, we are also seeing pollution from forest fires northeast of us in our province. It’s hot; it’s dry, and now, we have this eerie light that I call “the fire sun” Luckily the goils seem to be thriving as best they can in the midst of it all. ☀️ 🔥

Buds look ready although going to give an extra week as I prefer more amber, very solid and smell is incredible

Day 58 - 07/02/20 About 70% or more pistils are amber and ive harvested the inner stems of the plant yesterday and today and trimmed it all down to individual buds before putting it in the net to dry for a week :) The inner stems had such thick and dense buds on them that it was blocking some light from the buds on the outer stems and preventing them from reaching full maturity. They are now getting all the light they need for a few more days during the flushing week. I will also be reducing the light from 18/6 down to 12/12 this week as its not possible for me to isolate the plants in total darkness for 72h. I was told that no light right before harvest will mean more THC production, any time i knock the lights back before harvest my buds always look frosty and covered in trichomes. I cant wait until i have a smaller veg tent and another tent so i can isolate the plants for the full 72 hours. Anyways i had a little problem over the last 2 weeks with my PH pen being cheap and nasty, it constantly needs calibrated but still its doing a basic job and preventing more serious PH issues until i get a replacement. i also think i might have flushed the plants at that time before calibrating the PH meter and they were not happy about it :) Everything looks okay now in my tent and im just giving this one only Phed tap water until harvest :) I added a few photos of the Cayenne pepper plants harvest, the pepper plant was in one of my older grows i think maybe my first... could be the quick one diary, with minimal care and a little water i grew some monster peppers, i wanted to give them thier own diary but im not sure how GD would react hahah. so i posted them here, These peppers were all grown under the same light in the exact same conditions as i grow my weed with no bugs 🐜 or problems with mould, id strongly reccommend giving it a go and use up that grow space, especially as its bad for the environment to indoor grow! make the most of it folks! Anyways happy medicating for this week and check out my other diaries if you all get time :) Day 60 - 09/02/20 Added a video of a few buds from the inner stems drying on my drying net. I trimmed the fan leaves off and chopped the tips of the sugar leaves which had no trichomes on them. most of the test buds got all the visible stem removed but i left a few of the chunky tops to dry just to see how they turn out. Anyways im going to flush for a few more days before chopping the rest down and getting it ready to dry :) Keep on growing folks!

Sunday, 28-08-2022 Stretching up and out and looking good. Top-dressed midweek with 60 ml Humic Acid flakes. Foliar sprayed yesterday with The Amazing Doctor Zymes Eliminator(TADZE). Plants continue to seem pest free since starting to use TADZE. Only one midweek feed due to pots being saturated with rain on previous weekend. Supplemented feed today with Beneficial Booster comprised of 50 ml molasses, 125 ml EMAS and 15+ ml~ Recharge in 12 litres stored rain water with the molasses diluted in 950 ml filtered tap water, rain water EC=0~, final EC 1.7.

Hello This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. The day after reporting 2 weeks ago, I couldn't log in and the site was not working right. I got about 30 pictures on the home page then nothing after that. All the other pages I could bring up but there was no content. But all the, adds, worked... It went on for 5 days. I got discouraged and didn't report last week. I think what happened was somehow the operating system I'm on, got blocked from getting the whole web site. I've read on the questions page that some systems worked fine all that time. Got in here and did some LST and sucker branch and some fanleaf removal for better light penetration and air circulation. Things are going well. Saw some thrips damage, so I bought some canopy mites to keep their numbers down. You can see the little jars with bran in them. The canopy mites eat the bran mites while being transported in the packages. Still hoping to harvest around Aug 15 or so. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous ladies. Starting week 3 of veg, wow does time fly. They've progressed beautifully, and probably doubled in size the last week. This will be the last week of veg before that preflower stretch stage appears but over all I couldn't be happier with how they're doing. All in all Happy Growing

These two girls have gotten into "that's a big b*tch" territory! Absolutely massive plants just short of four feet tall and taking up half of the 4x8. Got their first haircut mid week, stripping off all of the lower third small branches and a large amount of inner fan leaves. They didn't skip a beat and just kept praying every day and chugging nutrient mix. Bud sites everywhere, hope these girls start lifting weights in preparation for all the buds their about to pack on.
