🌱 Animal Mints — Week 6 From Seed (≈ Week 2 Flower / Pre-Flower Phase) Quick Recap for New Readers This run includes multiple Animal Mints plants, all treated similarly, but we’re mainly cataloging two reference plants to clearly show how timing affects structure and development: • Plant A → 12/12 from seed • Plant B → ~15 days under 16/8 veg, then flipped to flower Same genetics, same room, same feeding — different timelines. That’s the whole experiment. ⸻ Plant A vs Plant B — Why Two Plants? • Plant A (12/12 from seed) • More compact • Slower early structure • Responds very well to gentle leaf bending and light training • Still stretching and stacking nicely • Plant B (short veg period) • Bigger frame • More developed branching • Further along in flower at the same “seed age” • Took light cleanup / lollipopping better This small veg window made a huge difference in structure and flower progression, and that’s exactly why we’re documenting both. ⸻ ✂️ Canopy Work (No Heavy Defoliation) This week we did selective leaf removal, not a true defoliation: • Opened airflow and light paths • Removed shaded or blocking leaves • Light lollipopping on Plant B only • Plant A kept mostly intact, just leaf bending and spacing Goal wasn’t stress — it was space, airflow, and efficiency. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day Temp: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on height & position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm (now stabilizing around 909 ppm) As outside temps stayed cooler, the room naturally became its own heat source: • Increased plant mass • Higher light intensity • Under-canopy lighting added No forced heaters. No extremes. Just letting the system balance itself. 🌬️ Airflow • Vortex extraction • Multiple cross-flow fans • Constant gentle movement No leaf chaos — just steady motion. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks a clear transition phase. • EC: ~2.4 • pH: 6.5 (transitioning down — all feeds now 6.0+) Why Higher pH Right Now? As plants move into flower, nutrient demand shifts: • Better Ca / Mg uptake • Stronger phosphorus & potassium availability • Root activity increases Slightly higher pH at this stage supports structural growth and flower formation, especially under higher light and CO₂. Another strong week, defoliation stress was near non existent and she bounced back fast. Buds are forming nicely and a stronger smell is emitted when I open my door along with the plant being sticky to the touch.

This is my very first grow and I'm thrilled to share every step with you! 🎉 I'd appreciate any tips you might have to help me achieve the best results! 😊 Equipment: I've geared up with an Indoor Grow Kit from MarsHydro along with some BioBizz supplements to ensure my plants get the best care. 🌿 🌼 Seeds: I opted for Fast Buds seeds after hearing great things about them. They were delivered super fast—just two days! I’m particularly excited to test the Fastberry strain. 🚀 I've begun soaking the seeds and setting up my space. Eagerly awaiting the transition to the next stage in a day or two! 🌱 📅 Update: 19.07. My Fastberry seeds sprouted 1-2 cm within just 1.5 days! 🌱 It’s often recommended that autoflowers be planted directly into their final home, so I'm following that advice. I'm working on improving the air circulation in my tent to ensure the best environment for growth. 🌬️ I'm currently using 0.2L cups with big holes over the sprouts to maintain higher humidity during their initial two weeks. 💧 🎉 UPDATE 22.07. - THEY ARE ALIVE 🎉 My Fastberry sprouted on 20.07., and I'm overjoyed to soon share photos and a video of my little green buddy! 📸🎥 PS: My plant enjoys 2 hours of chill jazz music every day! Week 4 Veg Report - TrolMaster Chronicles 🌱 What a week it’s been in the garden! We finally transplanted the Papaya Zoap into its final Autopot, and let me tell you, this plant is something special. Though her roots weren’t quite where I wanted them to be yet, the move was needed to help her catch up with the rest of the crew. She’s already looking fantastic in her new home, and I have no doubt she’s about to explode with growth in the coming days. Sometimes, you just have to trust the process, and I’m feeling like this is one of those moments. It’s almost as if the room itself is taking on a life of its own. 🌿 In fact, I’m starting to believe that what we’re building here is something greater than ourselves—there’s this energy in the room, a feeling of everything coming together perfectly. I can’t wait to see how this journey unfolds! Dialing in the VPD with TrolMaster’s Tech Now, let’s talk VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) and how I’ve been keeping everything in check with the Tend-X and the incredible (DSH-2U) Humidity Station. VPD is crucial to plant health—it’s all about finding that perfect balance between humidity and temperature to optimize transpiration and nutrient uptake. Along with the 1 ml/L of the all-in-one liquid, this brings the TDS up to 320 ppm, with a pH of 5.99 and solution temperature of 24.8°C. In the soil, readings are around 415 ppm, with temperatures hovering around 25°C The plants are absolutely thriving, and I can already see the difference this new feed is making. I can’t help but have a bit of fun with this process—it feels like I’m spoiling them with the best of the best. And they’re rewarding me with beautiful growth and vibrant green color. Week 16 The buds really start to form and smell now. And because of the high density of buds I regularly defoliate so they all get the maximum amount of light.

Hi guys, day number 40 is the last day at 18/6. Now I'll give 24 hours of darkness and Then I'll start the 12/12 cycle. If I have not done anything wrong, I think I will collect about 100 grams of dried flowers per plant. I have not had any problems and I hope everything goes smoothly until the end. Stay tuned 🦍😁💪🏻

I grew her in a skull, and I made her suffer. Left outside in heat, then cold, dragged back inside, forgotten more often than cared for. Spidermites gnawed at her leaves, yet left the flowers untouched — as if even they sensed something sacred in her final work. When she bloomed, it was not despite the struggle, but because of it. The flower is always a farewell, and every grow is only complete in death.

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. New lights killing it. Great Candy/Citrus smell to it / Very similar to the Dark Devil beside it in profile/build structure. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. Still clear signs of the Tobacco Mosaic/Genetic issue in the leaves but clearly not affecting anything else, might tip the top of the bud when i start the flush to have it back build on itself and see how dense I can make it once it's dried. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Day 64 - June 5 June 5 - 09.45AM Swelling continues, Pistils are beginning to shake, with some vibrant orange. The end is maybe 10 days away. Senescence continues with minor purple hue starting. June 5 - 09.45AM Once AC is fixed I will push this further. June 5 - 09.45AM Temperature at 79F. June 5 - 03.45PM AC temporarily fixed. Day temps and night temps will be cooler. June 5 - 08.25PM Temps back down to sub-75F. Trichomes are still clear! June 6 - 04.20PM Day Temps under 75F. Trichomes still clear. June 6 - 04.20PM I regret removing 3 3-finger leaves beneath canopy, this was done to promote more airflow below, but with harvest being so near, it was likely unnecessary stress. June 7 - 08.00AM Watered approximately 5.5L. Humidity has spiked as a result, perhaps I should add a dehumidfier straight after watering. Keeping temps closer to 70F to try and kick start senescence. June 8 - 09.30AM Morning temp at 70F, night temp likely 65F (not confirmed) - I suspect the tent will get no hotter than 74F today. Trichomes still clear, with some cloudyness appearing. June 9 - 09.30AM Trichomes are clear, some heads are half clear, half cloudy. June 10 - 09.30AM Removed wilted leaf, still lots of clear trichomes. June 10 - 05.10PM Soil is cold, likely due to the lower temperature. Weight of pot is still a little heavy, I'll water approximately 6L before lights out tonight. (Day 70) June 11 - 08.30AM Watered 5.5L to runoff, towel collecting droplets under roller. Was too tired to water yesterday. Time taken to saturate soil was roughly 1 hour.

Cada etapa cumplió con mis expectativas y por ello aparte del sabor el colocon ... en cuanto a todas sus etapas le doy 9/10 . CEPA BRUTAL enserio.

This one started great in the rqs boost all the way threw her cycle of growing was always impressive o her sis too much training on her but when I did they was no problem at all this one is a keeper and will be doing more in the future thanks 🙏

So like I said last week, this is definitely not an autoflower..10 weeks of veg in a one gallon container, it makes absolute, you know sense, and the second I flipped her, she flipped... So at this point i'm just hoping it's still purple haze... i will say she's been happy and she's growing right along, as you can tell she's crowning nicely, and she's stacking fairly quickly for what's supposed to be a heavier sativa leaning plant ... by the looks of her plant leaves, she looks like a right down the middle of the road hybrid.. As long as when she's all said and done, she looks and smokes good.You won't hear me complain... I really hope everyone is doing well. God bless and a happy growing ✌️

Day 31 and she’s looking gorgeous and smelling danker everyday. Loving the number of tops she has going on, and her size is incredible. Definitely one I will remember. Drinking about 3 gallons per day with res changes twice a week. Was defoliated once to help with light penetration.

Day 7, they didnt all pop but most of them did I think 2 didnt break the surface. Theyll get another week or so in the cup while some space opens up then go into 3 gal bags for a quick veg
