🌿 VEG WEEK 4: AK-47 XL | Divine Seeds
🌱 VEGETATIVE PROGRESS
Moving through Week 4 and the response to the topping has been phenomenal. The growth hormone distribution has shifted completely, turning this AK-47 XL into a beautifully thick, bushy canopy with multiple strong shoots pushing up.
Looking at the lower structure, the main stem is getting incredibly thick, acting like a solid tree trunk already. The node spacing remains tight, and the plant is developing a very dense structure from the top-down view. The fan leaves are wide, lush, and a healthy dark green, showing that she’s soaking up the light and converting it efficiently into rapid growth. No shock, no slowing down—just pure vegetative vigor. 📈

She is processing the current feeding well, supporting both the thick stem development and the new branch expansion.

💭 GROWER'S NOTE
The canopy is filling out perfectly after the top. We now have a great multi-topped baseline, and the side branches are catching up fast to create an even profile. Stem thickness is 10/10 for Veg Week 3, which is exactly the robust foundation needed for the heavy AK-47 XL yields later on. With a stable VPD of 0.88 kPa, environmental stress is at an absolute minimum. Ready to explode! 🚀

Unlucky but Lucky.
Auto night queen DNF. After 9 days its time to go on. 1/5 seeds germinate from that package 😀
Luckily I happened to find treasure at Saint Patricks day 🍀 3 blue streak seeds. All germinate in 48h in same place than night queen spend that 9 day.
In facts Aprox 10years ago i bought 5 of these seeds. Made f2 from them and when raised there was phenotype that was producing much more branches than others so i made f3 seeds from the bushy f2. Lovely blueberry taste and smell. Not feminised so i go with 3 seeds at beginning. Had once 6/6 Males. these seeds are 7 years old.

So it’s been another week of just keeping an eye on the environment my temps are a little higher than I would have liked but keeping the balance with humidity so should be ok, there’s a little yellowing under the canopy pretty normal but a little early in my opinion so got that to watch and maybe up the nitrogen. All the bottoms were stripped some selective defoliating is due next week and one after

Hey grow peeps been out of growing for a while but getting back at it this is my outdoor grow 2020 got some GSC, fruity pebbles X ATF, lemon meringue auto, stardawg and my own outdoor f1s all good at present rain over past days is flushing them but I'll get them sorted whe I hey some good weather!

Mientras iban pasando los días estás plantitas lindas de a poco se formaban , defoliacion en el 1er y 2do nodo , quedando firmes el 3ro , 4to y 5to nodo ....pronto tendrán una estructura más estable y firme , aún estamos con el Haluro metálico , ya es cosa de tiempo para la renovación !

Day 24. Girl is recovering nice, think to start training her next week.
Great light no doubts! Mars TS1000 and daily rotation around axe, plus changing positions every 2 days - helps a lot with even development.
Girl is on pure 6.3 ph water, think next time ill go with 1 liter, till then 600 ml every 3 days ...

I've moved lights towards them, so now the lights are 15 cm above them. I've moved a fan a little bit higher, so the wind is not too strong for them now. Hope she will be well now.

I had alot of Fun with this Grow, and a lot of Growers, had a Story about the Strawaberry Cough. Thank you all for sharing that with me!!! I learned alot about the heritage of this Strain and its appearing in Movies and Music. Mr. Kushman itself had a great Story about Strawberry Cough, and how he got them as a Present
But back to the Grow
fast Germinating, Germiating Rate 100 Percent, fast grower, and then the Journey began......
One Pheno turned out with Cottoncandylike Buds , The other Pheno with Fistsized Dense Buds
Booth showed a wonderful Scent, and they were a Pleasure to look
One Plant is still growing

I cut them down the night before the open houses started. The White Widow looks really good. I put them in darkness for 72 hrs, then cut and hung the whole plant, then wet trimmed hung for 18 hrs/day and put in paper bags for about 6 hrs/day for 4 days with a fan oscillating close by. Then in bags for one day, now they've been dry trimmed and put in jars. 50g for the White Widow and it looks great. I can't wait to smoke some.

Transplantada a suelo, se detuvo el crecimiento para volver a expandir sus raices hacia los nuevos 100l de sustrato en suelo, poco crecimiento pero espero el estiron esta proxima semana.
Para el transplante use micorrizas ( 1 litro ) y 1 litro de top crop veg.
El video es de una lluvia, y se esperan 2 dias mas proximamente con lluvia.

Cooling off at night, lots of dew, but being underneath my big Cherry Tree provides some relief. Did a big defoliation to help with airflow, removed quite a few inner branches that weren't keeping up with the canopy, but overall happy with the shape and structure, will probably just ride the rest out as it. Just water this week, spray of LCPT and a spray of BT for caterpillars. Will alternated LCPT / BT ever 3-4 days.
Flowering is looking great, very aggressive TONS of pistils, trichomes developing as well, going to be 6 weeks at least, if the weather can hold out that long that is!

Evening ladies and genitals, this week is amazingly better than the last few weeks.
Reasons are:
1. i upgraded the fan in my grow tent. Its tall and oscillates.
2. I’ve figured out how to get the vapor from the humidifier directly into the tent as you can see in the video. As the extraction fan is running 24/7 it pulls in the air from the only open air intake hole pulling in the vapor.
3. I repotted from the teeny tiny pots into 2 litre pots with Sohum Living Soil. So I've upgraded the soil type. For a beginner like me this releases a lot of internal pressure from worrying about the nutrient deficiencies.
With all that said the ladies have responded great. I’ve started to weigh each pot to guage how much water is being evaporated so i dont overwater.
Some issues remain on the leaves from my previous overwatering but I’ve learnt that the damaged leaves will stay damaged. You can see the tips are hella bent in 1 pic at the ends. Hopefully it will be OK for the new leaves at least. I cut off damaged leaves on 2 of the girls but left the others. I want to see what happens when they are left to grow naturally and mindful of the fact that if defoliating at not the right intervals will stunt their growth . I will do LST but at the moment i cant cause they're not really big enough yet.
