Skywalker OG — Harvest / Trim / Cure Part 2 — More Giants Enter The Galaxy First of all, once again, apologies for dividing this Skywalker OG harvest series into multiple parts. But honestly… there is simply too much happening here to compress everything into one single report without losing the individuality of these plants. This is not just one harvest. This is: * multiple giant plants * multiple phenotypic expressions * hundreds of photos * countless observations * trimming sessions * drying progression * resin collection * and eventually smoke reviews still to come So instead of rushing through it, we decided to properly catalogue this run the way it deserves. And honestly? These girls earned that respect. ⸻ Quick Recap — The 12/12 Galaxy This entire project was grown: 12/12 from seed with very little intervention. No heavy training. No aggressive shaping. No topping. Mostly: * gentle canopy opening * leaf tucking * minor defoliation * and allowing the plants themselves to naturally decide their structure And once again, this run keeps proving something fascinating: 12/12 from seed does not necessarily create huge tall plants… …but it can create incredibly efficient plants. Compact. Dense. Heavy. Productive. The only true giant-height exception in the room was the Ghost Train Haze that nearly reached two meters. But these Skywalker OG girls? They stayed more compact vertically while transforming themselves into absolute flower-producing machines. And honestly? That efficiency became ridiculous toward the end. ⸻ Heavy Enough To Collapse At this stage, all three plants reached the point where their own flower weight became difficult to manage. The branches simply cannot support themselves anymore. Support or no support… these girls are collapsing under pure mass. And honestly? That’s the kind of “problem” growers love having. Huge swollen colas. Dense flower stacking. Rock-solid buds. Resin everywhere. Exactly the type of structure that makes trimming both exciting and slightly terrifying at the same time. Because you already know: these are going to become extremely dense once fully dried. ⸻ Frost, Density & Structure One thing that keeps standing out over and over again with these Skywalker OG plants is the combination of: * density * frost * and sheer flower volume The flowers are not only big… they are compact. Very compact. The kind of buds where simply pressing lightly already tells you: “This is going to dry into rock-solid flower.” And visually? Absolutely beautiful. Bright swollen calyxes. Heavy trichome coverage. Long sugar leaves curling outward. Beautiful late-flower fading tones appearing everywhere. Every branch feels loaded. Top flowers. Middle flowers. Lower flowers. No wasted space. ⸻ Perspective & Scale We also wanted people to properly understand the actual size of these plants. Because sometimes photos alone can be deceptive. So throughout this session we kept including: * hands beside colas * Mr. Baggy appearances * hats * studio comparisons * and even the JBL speaker for scale references And honestly… some of these flowers make normal objects look small. These are serious colas. Not exaggerated internet “looks big in the photo” flowers. Actually big. Actually heavy. Actually difficult to hold comfortably after a while. ⸻ Mr. Baggy Continues His Internship Of course… Mr. Baggy stayed with us through the entire process again. At this point he’s basically part of the harvest crew. Always supervising. Always present. Always emotionally supporting the trimming sessions. And honestly? The studio moments with: * giant plants * giant colas * cameras * lights * resin-covered gloves * and Mr. Baggy sitting there in the middle of the chaos… became part of the memory of this run itself. ⸻ Charas — Living Resin One thing we absolutely loved once again during harvest was the amount of resin immediately collecting onto the gloves while handling fresh flowers. The moment fan leaves started coming off: * resin buildup started * fingers became sticky * gloves became greasy * and naturally… charas started forming again. And honestly, we really enjoy talking about charas because many people still don’t fully understand what it is. Charas is one of the oldest forms of cannabis resin collection in the world. Traditionally associated especially with regions of India and Nepal, charas is made by gently rubbing fresh living or freshly harvested cannabis flowers between the hands to collect the resin directly. Historically and spiritually, charas has deep connections with: * traditional medicine * spiritual rituals * Himalayan culture * and even Lord Shiva himself in many traditions. And honestly? There’s something incredibly beautiful about it. Because unlike dry sift or cured trimming resin… this is living resin. Fresh resin. Still full of life, moisture, oils, and volatile aromatic compounds. That’s why we personally separate this experience mentally from the later finger hash collected during dry trimming. Both are beautiful. But fresh charas feels: * softer * richer * oilier * more alive * and incredibly expressive terpene-wise This Skywalker OG produced amazing charas too. Dark. Greasy. Sticky. Easy to collect. The kind of resin that instantly tells you: “These plants are loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying Just like the first plant, these girls are now drying whole. Entire plants hanging intact. We personally love this drying style because it slows the process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma * and overall cure quality The drying conditions remain: First couple of days: * ~45% RH to help remove the heavier surface moisture from these extremely dense flowers. Then afterward: Remaining drying phase: * ~60% RH * 18–20°C for roughly: 7–10 days depending on how these massive flowers release moisture internally. Because honestly… with buds this dense, patience becomes extremely important. ⸻ Looking Ahead — Trimming Begins Soon The next reports will most likely focus heavily on: trimming And honestly? We already know these sessions are going to be intense. Because these plants are absolutely packed with: * dense flowers * resin * swollen calyxes * and heavy branching So yes… this series may realistically become: four parts or maybe even five. And honestly? That’s okay. These girls deserve the spotlight. ⸻ Gratitude And once again… huge thanks to everybody following this journey. To the growers. To the silent viewers. To the curious minds. To the supporters. To the OG followers. To the new followers arriving now. To the skeptics. To the lovers. To the people simply stopping by for a few seconds. To Zamnesia for the genetics behind these beautiful Skywalker OG plants. To Plagron for the nutrients helping drive this run. To Future Of Grow and Lumiflora for the LEDs illuminating this jungle every single day. To everybody building the tools, tents, gear, cameras, and spaces allowing growers to continue sharing knowledge openly. And honestly… personally, we feel extremely fortunate to even witness plants like this growing in front of our eyes. There’s something deeply humbling about watching a seed become this. These truly became: Legends of the 12/12 Galaxy. And their story is still not finished. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. The weather's finally starting to warm up. It feels so good to have the sun out and to open the windows. With all this extra sunshine, my pound cake plant is really taking off! It's growing so fast, and it's starting to look really full and healthy. I can almost see tiny buds on the ends of the branches - maybe it'll even have flowers soon!

Yo, get ready cuz I aint got time for the b!Tches - Sing with me go go go High as f Whats up my friends how is it going? Im just happy I did some crazy stuff on this gorilla girl after having the accident with the main trunk thank God it healed and created other colas but since she was so bushy I went and defoliate her some more, she got bushy again but left her like that didnt fck with her no more until I had to for specific REASONS but before that I also went and literally stab two of her branches, you will see duct tape covering those, reason I did that was to force her to produce more flower thru those branches believing that HEALING redirects vitamins from living soil when feed in a schedule with the right nutes, she gets healed real fast plus she got real bud on those two branches that were stabbed. IT was literally something to force her produce more bud and yes indeed it worked those bud suites right now are fully loades on tips are very dense thc yellowish and then white hairs and the main trunk has white hairs good size fattening up and yielding some more but still not so many yellow dark amber hairs like in those branches that were stabbed lol I called that SiriuzShot lol Hey guys whats up its just about getting creative, look at how green my leaves are and the nice nice bud is coming up We at mid bloom right now brothers just switched schedule to 18/6 Flowering girls need resting time added fan for extra air flow and hopefully adds density to buds??? Yo give your tips suggestion anything related organically home made whats good lemme know so I can keep fattening up this ladies very well Hey by the way added some molasses and banana tea with some other tea and sugary stuff they taking it well, no nute burnt no problems at all girls liked it x 100000 Good stuff organically Lemme know if anything alright Stay tuned for more Check me out @cannagrowersiriuz Take it easy son have fun Happy growing

Some minor pest issues, mostly due to the cat breaking off lower branches TO EAT. If I didnt have such large trees, I'd be pretty upset. Got a couple minor aphid infestations. Some weird unidentified bugs and a few grasshoppers who seem to leave my stuff alone for the most part. Added in some Mendocino Producers Choice 5-11-26 per advice here to start loading up on the carbs and potassium. The wilder sativas are still immature, which is nuts considering they are well over 10ft tall at this point. No other major issues to report.

I'm switching to 18/6 now and continue to feed them small amounts of growzymes by green buzz nutrients in distilled water which I think they like. The LSD-Auto is finally starting to gain some pace and grows just as fast as the runtz muffin. I consider transplanting them at the end of the week so I hope for more good growth. Update: It's the end of day 9 and I decided to transplant. I expect faster growth now because I think the baby pots already slowed them down a little bit. Update: Day 12 and they look amazing! Now they start to grow really fast. They look healthy and I will start with training soon. If You have any tipps or experience to share please drop it down below💚

Vegetation: To keep temperature and moisture on optimal levels at around 23°C / 65% I'm using two mechanical timers. - 24/7 on: Fans and water pumps (+Ventilation after 3.11.) - Timer 1: Lights and Humidifier 18h on / 6h off - Timer 2 (BROKEN 3.11.): Ventilation 18h (15min on / 15min off) / 6h off NOTES: Everything looks good and the roots have appeared from almost every (11/13) rock-wool cube. From now on I'll mostly water the plants from bottom by adding the wanted amount of nutrient solution on a plate, and then placing the plant on top of for ~15seconds This week I'm also starting to prepare the hydroponic systems (2x NFT-GT90, and 1x EBB-flow I think) and stronger nutrient solution since my plants are becoming ready to be transferred. Spreader-mat is the base of my plants when I have transferred them in to the hydroponic systems. DO NOT place more than one layer of the spreader-mat as it is not meant to be used like that! As you're cutting the mat for NFT's, be aware to have some extra for your peace to reach nutrient solution below the tray. That way you won't get noise from water dropping when systems are turned on. Day 15 (1.11.) Day 16 (2.11.) First watering with a bit stronger nutrient-solution (~ EC 0,6 / pH 5,9) than before, starting with 50ml/plant and watering once from above. Slowly increasing EC to 0,8. I cleaned and assembled 2 out of 3 hydroponic-systems which I'm going to use. I'll do the same also to the last system, but it currently has my plants on top of it so I'm going to do it later. I want to make sure that my plants have built healthy and big enough root system before transplanting to hydroponics. I'm waiting for the rock-wool cubes to be bursting of roots so they won't drown on their first day in hydro. Also, as the plants are bigger before the transplant, I'm able to fill my nutrient-solution tanks full with correct strength nutrient-solution for Mid-Vegetation from the start, therefore no need for that much adjusting later on. Day 17 (3.11.) I noticed my other timer which controls the lights had stopped working... The lights were on when they shouldn't have been, I noticed it an hour after they were supposed to turn off. I think I caught up to it early, but it may have been on for maximum of 2 days straight. No worries there since on vegetation-phase the plants don't necessarily need any sleep (Even though you should avoid quick changes like that!). Roots have appeared from the bottom of every cube and plants are looking pretty healthy. I think they are almost ready for hydroponics. Day 18 (4.11.) Few plants are showing symptoms of nutrient deficiences or some sort of sickness, not certain what exactly. I'll be keeping an eye on it. I'll be transferring in to hydroponic systems in maybe a week, so I don't want to stress my plants more than what's necessary. Increased my solution strength to 0,9 EC with a bit more Cal-Mag than before, and watered the plants for 50-150ml each plant depending on weight and size. I'll be slowly increasing the strength by around 50% during upcoming week. Thanks for tips! Day 19 (5.11.) Day 20 (6.11.) Plants are recovering well from deficiences and I just transferred all of them to hydroponics. I don't have the water pumps on for 24/7 just yet, at this point I water them a couple times a day by keeping the pumps on for somewhere around 15min at a time. Lights are now set to 60% and I also added a tower fan to circulate the air and shake the plants. Day 21 (7.11.) Lights are now set to 70% since the Led's and plants are spreaded wider in the tent than before. Distance to plants stays the same at 75cm.

One of the plants grew massive! However the smoke wasn’t the best until a good 4 weeks cure. Very hairy buds too which was interesting 😂 Still a nice smoke

Week 4 Day 1 all 3 plants were transplanted from smaller cups in to 5 gallon fabric pots yesterday and seem to be taking to their new homes nicely, a little bit of leaf curling but I did give them a pretty intense watering. I picked up a bag of Fox Farms Happy Frog potting mix for them now that they are in 5 gallons, hopefully they will be happy in the better quality soil. If all continues to go well with the transplant I will be topping hopefully in the next couple days. I will be trying to manifold at least one of these plants. Week 4 Day 4 All 3 plants seem to have recovered nicely from their transplanting. I topped all three plants today and attempted two clones from the toppings of KBGB1 and Jack Herer, made a mini greenhouse for them out of a tomato cage and some cellophane Week 4 Day 5 I cleaned up all the undergrowth below the third node in preparation to start manifolding.

Hey, so they've almost filled out the pots. I topped them two days ago and I'm going to let them finish up the pots. One last week, and then I’ll start pulling my treasure up. I reckon I'll keep them in veg for another two weeks, and then I'll switch the lights and nutes. The plants are strong, so my intervention did less damage than I expected. Unfortunately, I lost one branch during training. Wishing everyone a great summer and happy growing 🥦🥦🥦

👇 This week: -- - All plants were repotted in their final pots. Some 11l some 8l - Watered again as usual with standard Plagron scheme + Calmag - PPFD on canopy height approx. 350-400, (500 was too much, you can see it on a few leaf tips) - Next update will be the autopot setup (incl. tutorial for you guys) -- Happy Growing and thanks for checking out my report! 😁💪🙏

Critical Cure is still happy and putting out good growth. Fertilized with a ring of the Coast of Maine around the base and watered it in with a little lime water. Bugs are getting hungry so the plants got some neem oil spray. Heat wave going through right now. Please forgive my slurring in the video, it's been a long week and my brain is addled😜
