Hello Diary, White Widow has reached the end of the 5th week of flowering, a total of 8 weeks since the start of the vegetation. As you can see from the photos, harvest is coming soon. I would say one more week and she will be ready. What's interesting is that this White Widow phenotype is a bit of a purple one. The flowers are starting to take on purple tones. The flowers are not as big compared to her roommates but they are rock hard and sticky under your fingers. This week I started checking the appearance of the trichomes and most of them are still transparent. All in all White Widow has pleasantly surprised me and brought a smile to my face when I look at her. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here's what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. That's all from me for this week, see you soon.

Week 3 (15-2 to 21-2) 15-2 Watering: None. No pictures, but i do have a timelapse from 4-2 to 15-2. I bought an Wyze V2, and i recorded all my plants growing in my pre-growing closet. Now the cam hangs in my 3x3 tent with 2 Gorilla Kush, and 2 Chemdog, so thats why this is the only timelapse i have for the Deep Candy. The Deep Candy is in a separate tent, maybe i will buy an extra cam for this tent, so i can shoot timelapses for all my grows. Let me know if u like it or not! 16-2 Watering: 94 ml. 17-2 Watering: None. 18-2 Watering: None. 19-2 Watering: 133 ml. 20-2 Watering: None. As you can see, since 19-2 the leaves are showing some problems. Maybe she is just hungry, as there are already 3 weeks past, and the Plagron Lightmix has enough nutes in it for approx 3 weeks. I see some problems on my other plants aswell, so maybe something with the feed or the PH is off. Or maybe she dont like the Silica i gave her while she is still in her 0.5L pot. We will see how it goes. 21-2 Watering: 60 ml.

This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

Weeks 9 and 10 have marked a significant transformation in the garden, with the flowers flourishing beautifully. The plants are truly booming, and it’s rewarding to see the buds developing into compact, dense nuggets, signaling that we're on the right path. During week 9, I decided to give the plants a boost with Canna PK 13/14, applying it just once. This seemed to have paid off as the buds have responded well, showing signs of vigorous growth and vitality. I also took the opportunity for a big defoliation this week. Admittedly, I was a bit lazy the previous week, but the plants needed the extra attention. Removing some of the larger leaves has improved airflow and allowed the light to reach more buds, enhancing their development. As I look ahead, it seems likely I’ll be harvesting next week. The trichomes are starting to turn milky, indicating that they’re approaching peak potency. Before that, I’ll make sure to give the plants a thorough flush to ensure the cleanest flavor and smoothest smoke. Flowering day 19 since the time change to 12/12. Hey all together 😀. This week she has developed beautifully ☺️. I poured it 3 times with 1.2 l this week. Tomorrow I will add the 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom because the first blossoms are coming :-). I checked all the leaves thoroughly for pests or diseases and everything is fine ☺️. Next week I'll look at your roots as soon as the coconut is completely rooted. As every week, the tent was cleaned and the entire technology checked. The humidifier was also refilled every day 👍. In the next few days I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up being wasted in the small popcorn buds. I wish you a lot of fun with the update. 1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. This is a big nice plant and her buds did really pack some weight this week. I hope i can still take her out next week without breaking her stems. The smell coming from this plants is not so strong but, it smells really freaking amazing. It reminded me of some oldschool weed (we called it skunk) i did back in the 80's very nice and very promising this strain Thanks for checking 😋
