This is the Strawberry 🍓 Cola Sherbet from @Sweetseeds.com that I put in the same fabric pot ,as the last one ,I shocked , so this one has been on 12/12 since her first breath , and for a 5 wk old plant/f1 it is surely showing its vigorous growth and diversity in light hours from seed ,suits a lot of growers ,especially now a days wanting to try more flavours in shorter time frames are in demand and with quality seeds there very little f&ck ups too 😀 @Sweetseeds, i do recommend ,Highly 👌💯

Day 41 Final trim for the Candy Rain! Also increased the ec from 2.75 to 2.90. I slightly decrease the temps now from week to week, till I am at about 18 degrees Celsius when it’s time to harvest.

End of the second week of the stretch and pretty much as expected. One male has gone off early spilling pollen everywhere. The females Id say are a little behind this one but no real worries - we got another 2 males in there ready and waiting to burst at the right time👍. We’ve now pared down the whole tent for pollination and taken cuttings of each fem. Plant for a separate run. Best part there is that we have 3 identified phenos of both indica and sativa dominant traits so we’re gonna get a really even look at what the genetic has to offer, while at the same time being able to isolate desirable traits in the resulting F2 seed. Pretty sick outcome to date 🔥. We moved over to GHE nutes this week to save the Druid nutes for the fem run in the recirc system. Stronger brand for sure, but similar in value and ease. All told, everything is proceeding far better than expected. The rest is just praying that we found a kickass combination in the polyhybrid mix🤞. Till next week yall👊. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Things ok.......😳. Nah as soon as I think I gotta hold of something it plays around with me. The grow is going well and the plants are mostly showing a great fast rate of growth. Flower site formation is rapid and covers the whole canopy and below. But alas the temperature she rises😩😩. Last night caught the temp at 32 C. Gorilla growin ain’t always bananas😳 I can vent it quicker and keep the temp a little lower but the noise level is just too high. Here comes more expense😩😂. Update- last day week 2 of flower..... everything looking great one plant a little slow in developing but rest good. LED are still outstripping HPS in the race for mature buds. I can’t wait to try the herb that comes from the plants that have exposure to both kinds of light. I’ve added a pure CO2 spray dispenser in the tent also. It’s from Airbomz. Gives them a quick blast hourly to supplement the exhale bag. This is just a temporary fix for rise in temp I’m floating on and just above 30C during lights on, hopefully the CO2 level in the room should aliw the plants to carry on growing well in s slightly higher temperature.

Thelma (2 gal) has a massive fade setting in, only a handful of ambers though. I start her flush this week and will chop in 2 weeks, assuming the number of ambers has multiplied bigtime by then. Louise (3 gal) is looking nice and healthy and I'm looking forward to compare harvests between both, she's a week younger. So close!!

It's mind blowing...I rubbed some sugar leafs on my fingertips and dammn! My phones keypad is super sticky lol..
