I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! Hey hey! What’s goin on growmies? I hope everyone is doing well and everyone’s gardens are doing fantastic as always! Today marks the beginning of week 4! That’s right, one whole month today! This week the girls look like they are feeling MUCH better! Everyone seems as though they have completely bounced back from what we’ll call our “taproot incident….” Dare I say ready for transplant! Due to that recent trauma though, I am really going to try not to push it too much this grow- I’m going to play it safe and feel like that will benefit me most- but that being said, GENERALLY speaking, I train, top and transplant autos and photos alike- I just think certain things need to be considered… this is me considering those things. This being said, I decided to transplant them into their final pots, usually I try and transplant at least one more time but I don’t have any mycorrhizal product anyways so I won’t beat myself up too bad for not transplanting the autos more, it definitely can be considered playing with fire and I think in this scenario specifically due to the fact that I already slow down their growth- I just have to know when to pause, regroup, and head in a slightly different direction. I ended up going with 5 gallon fabric pots, I have no issues with and have been using 3 gallons up until now for autos however I noticed how the roots were looking after I had harvested my last plants and I wondered if there would be any noticeable difference between the three and the five. I have heard with autos you really don’t need to go above a three so I’m not saying that I’m changing up my game completely I’m just experimenting… We decided to fill those 5 gallon fabric pots with a blend of Coco and perlite, I go with a rough 70 to 30 ratio on that mixture. I actually had to split the transplanting process into two separate days because I ran out of the coco mixture I had made- I bought a bag of Coco Loco from fox farms And mixed in my own perlite the first day but then today I finished transplanting everything and went with Fox Farms cultivation nation which saved me a step, for those of you who are in familiar with that product it is just there 70/30 cocoa perlite blend and I have used it numerous times, both of those with great success. When I put them back into my tent I rearranged things a little bit- I set that scrog up in a debatably weird spot of my tent, however I am glad that I did! I was looking for just a bit of room and it looks like I found it! In a perfect world they would all be raised on the same cement blocks that I have for the others, however Christmas is coming up and I really have to spend wisely so those will just have to wait! They really exploded growth wise this week so I am excited for next week to see how they are lookin- I think they are ready to roll so it’s off to the races for these little ladies! So today’s the day I did my first weed harvest. Never thought I could feel such emotions over a plant but I’ve spent a lot of time with her over the last few months. Hopefully I’ve done her proud. I planned on doing a dry trim so I took off all the bigger fan leaves to start. I noticed a lot of the fan leaves had some trichs around the base so I kept these. I don’t know if you would class them as sugar leaves but I am going to try and make some tea from them. In my drying cabinet the average rh% is about 75 so I’m running a small dehumidifier which is bringing it down to about 65% which I think is a bit above the ideal. It’s been hot today and temp in cabinet is around 25 degrees C but due to be cooler from tomorrow. Anyway I’m off for a cup of tea, I will update with effects and dry weights over the next few days. Update** So eddy 2 has been drying for 8 days, and she’s now trimmed and in jars. To be honest I found her a pain in the ass to trim there was a lot of long spindly buds (I would say airy) so the trim pile is pretty big with a mix of sugar leaves and airy buds. It’s not a problem as I’m definitely going to make some edibles so it’s all good for that. I’m still really pleased with the amount I got off of her and if her sister produces the same I will be over the moon! Eddy 2 weights (harvest day 82) Wet - 623g Dry Buds - bang on 100g Dry trim - 51g Eddy 1 weights (harvested day 97) Wet - 496g Smoke Report; Full disclosure I haven’t smoked weed for 20 years and even when I did it was only now and again at parties. I also don’t smoke. I’ve had anxiety and depression since I was a kid and I’ve been on all sorts of pills to try and help it. After doing some research on CBD and THC I thought I would give it a go! I’m also looking to cut down my alcohol intake and I’m really hoping this is a new way to relax and get that buzz on a Friday/Saturday night. I don’t want to smoke it so I’m going to get a dry herb vape I’m just waiting for it to be delivered. So here goes: The tea was a bust! Well unless you like lemony butter water. I don’t think there was anywhere near enough of the good stuff as I didn’t feel a thing. Still no vape so I bought a cheap bong. FML I think I coughed up a lung 😂😂 definitely got a buzz but I couldn’t enjoy it as my fucking throat was on fire for hours! STILL no vape so I made one. And that’s more like it. Tasty cool vapour and a nice relaxing buzz after. I didn’t have too much (about 3 hits) as I know I’m a lightweight. For the first 30 minutes or so I was light headed and happy (like after your first couple beers after a long day). Then I felt my body physically relaxing and I just chilled on the sofa for a couple hours watching tv. I went straight to sleep when I got to bed (which never happens) and I had a great nights sleep. Only downside was a headache in the morning but could put that down to many things and it was gone after a coffee

She did well but the main problem was under feeding. She just wasn’t getting enough water from which she suffered tremendously as the growth through the vegetation was almost at a standstill. The plus side is that she is quite resilient.

I was finally able to sex them all. 1 Male/Hermie, and the rest have beautiful white pistles forming. They are starting to go through a stretch now as well. I also ordered some more grow lights 3 Mars Hydo TS1000's. I can't wait for those to arrive.)

This is the start of week 9 and she is doing GREAT!! Pistols are turning nice and pretty 😍! Buds are fattening nicely, and the thing im most proud of, no sighs of defiency!! She is a very good plant to grow. And is going to give me some very nice smoke!!

This week looks great so far. All the plants seem to take there leaf stripping in stride and have pushed out more frost. The bud sites are exploding with white hairs and the smell is starting to take over. There is definitely orange citrus coming from pheno #3. The #1 pheno leans towards its fathers side and has a mild pine under tone but a very sticky almost sap like stem rub. Everything has been cruising along this week. environment is in check and the plants know it. I will start adding a few bud shots in the upcoming weeks to get a better look at the pheno types.

Was a tough last few weeks lots of work to be done big problem with humidity finally sourced a good enough dehumidifier and added another 1200 light. Lemon skunks were suppose to be autos but no signs of flowering yet so I'm forcing them with 12/12. No room left in the tent now because photos are going into flower too

Growing nicely, I'm excited for a high CBD and THC strain combination. It's supposed to be a good strain well-balanced medical strain with less stoney effects but still a pain & mood management, hopeful it'll work for me.

Okay had to start 2 purple strains one of them being LSD-25 and the other Blackberry in the second journal. I still have 2 open air pots filled to the brim with fox farm ocean forest, froggy frog, and coco choir in approximately a 2:1:1 ratio. I'm still anticipating the unreleased strains from fastbuds fingers crossed. I placed both these girls taproot down right before the Eclipse. Day 1 above ground: August 23rd. I like to stretch them early to allow for more room for watering since I like to bush them out. Stretching them early allows for a long strong stem and hopefully sets the precedent for future growth rate. Stretched them out s littlllllle too much haha forgot my light was in 50%. No harm no fail. I'll take better pics when they take off.

6/21/2021: - Transplanted to final pot. Next cycle, will germinate seed straight into the soil/final pot. - Bought a pump sprayer for even irrigation. - Fed soil a kelp, karanja, neem & coconut water tea. No adverse reactions as of yet. - Soil went hydrophobic before transplant, will water as necessary. - Branch on first node bent from stalk upon transplant, currently being supported by a stake. - Noticing red/purple stalks and branches, very stoked! - Need to re-feed lacto/wild yeast starter. - Need to brew up more kelp tea. 6/23/2021 - Took off support early, split seemed to heal, but has separated once again. Going to manifold, so not too concerned. - Had to water about .7g of water to keep soil moist for duration of day. - 6th node growing vigorously, birth of leaves for 7th node showing. 6/27/2021 - Topped plant for quadlining at the 5th node, cleared all growth under 3rd. - Watered with a mix of coconut water, DIY neem, karanja & kelp extract. - Foliar fed with DIY kelp extract. - Trimmed leaves already giving off great grapefruit aromas. - Pressing trim for framing.

Not much to say about this real first grow week’s start. Everything looks ok, steady growth at 40% light. I had to restart the control app a few times, therefore the broken graphs. At night times, the control software tries to attain optimum humidity rather than optimum VPD. That’s why VPD is dropping when the lights are out. CO2 is back to baseline – really wonder what the reliable values are … I found I have to silence the blowers when a timelapse photo is being taken. The shaking you see at the beginning of the grow video should not appear, or to a much less degree, in the future. Day 13 (July 30th) shows good, steady growth. Leaves are a bit spotty, although less then the processed images show. Something to be worried about? I would not currently … All are developing their 3rd nodes now. The controlling Raspberry Pi crashed last night when I tried to access it remotely … ;( – looks like the Connect software is in need of an update. The leaf temperature sensor is now really aimed at lady-to-be nr. 1’s leaves. Nothing to change that I see. I won’t cut the top yet, just watered the outer circle of the big pots slightly to encourage root growth. Day 14: Nice growth. First plant is now at 11 cm, and at 12 cm on day 15. Nothing special to report so far, except for I had to move the internal camera a bit upwards to keep little lady #1 in focus. Day 16 and last day of this week (Aug 2nd): The young ladies are now at about 14 cm tall. Growth looks very compact though. I think the two inside girls will lose their heads next week; I’d still prefer to have one or two more nodes available. Pictures of this day are taken at the end of the plants’ day. Notice their leaves are pointing upwards, which should be a sign that they want more light. I turned the lights up by another 20% for a total of 60 W now. Weather was pretty hot the last days so it wasn’t possible to stay in optimum VPD range but as long as growth is this satisfying I don’t mind. I will water them slightly at their next day start. Outside plant’s soil humidity might still be at around 58% officially, but drying starts at around 40% with this measurement and the sensors are placed quite closely to the stems so outer soil is dryer. I am preparing the plant water with some additions and a frequency imprint suing some Solfeggio and Schumann frequencies.
