For the ladies, I’d say the trichomes are about 50% cloudy on the Frosted and Kush Purple, while the Sticky has a lower percentage of cloudy trichomes since she’ll be the last one we’ll harvest. Unfortunately, all three are yellowing, showing signs of deficiency already. I'll continue to monitor them for any changes. I think the cause was they were in their peat pellets getting straight water, then when transplanted into their 5g pots which were pre-moistened with straight well water that was ph'd to 6.2 but had zero nutrients. They have now received one feeding and will get another in 2-3 days which I hope will help to bring their color back. 10/10- All three Tropicana Cookies are still not where I'd like them to be. I'll give them another feed tomorrow and see if that helps. They are so small and young at this point that I don't want to feed more often until I know that their roots are developed a bit more. 10/12- Today I fed the girls with a 10min. fill cycle, during which I monitored the moisture level of the medium via a soil hydrometer, then drained the system. 10/14- There goes the first week for the Tropicana Cookies and honestly, it could have been better. With this being my first attempt at 'Hydro' I fully expected to have a few hiccups along the way and this is just one of those that I will learn from and move forward! 7/23 I already wrote a bunch of shit but my phone wacked out and deleted everything I had written and wouldn't work. I had to water deeply as it's been super hot. I'll write everything thing below. 7/24 I deeply watered everything again. The past few days have been like 90 plus degrees. I think I saw mld on the soil of my plants. Scary. Just fuzzy looking shit on a couple. I did water during the day when I got back from vacation as they were drooping and needed a feed. I'm wondering if it's diatomaceous earth since I've never used it. I thought I had a handle on earwigs but they seem to be inflicting more damage and shred some leaves or chew new bud sites. WPM is still there but I've been hesitant to treat since it's been so fucking hot. Today I saw too leaves tacoed. I'll definitely up the kelp the next feed. Senecios is definitely happening. It looks like a deficiency sometimes but the have grown a tremendous amount in height. I showed a commercial grower and he seconded my opinion. I have a lot of work to do. I have kinda forget the two little clones I took. They are still in 1 gallon pots all rootbound. Thy were extras anyway. That skunk ape plant is a beast and super resilient. I think that's a strain I'll stick with. Super mild and pest resistant. I have videos to add but internet is slow and I need to put the phone down so it can charge. I really need to think about when to switch to bloom nutes. I might need open sesame but it's the only one I don't have and I don't think it will make it or break it if I don't use it 7/25 I've been neglecting my garden the past few mornings due to some family medical problems. I didn't water this morning. I read about the mold on the soil (two bags same strain far from each other) and garden pages say that it's a (good) mold and "the soil is banging!" as in very good soil. And it's just eating the decomposing material. I'll research more but it said something on a cannabis forum to scoop it off the top and treat with vinegar solution. Thing is those are like the best plants lol. It's weird. Maine weather is bi-polar. I also forgot about a couple clones I had taken. They were just extras but still. I might transplant them even though they are still in the 1 gallon. 7/26 I didn't water today and my phone completely shut the bid so no photos or videos either. Next feed I'm switching to bloom. I defoliated what needed it. Eating population seems down but I've still got some pm. I wasn't planning on spraying until Temps are down. Mayve tonight. Once I figure this phone out and point some time at the garden I'll update. I spent quite a while defoliating today. Plants are almost through the stretch. They've been 7/27 fed 3 gallons. Upped grow big to 2tsp per gallon and defoliated what needed it. My blueberry was drooped right over and seems to be "falling" and the roots seemed to he breaking away from the plant due to somevof the strong storms. Itscrhe only plant not supported. I added a stake and tied it back up. Then I topped off the soil with happy frog and mounded it up around the trunk and watered around it. 7/28 I'm still noticing earwig damage. Wr found one in the house. I put out more of those spinosid pelleys and reapplied diatomaceous earth as well as re-applyong petroleum jelly on bottom of plant stalk and branch intersections. PM is still visible. I'm planning to spray either tonight or tomorrow. It will probably be with the organocide. The potassium bicarbonate works good too. I wish either of those worked in earwigs. When the internet is faster I'll upload a video showing the interior of the plant. 7/29 We had brief but torrential rains last night. I defoliated a bucket full of used up leaves. Either that or deficiency that I haven't nailed down. I believe it's senescence since it happens the same time of year according to past journals. However it concerns me that it could possible be related to a time (in (nature) which the earwigs become larger and more aggressive. I don't know. Im guessing. They like to eat the shoots that grow the buds. I need to check soil ph. Some small leaves turn yellow and die. Plants look great and are really transitioning and "stretching" like crazy. I will update further later.

we pass 5. week, in this week i been spred my girls and make some defoliation. I had an accident when spreed but she doing just fine. grow nicely week by week. in next week i will flip them on flower mode. tent is ollmost full.

In this first cycle published on the site, I did the ScrOG technique for the first time, and honestly I am quite happy with the final result😊 The plants performed very well both in vegetation and in the flowering phase.👌 The only "anomaly" was a beautiful flower affected by fasciation (called "Stewie" by me😄) I hope you enjoyed this diary and that it will be useful for you in the future!😎

Smells and terps came out blasting on day 28 of flower. Sweet candy terps like strawberry or something. Just water and recharge. Some defoliation for light and air flow. I am happy with the pack I have. I have 2 seeds left.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. D-104 : Last week, I noticed a problem related to the calcium OR to the Ph. I didn't know if it was a deficiency or an excess. So I tried to just wetered girls with the right Ph and A bit more of CalMag 0.8 > 1.2/L. We'll see this week if It was the good choice. fingers corssed ! D-110 : As Chocolate Haze 1/4 start to show nanners and her trichomes are mostly mature, I desicided today to remove her from the main room to settle her in the small room for 48h of black out. For her, the harvest and the drying process will start in 48h from now.

Hi meine lieben, 🤗 Die 2. Woche der Wachstums-Phase steht an... ...und die realität schlägt zu. Hatte versucht diesen Run mit einem höheren VPD-Wert und dadurch ohne zusätzliches CalMag hinzufügen zumüssen, laufen zulassen. Da laut einer Studie, man durch einen erhöhten VPD, kein zusätzliches CalMag unter LED's hinzugefügt werden müsste. Allerdings gieße ich noch mit Leitungswasser. Also hatte ich mir mal die werte meiner Stadtwerke angeschaut. Und in meinem Wasser habe ich Calcium = 78 mg/l und Magnesium = 5,3 mg/l und somit ein verhältnis von 14:1😰. Was von einer Optimalen versorgung von 2:1 - 4:1 CalMag etwas entfernt ist... 😅 Beste Lösung wäre ein Filtersystem wie der Watertrim zu nutzen.
