What an absolute turnaround with the weather! This week brought us tons of sunshine, with temperatures climbing all the way up to around 30°C. The ladies are absolutely soaking it up and loving every second of this summer heat. As for training, I’ve officially put the LST to rest. The canopy is wide enough, the shoots are all sitting nicely at roughly the same height, and it feels like the main stretch is finally over. From here on out, I’m just letting her grow naturally and focus all her energy on building buds. The only thing I did was a little defoliation. With bloom phase in full swing, I upgraded the feeding cocktail this week. On top of the tap water, CalMag, and Bio Bloom, I’ve now added Top-Max and a tiny splash of Fish-Mix to give her that extra organic push. Appearance: She looks absolutely fantastic! She is a true beauty to look at—the contrast between those extremely dark, almost black leaves and the bright white flower clusters popping up everywhere is just incredible. Such a cool sight! D33 (24/12/2020): First week of flowering. Both officially went into flower 4-5 days ago but I decided to finish the week before starting first flower week. I fed around 3L of water today, they were thirsty. I mixed full recommended dose of nutrients for last week of veg in 1,75 gal. of water. I want to go slow in reintroducing nutrients after 2 flush last week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3L per plant, PH6.4. 600 PPM - run off: 900 PPM for Banana Kush and 800 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 54% D34 (25/12/2020): Nothing special today except that it's Christmas, everything is going well. RH is higher today since higher temperature where I live but nothing crazy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 58% D35 (26/12/2020): I removed leaves under canopy today and fed with a gallon of water + minerals each plant. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3,75L per plant, PH6.8, 350 PPM - run off: 750 PPM for Banana Kush and 600 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 55% D36 (27/12/2020): I readjusted some ties because they are stretching like crazy! The buds are forming and more pistils are showing. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 53% D37 (28/12/2020): Still readjusting the ties and removed leaves today. The lights are now at 24 inch and plants receive around 495-525 PPFD (38 0000 to 40 000 lux). I'm aiming to go above 600 PPFD in the next week. I will check how they react with more light. - temp: 24C - no water - RH: 54% D38 (29/12/2020): I gave approx. 3.5 L of water per plant. I used 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3.5L per plant, PH 6.4, 720 PPM - run off: 900 PPM and PH6.8 for Glue Gelato; 800 PPM and 6.8PH for Banana Kush - RH: 54% D39 (30/12/2020): Removed more leaves under canopy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 54%

Didn't bother with the defoliation this week....maybe this upcoming week let's see how she takes to the food first😎

Another week down! Training finished and the net installed will take from here... Trying to find the balance between the high temps outside and high humidity inside the tent.

Hey, there peeps! Apologies for not updating my diary as I have been quite busy balancing non-plant responsibilities -.-! Anyway, we are now on day 75 since I ordered my equipment and started germinating my seed and day 71 since I placed my seedling in her first Coco pot! She is now a staggering 4 foot 2 - which was overwhelming considering this is my first grow and orginally only cleared out 2/3 of my cuboard but now it uses the whole space but she's coming along so well! I have also added a LED Grow Light Full Spectrum 50W Red COB as I wanted some extra light for the bottom half nuggests. She is very healthy (I assume from the strong healthy roots) and hasnt shown any major defects other then the initial defects i encountered in week 2-3 and slight light burn on the top cola in week 7 which was from the plant growing so quickly and touching the light, but I did then adjust the light within 2-3 hours. What do you guys think and how did she get so tall consdiering she is an auto-flower and the strain is meant to be indica domiant?

Day 50 from seed and this plant has exploded compare to the slow growth at the start. I doubt its ready for harvest by week 8 like it states on the brand. But a few more weeks and should be good. I hope i can get a few ounces of this. Ill update by week 8! One love

Die kleine Prinzessin macht Ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Kommt raus, und bleibt nach einer Woche 2 cm klein. Mal was neues. Man könnte vermuten, das es evtl. an der mittlerweile alten Genetik liegt. Moderne Strains sind bei gleichen Bedingungen ein zigfaches größer. Wir werden sehen wie es weiter geht. 🙀

Flush is on!! A little late on Flush Trikes are already getting cloudy. Have to take off more small stems off budd area to keep with the bigger buds instead of so many. Looking good, Not super stinky but it is a super clean smell. Tasted a few testers and it is super smooth even full of nutes. Doesnt seem super power but we are not at full term yet or bigger buds. Cant wait for another three weeks when it is dry. then 3 months when it iss prime!!!

dense hard nugs,hardest of all my current strains.the buds feel like rocks.Has this creamy smell to it.Final week of flush before chop.Very happy i went with sweet seeds on this strain,has surpassed my expectations

RC#1 is in her last couple days. Main stem is starting to tilt with the weight of the buds 🤣 she was flushed yesturday for the final time with around 15 litres of water. Once the pot has dried out she will be swapped into my drying tent and left in darkness for 3 days before the chop. Feel like this day will never come lol. Very excited to try as this is my first ever grow. RC#2 is starting to swell up but I think she has another 2 weeks in her, she got stunted for a while during week 6-7 so may have set her back a little. Bud sites look great I'm expecting no less than 8oz between the 2 girls, just by what I've sized up already. Well shall see.... 18.03.20 (Day64) Rc#1 has been chopped. Only got a few pics but I'll take them next week once it's all weighed up. RC#2 is starting its flush this week as I think it's only has around a week or so left.

I did some trimming this week. The plant grows well and healthy. I didn‘t use any nutrients because of the slight burn last week. Next week I am going to transplant the plants in their final pot and prepare them for flower at week 6. 🌴🍪

😍 Beauty. Empty water with NPK raw enzymes, amino and humic/fulvic. Checking the EC of the pot, ranges vary but overall sitting around d 1.2-1.6ms/cm. I can notice tips on one, ever so slightly yellow, hints that ec is on the line. See how long she can go with just water. So far, so good. They are at that size when the growth snowball really starts to pick up. Upped ppfd, first sign of flower showing on 1 plant. Applied a fair bit of IR, which has stretched the stems; they know if they want to reach the high ppfd they need for flower, then they need to stretch accordingly. All you can eat buffet made to order. Plant perception allows plants to sense the direction, intensity, quality, and duration of light, using this information to direct growth, optimize photosynthesis, and adjust development. This ability to "see" light and respond accordingly is a fundamental survival mechanism. The interaction between microorganisms and the plant rhizosphere creates an active environment that directly contributes to soil electrical conductivity (EC), facilitating nutrient availability and, consequently, enabling better plant growth. A healthy, microbially active rhizosphere acts as a living, conductive bridge that converts locked-up resources into bioavailable, charged particles (ions) that the plant can directly use to grow. Microbes break down organic matter and minerals, releasing ions (N, P, K, etc.) slowly and in alignment with plant needs. Unlike synthetic fertilizers that dump a high concentration of salts at once (causing instant, great EC osmotic shock), microbial processes provide a steadier stream of nutrients. Beneficial microbes produce osmolytes, antioxidants, and signaling molecules (like auxins and ACC deaminase) that help plants manage drought, salt, and temperature stress. Microbial exopolysaccharides (EPS) create hydrated biofilms around roots, maintaining a more stable water environment. If an excessive amount of soluble nutrients or salts is added (e.g., heavy compost, manure, or excessive mineral amendments), the total dissolved solids can still exceed the plant's tolerance threshold. Intense evaporation, drought, or extreme heat can concentrate salts in the soil solution regardless of how active the microbes are. (Balance). The ability of microbes to buffer the soil is finite. If the input exceeds the biological processing speed, osmotic stress can occur. This is where high CEC comes in useful. Because of this active exchange, the plant creates a localized chemistry that favors what it needs: If the plant needs calcium, it increases exudates that favor calcium solubilization and exchange. The plant can alter the pH immediately around the roots to make specific nutrients more available while locking up others. It doesn't need. The high CEC acts as a buffer against over-fertilization or pH swings. Instead of nutrient antagonism (where too much of one thing blocks another), the microbial activity helps balance nutrient availability. In a high-CEC organic system, the plant acts as a manager, utilizing microbes and root chemistry to pull exactly what it needs from the "bank" of soil nutrients. Nature knows best. I let her feed herself now. If a leaf is photosynthesizing, it makes ATP (via light reactions) and sugars. If a root is respiring, it burns sugars to make ATP for itself. They do not share a common, transferable "pool." While you don't get a "bigger ATP pool" by adding root ATP to leaf ATP, growing organically allows for better energy allocation. In organic systems, mycorrhizal fungi and bacteria break down nutrients. This requires less direct energy expenditure from the plant to seek out raw minerals compared to hydroponics/synthetic, where the plant might have to push harder roots to find uptake points. Healthy, microbe-rich roots need less energy for defense and can focus on absorption. Plants send sugars (made in leaves) down to roots to feed microbes, which in turn bring back nutrients/salt ions to create a EC of 0.5ms/cm. This symbiotic loop means the plant spends less energy on acquiring nutrients, leaving more energy available for building biomass. Leaves make Glucose (Sugar) via Photosynthesis. Sugars travel to the roots. Roots use that sugar to fuel respiration to gain nutrients. Nutrients travel back up to fuel more Leaf growth. Organic growing doesn't create a larger combined ATP pool; it creates more efficient energy usage and resource allocation. Because the plant isn't wasting energy fighting for nutrients or managing osmotic stress from synthetic salts, it has more metabolic energy left over to put into growth. High Transpiration Rate. Stronger Mass Flow. More water/nutrients to roots. Increased uptake. It is a "pull" system that acts as the primary conveyor belt for plant nutrition.

Alright, guys, today is officially day 7. Which wraps up the first week of this little girl's life.. So far, she's off to a great start. I actually just before making his diary gave them they're very first feeding of just maxi bloom, but very little, maybe .05 of a tsp per gallon.. I think i'm gonna let this girl grow naturally like i did my cream and cheese.. Thank you to Kannabia Seeds for making this grow possible.. She seems to be growing kinda slow.. I'm sure it's from all the stress I put on her. She should pick back up this week. Day 30 and she has some calyxes poppin up everywhere.. I think day 31 I found her first pistil.. Ill know for sure day 32. She's healthy and the slow growth is picking up a little. I need to put in some horizontal spikes to tie the branches down a little more.. Just enough to give the colas room to grow at this point. She's not gonna be a massive yield (obviously) but not gonna be a complete waste of time. Once I harvest my current main plant I will try it again in a 5 gallon pot. Yup! Pistils at day 32.. Just small and hard to take a pic of. Preflower begins!!! This week temps have been getting up to 86F.. I put in a 2nd inline fan with carbon filter and 2 more fans for the top of canopy to get some air movement. The air is NOT cooling down enough so Im just gonna have to go without the filter. ... Later that day... Even without the filter, the tent still gets up to 84F.. WTF?! It was staying below 80 with just a little clip-on fan and small inline fan pulling air out and nothing pushing air in.. Im using the smaller inline to pull air in and the new inline pulling air out.. Now it gets warmer.. I dont get it.. Gonna have to go back to my old setup I guess.. ... Even later that day... Put up the old ventalation.. But with extra fan still pulling in air.. Smell may be strong throughout my room when lights go out.. But oh well.. I love the smell. Tied down branches a little more.. They should be far enough to do what she needs to do.. Pistils are there.. Just very very small at this point.. But they are there on a couple branches lookin good and happy! 😊 no more leaf removing.. This is only my 3rd auto... Second auto is only halfway through flower now.. Sooo, I'm still learning!!!
