Week 9 December 23rd Hooked up the microscope took some shots. Getting the dry room engineered and just trying to stay at least a step ahead . This rDWC adventure has been tricky indeed. I’m losing balance somewhere if you read the leaves up close you can see some “signs” and she has about a week left ish before we start the finish up process for harvest December 24th She has slowed down on nutrient consumption and water uptake December 25th I’m at the res change time .sitting at an EC of 1.0 . I have been adding ph distilled water for keeping water levels up and diluting while the vpd went up idk I’ll see what happens next and eventually be able to spot issues early on with better consistency. We have flipped about 2-3 weeks ago and now we finally see some signs of flower🙌🏼😍

The second week of vegetation is going well! This time, I’ve decided to try the Green House Feeding BioEnhancer instead of BioBizz Root-Juice. I’ve had issues with the shelf life of Root-Juice in the past, so I’m curious to see how BioEnhancer performs. The plant is looking healthy now, but it had a bit of a rough start. I initially planted it in soil that was too heavily pre-fertilized, which caused the first leaves to turn yellow.😔 Thankfully, it recovered quickly and seems to be thriving now. 💪 To keep the plant as stress-free as possible during vegetation, I’ve decided not to train it for now. I want it to focus on strong, natural growth without any added strain. I’m excited to see how it progresses over the next few weeks—things are looking promising!🌱😊

She's putting on some weight now, getting fat and frosty. Her fan leaves are yellowing out, time for a big defoliation and a bit more leaf tucking and give her another lollipop trim of her u der carriage

This week the time had come, the plants were chopped down. They were left to dry for almost exactly 7 days, a little too long as it turned out. One head bud had to be removed due to the risk of mold. All in all, the harvest turned out to be smaller, certainly also due to the fact that I could only grow three plants on 50x50cm in their vegetative stage to a limited size at the beginning.

D1 What a beast! The main bud is already huge af and she still has like 4-6 weeks of flowering up front, love her already. D5 It’s going alright 👍 In general the buds are getting big and heavy especially the main one. D7 End of week 12, 6 weeks of flowering behind 5 to go so happy with those big buds already.

Last days were mostly overcast weather and fresher temperatures here. All 3 plants slowed down their growth and they also lost some yellow leaves from the lower part of the plant. I hope this is normal. Plant 3, the one that suffered the bending trauma last week (see photos for details) is not showing signs of lethal damage yet, fingers crossed for me please! XD Now let's have a look of the heights they have reached PLANT 1 = 165cm (65"), +5cm (+2") PLANT 2 = 160cm (63"), +8cm (+3") PLANT 3 = 144cm (57"), +9cm (+3,5")

Love how the plants sleep when the lights are off the look like sleeping giants the now awaiting for the lights to go on the the fun will begin with getting round to feeding them all one last time before I switch to flower

Around 11-12 weeks seed to harvest,, only had a few plants the largest yielded 72 grams the smallest around an ounce,,, just a few plants for personal medicinal use grown 100% naturally in the great british outdoors 😎

11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. Never seen anything like it, once again THIS this is what we intended by growing Stardawg :) Update: Pics and vid hope it comes through well enough as for the green in that tent and the dense hairs on Layla

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and plants on my small farm are entering the pre-flowering phase. The Hulkberries have reached a height of 45 cm, and are much taller than their roommate, Green Gelato. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light (MIGRO 200+) that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. I noticed small bumps on one of the Hulkberries, right at the bottom of the stalk, I don’t know exactly what caused them. If anyone reading this post knows, feel free to comment below and help me find out :). Also the tips of the leaves on the upper branches have become brighter, almost yellow, I guess this is due to a little stress due to the higher temperature, but it does not develop further into anything of concern. If I am wrong, I also ask for a comment with information as to why this is happening. The distance between the branches is much larger than that of their roommate Green Gelato, it stretches in height more than in width. Due to the higher temperature, they didn’t drink as much water as I expected, so watering is a little less frequent than usual. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. And I always water all three plants at the same time. All in all I am very pleased with how they are progressing, the plants look satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml/L. Also in the third week the vegetations showed their sex. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box. I added BioBizz as scheduled for the last week of vegetation, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and Acti-Vera 2ml / L each. P. H. I regulate with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 09/07/2020. Day 21. Photographing and measuring plant height. After taking regular photos in the box, I take a few more photos on a black background. Hulkberry Automatic # 1 - 45cm Hulkberry Automatic # 2 - 45 cm Vegetation is over, starting tomorrow I will change the light regime to 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. Given the temperatures, I will put it dark in the middle of the day when the outside temperature is also the highest, I hope that in this way I will prevent the temperature from rising to an undesirable height. Today I changed the CFL from 125>250w to try help hold a higher temperature overnight as it has been fairly cold in there. Roots are now touching the bottom of the pot they look healthy and white. Soon I will repot I got a bag of Coco today and some micorizor 😅 just to get new pots I've lost the old ones. Vegging fast these are already showing tiny preflowers starting to form and starting to smell slightly of blueberry muffins
