Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the undercarriage, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM… This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ 2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. Week 7 was awesome! She finally took off into flower and has started to put on visible inflorescence. This was a great development as I was afraid I was going to have to manually flip her. This means I can finish the run outdoors as planned and wont have to contend with fitting her in the tent with the photos who are currently finishing their run. I continued some light LST this week and it looks like I wont be able to train her into quite as pronounced of a spiral as I had hoped as she is going to need to have her apical meristem turned up to follow the lower branches that have now surpassed it in height. This is not a big deal though as the canopy still looks great and I am happy with how she turned out. I think she is set up for a nice finish. She continues to exhibit strong growth and a hearty resistance to outdoor conditions here that can often take weaker genetics of any species down in a heartbeat. I'm not sure if it is typical for this cultivar to flower so late in the run but I can't say I mind it that much. The extra veg time will make for a strong harvest, I think. I've been most impressed with Dinafem's gear so far. Definitely top notch. I'm already most the way through week 8 and can't wait to show you guys what she's done in the next update. Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making thier way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

This is a sativa dominant strain that checked all the boxes for my 4/20 smokes UPDATE: 14 days from germination, I posted a video and she's already has side branch action and we have only begun veg as of 12/14/22. Genetics shining on this one and I only feeding water, will introduce some light nutes over the wknd MAYBE

Topped soil with layer of aquarium rock. Treated rather dry pot to 3:1 tap water:hydrogen peroxide mix, two quarts. sprayed 3:1 mix around/in plant, doused areas of activity in rock/soil with vinegar. Classic overwatering-led-to-fungus-gnats! pot placed on riser, towel sitting underneath to capture/monitor runoff. two days after 3:1 fed pot two quarts of water with added general hydroponics 1/2/3. kept tent dry with towel replacements, idea was to saturate soil with nutrient rich water after the peroxide flush. brutal. plant is not happy.

Tag 1 der 9. Woche der Blüte. Ich stehe kurz vor der Ernte, die Budds sind saftig und Puderig, starker Geruch und gutes Terpenen Profil. Werde wahrscheinlich in 3 Tagen ernten. 2. Tage vor der Ernte lasse ich die im Dunkeln stehen, gieße ab jetzt nicht mehr fürs dehydrieren und bringe die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf 35% runter für das Ende.

Do not let this strain get stretched as it will get fragile, the buds are VERY heavy and the branches have trouble. Si or Kracken to help Flower under blue-ish or white light helps limit the growth. Switch to HPS or Bloom lights after that has stopped. Will foxtail easily at 85F even for a limited time (couple of hours a day) Very easy trim as we defoliate Low odor not a stinker No real problems with the grow that was not induced by our lack of tent space and flowering under HPS Flowering lights totaled 750 watts 600 HID 150 LED *** Update Drying nicely may be able to pull a branch and try out tomorrow , depends on how he is doing. Dryed fast, lots of air flow and dehumidifiers. With everything going on we want this stuff in the jar soon at possible. Over dried but not worried over that right now. Very happy with the yield. Decarbing now testing this afternoon.
