The flowering is starting to become noticeable. At first, all the pistils have developed well. It's clear that the plant is drinking a lot more, although the soil takes a bit longer to dry out, so it stays somewhat damp. I’ll do a leaf pruning, removing one leaf per node.

At the beginning of week 7 of flower she started to fade. Her leafs started to get dark purple starting at the bottom. At the end of week 7 of flower there were first signs of amber trichomes on the top buds. I will wait until the lower buds are mostly cloudy before harvesting.

Wonderful aroma in the tent. I do a little stress due to low temperatures at night. I took a small sample :D, everything is as it should.The trichomes are just milky, what will be scary at the finish line...

So far this week I am starting to germinate 4 seeds. 2 are blue dream matic and the other 2 are pineapple Express auto from Fast Bud genetics. I also did a leak test on my diy undercurrent rdwc set up. I should have seedlings by the end of the week. Update 1. Both blue dream have 1/2inch tap roots and 1 pineapple Express has a 1/4 inch tap root. The other one has just opened up. Hopefully that doesnt mean they are going to be slow growers. Update 2. Sorry I dont have any more pictures this week. I dropped my phone and now my camera doesn't work. The 2 blue dream matic are about an inch tall and in rock wool. The 2 pineapple Express auto have not sprouted yet. The tap roots are slowly getting longer. I think it may be the temp of the seed starter. I purchased a seedling mat and have them on it. So hopefully I will have 2 more sprouts. I also have been fighting with fixing the leaks in the buckets. So I bought some flex seal spray and it worked!

One week after the DE cover up and the gnats dropped considerably. The plants were topped and kept growing without any stress. Still watering on bare minimum.

Nice progress this past week as well. Should be ready in specified time 63 ish days. Some leaves are showing there age and possibly that the lights were to close. Dropped Root 66 and Diamond nectar thinking I am at least half way threw mid bloom. TDS = 750 , total wattage =277, 24 hr lights on.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Popped and planted on 11/15/2025 in domes under 200ppfd tent being held at 0.7 vpd. 11/17 all 10 sprouted and look healthy. Got bed filled today planted cover crop inoculated with goodies and got thirsty earth system installed

* ************** Week 6 - May 16 to 22, 2020 - Days 36 to 42 from germination **************** * Calling this week a flower week but it is certainly more of transition week. Been battling a busy life along with pH issues this grow. Starting to get both under control😃 Not sure what is up with the pH but running through some 5.5pH feeds to help keep it in mid to low 6 range. She started to feed more this week, her pot drying out quicker. Wanting to get the pH in line as I want to be giving her 6.1 feeds right now. This girl has stayed in the fabric pot while two other girls were transplanted to plastic pots to help with the pH. I suspect the issue is around these fabric pots?? I have cut two large slits in the bottom of the pot to let the excess moisture run out easily and not allow it to sit in the bottom. It felt like there was some slowness in grow at the middle of the week so reviewed the fresh air and ensure circulation is flowing properly. She is really wide in structure and slower growing vertically. By the end of the week she was looking wonderful for the end of flower. Her size is perfect and will be starting a stretch soon. She has been getting silica so its time to get her branches pulled out while they still bend easily. LST was done in the middle of the week. Started the introduction of Rezin and Terpinator now to her feed. Little more detail....... May 16/20 - Day 36 - 2L feed - Velokelp, Rezin @ 2ml, Sensyzime, Liquid Weight @ 1ml, Massive @ 3ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml - 1000ppm and 4.5pH. - She took all the feed today without runoff. She is getting hungry - she is taking her time perking up. - funny,,,,,,she looks like LST has been done to her but its just her growth May 17/20 - Day 37 - 2L feed - Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml Rezin, L. Weight, CalMag @ 1ml Massive @ 2.5ml - 1050ppm and 5.5 pH going in. - She seems to be forming a good root ball......it takes over two lites to get runoff now. - still working on her buds....pistols are there. - Pulled a couple of the large fan leaves at second node from the top....blocking too much light now. May 18/20 - Day 38 - 3L feed - Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel, Rezin, L. Weight, Vitathrive @ 1.5ml Massive @ 3ml - 850ppm and 5.7pH - run off numbers: 490ppm and 6.1pH ———- perfect!! - LST done today and side branches pulled down. May 19/20 - Day 39 - Dry out day - standing up today and reacted well to stripping and training yesterday May 20/20 - Day 40 - 2L feed - CalMag, Sensyzime, Rhino @ 1.5ml Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 650ppm and pH 6.1 - Pots were light today when lifted so she is eating well, also the slit in the bottom of the pot helps to dry out faster Many 21/20 - Day 41 - 1.5L feed - Rezin and Terpinator @ 1.5ml = 160ppm and 5.7pH - she is doing good, just not going crazy....hmmmmm - increased fan speed to ensure good circulation May 22/20 - Day 42 - dry out day - she is trying to set her buds but they still are not quite there - She’s a wide girl.....LST working - She darker but not a big concern. So we are at the end of week 6. I sure don’t see her being done in two weeks......suspect will be looking at 70 day range at least.
