July 8: big thunderstorm last night had a few minutes of hail that did mostly minor damage. Some fan leaves with holes and others taken right off the plant. Oh well. Now I know that some of the mystery holes in leaves might just be hail damage. July 9: these Northern Lights are the fastest growing of the autos in this batch. Added Power Bloom and a handful of malted barley as a top dressing. July 11: growing fast with hot and sunny forecast for the next two weeks. 👍

All 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution.

Wow! These really do flower fast! Loving them so far! I have other plants on the same time line that are not even close to this progression! Started with the bloom nutes, did a little defoliation and she’s off! I did find a pollen sack on a lower and just peeled it off🤷‍♀️🏻

The lsd-25 on the right is starting to taking on a gassy smell and the left one is still smelling more floral. The big bud in the back is doing great but I think the buds are going to be more fluffy than dense unless it starts packing these next 20ish days. The cherry cola is looking good still very behind the other 3 but I think I got her under control and good for now.

We successfully meet the pre-flowering stage and got a little defoliation. From all 4 plants in box this one is the one who reacting on changing conditions the most.

Flowering REALLY taking off this week. This lady is turning into a monster. Loving the growth, but also having a hard time controlling the foliage. Not clear I need to prune all that much more. Seems to me the buds are all getting the nutes and light they need. Giving it another week of growth before any hard pruning I think. Fun fact: apparently this plant can drink through a good 3-4 liters of nutrient solution a day when the grow room fans are on full and lights are on.

So, Im growing 1 Pineapple Express, in soil, and 1 hydroponically. This diary I’m using it for soil records(have a strawberry cheesecake auto diary, for hydro). The one in soil is 2x bigger than the rest of the plants in the same 4x4 tent, and I rotate them every other day! The reason for doing this, is due to always seeming to have 1 way bigger than the others. All in all, it’s been a good week! Been really, REALLY appreciating the perfect ph Advanced Nutrients!!!! I still check the ph, and due to the different type of grows, I do have to have a little higher ph for soil, but it’s been consistently ~6.2-6.3

Hi everyone 🤗 This week the Orange Sherbert Phenotype # 1 and the Zkittlez Phenotype # 2 were harvested :-) Now the Victory Kush 1 - 3, Zkittlez 1 - 2 and Orange Sherbert 1 are ready to dry. Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

I already lost 3 buds to budrot.. this strain doesn't tolerate humidity over 65% so well.. 😬 So indoors in northern Europe, you germinate best in autumn so that you have the flowering time during the heating period, and don't overload the tent. ✌️ Also she needs a sufficient amount of calcium, that could also help against the mold..
