The grow was good, we messed up a few times such as cutting one of the bud sites of Plant A when training but it ended up healing, and cutting off completely the main bud of Plant R which made it produce a lot of trichomes probably to try to survive. We struggled in the beginning with humidity because we did not have a humidifier but the girls were very resistant to the heat and low humidity and their growth was not stunted. I was surprised by how small their roots were in the end which is maybe why they were both quite small. Other than that it was quite easy to grow them and the end result was good so very happy with the grow!

LETS GET INTO IT!!!!: 1) Did another flush again today and upped the feeding amount to 1040ppm from 955 wanted to see more growth 2) DID HAVE A SIDE BRANCH CRACK IN HALF about 60% BREAK FMLLL!!! Day 43 Just added another circulation fan a 7’ as I realistically won’t be getting my humidity under 50% come late flowering it’ll be more between 50-60% at lights out so got to keep her moving about. Upped bloom again when fed yesterday. Day 48 Gave her another feed today upped the nutes again

I think this is gonna be the last time I'm topping her, and I will start to apply some lst to make her a little wider in a couple days👨‍🌾💚🌲 Still only water and sometimes adding some Aptus 🌊💦

Roots looking good, plant looking good but look close and you can see a nute deficiency coming. most likely because my lazy ass did not change the water yet so i got some pH problems. but i wasn't paying attention to this yet haha

Pics taken on day 36. Some, if not most of these are lightly seeded, I've checked for herms but cant find no nuts. Sucks but from what I've read and people I've talked to seems like it wont be too big of a deal in the end, some old school growers even prefer lightly seeded nugget, I've never tried it intentionally. The green buzz nutes are working well. I'm almost out of the more PK so I had to add herculean harvest liquid bonemeal to get the ppm where i want it while trying to conserve the Gbl to last the rest of the run. Didnt have the lady to take my pics today so I was limited and had to take them lefty one handed and was shakey af. Both are doing solid, I know the second one has a seed I couldn't see on the 1st. As of now #1 is the keeper I love the bud structure.

Changed out the nutes. Dropped the calmag and the Silica. Using just the Plant Prod MJ bloom. Gorilla Zkittles looks to have one plant that stacking. The other looks like it may be smaller yields. Time will tell and density of the bud definitely changes the weight.

Chugging

After so much tender loving care, I came home today to find how two puppies kept themselves busy while I was attending my daughter's graduation!! Evidently, Thelma and Louise had a blast digging a hole and uprooting my baby Strawberry Banana plant. But do not fret, for Susquihanna doesn't like to lose. So I put my Strawberry Banana back in place, filled in the hole and put another row of fencing up to protect my Strawberry Banana Plant. I am a Newbie, but from what I understand, Sometimes growers/contests are interested in seeing the good, the bad and the ugly. So, today is an ugly day with no new growth or excitement to report. I am hoping next week I will have a plant to report on. For now, enjoy my videos of Thelma and Louise playing; the double fencing that I put up; and pray for my dear little Strawberry Banana Plant--that she may come back from her listless life and THRIVE. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

High GD community, Week 6, Wonder pie doing fine. She keeps her tempo steady, not really fast, but she keeps developing. Some of the side branches starting to take form and first lining is a fact. Ive removed 9 leafs, so te center gets more open for the small branches trying to come up. I think i should cut the internodes that are up and down, but i only cutted the one underneath. If anyone is convinced its better to get rid of the upperone 2, please comment. I do thinl it might cause problems in a few weeks, bcs it will grow up instead of out to the sides, so, hormone regulation will change, slow down the outgrowing buds and extra pump up these internodes. Enough rambling about that, lets talk about the plant intirely, bit by bit she starts to look like something i have in mind. 💦👨‍🔬 Just spraying ph 6.2water and 1 feeding this week. 3 waterings this week, 1 with nuts. Auto Maxi Gom is doing really well. I started adding the master bloom from Xpert Nutrients to the diet a few days ago. I did trim up her lower side a little more. She has stretched a few more inches since last update. Her colas are starting to develop, and looks like she will start bulking very soon. Nothing more to report at this time. I stopped giving her nutrition though she seems almost ready. I'll wait a few days and chop her off. Hope she will be as good as the last one.

So this week has really absolutely crawled by from my perspective, I imagine it is common with growing that the closer you get to harvest the further away it seems. Anyway I am a bit worried about the middle sized plant - she has a lot more yellowing of fan leaves from the inside out. My reaction to this was to flush her with clean water, my thinking is that everything was fine before I started feeding, and perhaps I didn't mix properly and the soluble stuff was unevenly distributed. That was yesterday (week 6 day 4) It's too soon to tell if this has helped, fingers crossed it doesn't begin to affect other leaves. Despite this being only 5 days into week 6, there have already been fairly drastic changes. Some of the buds are starting to fatten more, and I'd say we're at about 15% pistils amber now, the smell has noticeably increased day by day. It's really beautiful to look the plants in the dark with a flashlight or phone light, the way the light bounces off the frosting of trichomes, as if someone had sneaked in the middle of the night and misted my plants with a million tiny diamonds. I think I will stop feeding the middle plant now and water only (unless it gets worse). The other two I will continue to feed until the end of this week. At the rate of accelerated change I suspect harvest time may not be too long past the end of next week. It's a shame they don't have much more time to grow but at least what small quantity does come from them, I am determined it is harvested at the right time. At the end of week six I have watered only as I now think these plants are maybe 7-12 days away from harvest.

I saw a fly in the tent about 10 days ago. The larvae of these flies feed on the roots of the plant. I first watered it with diluted hydrogen peroxide. then i flushed. now the ladies are fine. 🤓🌱🤓👍👍
