It made a weird nub of plant at the base of its stalk. have not seen that before, IDK what it was/means. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The Strawberry Banana is doing well, I am just doing some LST every couple of days, and she is just starting to stretch. She is still feeding on silica, cal mag, and maxi grow veg nutes by GHE. She seem to be loving this Medic Grow Spectrum X, which I am now running at 70% and also running the UV/IR bars for 1 hour before lights off. I also did a light defoliation this week to allow some airflow and her to focus more energy on the upper branches. I will continue to with LST and veg nutrients until the vertical growth stops, then I will transition her to flower nutrients, and change her lighting to the red spectrum. Nutrients up untill flowering, bad idea. Substrate is 50/50 dirt and hydro, so hard for the roots I think. Not a big harvest, but trichomes were getting brown. These last series of harvest was really small!!!

Harvested a week early because of bud rot caused by calcium deficiency. I did a triple wash with hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and plain water to rinse. Note for future Coco needs a lot of calcium and magnesium. With constant drip system you need way less nutrients in solution. Check PH if you use calcium sulfate or silica!!! Once cured the weed has a good nutty smell with a little berry. It’s not very resinous, it has a good mind numbing effect but doesn’t lost more than one hour for 3/4 puffs, this is because of early harvest for sure because my previous crop was lot more potent.

so unfortunately I lost some picture of last week and the beginning of this week where I transplant her into a 1.5 gallon pot but expect from that she basically grew untouch ,increase the amount of water but still only every 2days

The Ladies Look Great on day 17 of flower i shaved them and defoliated Pink runtz is the biggest and strongest But the other two doing grat as well i Hope they dont Stretch any higher due to Space issues

Too much humidity and not enough airflow, so added a fan and lowered again the amount of water I am giving them and remembered not to water when lights is going off but rather do it when they come on! This strain is very vigorous and produces good sizes lovely buds that smells like a Grapefruit sour candy, very nice! I am hoping she will fatten a bit more. Still 2 to 3 weeks to go. Only water this week too

Grown out this week and got them ready for the early flower growth. Trimmed heavy and wired all branches away from each other. LST in full effect. Hoping it’s not too much trauma for them.. they proved me wrong. Bounced back with vigor and bright excitement! Eager to see these buds start forming 👀

Que pasa familia, empezamos la primera semana de floración de estas Gelato Olandese de Dutchfem. Parecía que no querían tirar al principio, pero es que no veáis de un momento a otro se quedaron sin espacio, vaya estirón esta última semana. Están bastante sanas , tienen muy buen color, se practicó una limpia de bajos y ramas que no eran necesarias porque no llegaran a la luz. Hasta ahora todo bien y ya superamos esta primera semana.
