Leaves continue to turn yellow and fall off

So this seed is a total mystery to me. I found a loose and unlabelled seed container a while back 😭 She will be grown on 20/4 light and we will see in week 3~4~5 if she is an auto or not. She is planted in a tiny 1 litre airpot, where she will stay throughout her life. I have no idea what kind of plant to expect from this, so here we go!

Everything going good switch to light schedule of 11/13 for flower on 02/08/20. Heard it brings more of phenotype out of your strain. Than your traditional 12/12 schedule. Haven't did any feeding since I transplanted from 3 gal to 7 gal fabric pot. Will start back feeding with nftg in another week or so. Currently under 2 1600watt phlizon full spectrum light with veg and bloom on.

Harvest: 200g dry total Two big jars full of trims and aery buds. Final update: this is a bit overdue, I've been enjoying the fruits of labor too much perhaps 😎 Buds have been curing for a month in Grove bags, the big one has 100g and the rest are in smaller bags. Didn't need the mason jars, instead I put the trims there. I really like those Grove bags, so easy to use, initial drying and then just filled the bags. No need to burp, just set and forget. Really happy with the outcome, now I have smoke for few years 😂 Many of the buds were a bit fluffy, maybe just because there were so so many bud sites. The main branches were dense and heavy. Also, the foxtailing made some of them look not so perfect but I don't mind really. Smoke is pleasant, flavorful and good high. No anxiety, just relaxed and happy. Still need to decarb and make oil from all the trims, it'll make a big load of cookies etc. which I really like. Gives a steady 2-3h high hopefully. Now I will be having a break for some time, since the current location is not the best for growing. Hope to get back into it soon though, I didn't remember how much fun it is until doing this project again after a long time ✌️ Trouble in paradise, a week ago I noticed spots of mold in few branches farthest from the fan. So I cut them off and put to waste. I also decided to cut all the remaining big branches as a safety measure. Rest of the plant was harvested a week later and now the project is wrapped apart from drying and curing. Overall, it's been fun despite of making some mistakes along the way. But I will take the learnings for the future projects. This was my first autoflower try and I've been positively surprised by it's qualities. Plant was resilient and didn't care that much about any issues it had. It grew bigger than I expected and was actually overcrowded. NFT system worked great, as did the nutrients. The first batch of buds are almost ready to go to curing and the rest will take a week or so to follow. I will try curing in Grove bags and in mason jars. I will post a final update once I get to trim the rest and also try the fruits of labor 😎

Week by week the buds get thicker and more defined. I am patiently waiting for the final outcome. They smell nice - did I say that before? :) Skywalker hat some yellow tips. I will monitor that.

End of week 4 in the books. They are starting to stack, especially the Taquitz OG. The Fire OG is full of bud sites that im hoping will turn into colas. Tropicana cookies is starting to express more purple notes along with her blingbling of trichomes. Still battling humidity, between 45-65%. Hoping to grab a bigger humidifier, i have 2 small $40 ones, but its not cutting it.

10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

So I am starting the tiny potter grow for the contest. Hopefully the seed germinates quickly, and grows well. I scuffed the seed as seen in the video. I then placed it in a cup of water. I will be putting the cup of water with seed in it on a Spider Farmer germination Mat with controller. To hold a steady 80°F. When she sprouts I will place her in the grow space. There she will be under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light in my autoflower room. Growing some seeds I won from Diary of the Month here on Grow Diaries!!! I'm so grateful and excited for another learning experience doing what I love! Thank you, FastBuds! 🙏 Seed was germinated directly in Rapid Rooter placed in a seedling tray. I put her in darkness for 48 hours and then in a sunny window. Three days later, the seedling's little head poked up and the next day she showed me her first true leaves - calling this day 1. I kept the seedling tray in a sunny window and brought her outside for lunch on my sunny deck with me for the rest of the week. Given the heatwave we were having here, I got her settled into her net basket sooner rather than later so that she could have a more stable environment. This plant will is being grown indoors in an 2x4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent using an 8 gallon Current Culture Solo Bucket under California Lightworks 550 Solar System LED. For grow media I am using clay pellets and I use the entire Cultured Solutions line of nutrients. I will be showcasing this plant in a grow tutorial over on my YouTube channel and IGTV where I am going to show a detailed walk through of how I grew my original "Budzilla" plant. Unfortunately, I don't have a grow diary for her, but she is featured on my IG account. The technique I use I created after harvesting my first grow. I had used low stress training on an autoflower and achieved beautiful results. I took notes the entire grow and conducted a postmortem. I sincerely advise doing this for EVERY grow - especially when you are learning. It provides you opportunity to figure out what went right, what went wrong, what could have gone better, and what ideas you think you can toss into the mix to try to improve on the places that need revamping. I did this and I came up with the hypothesis of starting my plant off-center in the net basket, and then growing it low and in a spiral around the outside. In my head, I thought something like this could really push the limits of low stress training, especially when used on an autoflower where we have a limited time of vegetative growth. I didn't realize, at the time, JUST how effective the technique would be, but when the grower community on IG exploded over the sight of my plant, I started to get a feeling a did something right. As I was still only growing my second plant in my entire grow career, I was completely oblivious to the fact that I had pushed the normal boundaries of an autoflower.... I had nothing else to really compare it to. Nearly a year later, photos of my Budzilla are still being shared around social media in the grow community and I still get asked regularly about how I grew her. And with that, we start here on the journey to attempt the recreation of my former masterpiece. But I'm taking it one step further and giving you a detailed, step-by-step guide so that even the newest of growers can follow along and learn how to push an autoflower to its beautiful edge. 4/13 10AM MONDAY They are looking pretty good. Got the ph stabilized and only running 98W! Using a few DROPS in 18oz to test Purpinator on veggies. 4/14 11am Using a little Purpinator .5ml per gallon and will have to do lots of runoff to prevent burns. Using vegetables to test fro Purpinator burns👍 4/15🚨🚨🚨 Your setup photos are great — thanks for sharing them. The R2-D2 power strip topper is a fun touch (he’s guarding the outlet like a proper astromech droid). Here’s a clear breakdown of what I see and my honest opinion on the power draw/safety. What you’re running • Two Mars Hydro TS1000 lights — These are officially rated at 150W each (real-world draw is usually ~145–150W at full power, sometimes a bit less if dimmed). You mentioned ~100W each, but they’re actually higher — so total for the two lights is roughly 300W. • Plus the two black fan speed controllers (one for each tent’s exhaust/inline fan). • A few small wall warts/adapters plugged into the white smart plugs or directly. • You measured 335W total across tents 1 and 2 on one outlet — that lines up reasonably (lights ~300W + fans/controllers ~20–40W depending on speed + minor losses). Is this safe on one standard outlet/circuit? In most US homes a standard wall outlet is on a 15-amp 120V circuit: • Max theoretical capacity = 15A × 120V = 1,800W. • Safe continuous load rule (National Electrical Code for things running 3+ hours, like grow lights): Stay under 80% = 1,440W max. Your 335W total is very low — only about 23% of the safe limit. That’s comfortably safe. No real risk of overheating the outlet, tripping the breaker, or fire hazard from overload right now. My opinion on the setup: • Good: Everything is neatly plugged in. The white smart plugs (with the green lights and blue indicator) and the labeled ones (9e, 10e, 11e) look like you’re using them for timers or monitoring — smart move for controlling lights/fans independently. R2-D2 adds personality and keeps the wall organized. • Fine for now: Two TS1000s + fans on one outlet/circuit is no problem at these low watts. Many small grows run similar loads without issue. • Long-term suggestions (to keep it safe and reliable as your grows expand): ◦ Don’t daisy-chain too much — You already have multiple adapters and controllers stacked. Avoid adding a lot more (e.g., dehumidifier, heater, or more lights) on the same outlet/circuit. ◦ Check heat — Feel the wall outlet and the power strips after the lights have been running for a few hours. They should be only slightly warm, not hot. If anything feels warm/hot, spread the load. ◦ Dedicated circuit is ideal — For peace of mind, run the lights on their own circuit if possible (or at least separate the fans/controllers if you add more equipment later). ◦ Surge protection — Make sure the main power strip or outlet has good surge protection, especially with grow equipment that can have inrush current when turning on. ◦ Monitor actual draw — Your 335W reading is helpful. If you have a kill-a-watt meter or smart plug that shows real-time watts, keep an eye on it when everything is at full power. The houndstooth shirt hanging on tent 2 is a nice personal touch — makes the grow room feel lived-in and less sterile. Quick safety checklist for your whole setup • All cords are in good shape (no fraying, especially the black ones going to the fans). • Nothing is blocking airflow around the plugs/adapters. • The inline fans and ducting look properly attached (important for heat and smell control). • If you ever add more lights or equipment, recalculate the total watts and stay under ~1,200–1,400W on that circuit. Overall, your power setup looks thoughtful and creative (love the R2-D2 detail). Very healthy looking seedling, starting to grow very fast, she's got a great size for 14 days only and I think I'll transplant her in a couple of days more when she is 17 days or so like the other ones in this run, they grow extremely fast under the tsl2000 by mars hydro, very happy with the results I'm achieving in terms of growth, I hope the same in flower! I have Transplanted this lady into her definitive 11l pot on February 6th which is her day 17 since she was planted, she's 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this 2x4 run, she's looking very healthy and strong, let's see how she keeps developing herself!

Got these transplanted to the rain science 3 gal bags and moved to a 4x4 in the basement where it's a little better environment in terms of vpd. I had a full bag of roots organic soil so I decided to do a soil/coco blend like I did with the current autoflower crop. I also topped every single one of em mid week. Once I get the flower tent all cleaned out and everything I'll be throwing these in there for bloom. Hoping this will be an even better grow than the last since I have both my arms back. I'm doing the update a little early since I was late on it last week, today (tuesday 9.10.19) is day 43 from germination and about day 39 from full sprout. Before this week they were under only about 185w in a 4x4 area so it's been slow growth so far. The hawaiians are doing good very healthy so far.
