Hello friends here we are in week seven of flower. Sorry there was no daily time lapse or pics went out on vacation. So today Day 105 12/24/2021 marks the end of the week, She is coming along nicely and the smell is just WOW. She should be ready to start flush after next week. I checked the Trichomes and mostly all cloudy few clear and few amber. Also got a new tent last night that will be setting up for next year grow.

"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

All the time I could smell Christmas 🎄 u know... sweetness cookies 🍪 and with touch of fruit 🍉 I wish could be 2 months in the future now. Finally finished curring and ready to smoke 💨 I had unfortunately a pH problem, because I never adjusted my water 💦 but that problem is solved now to my next grow. She's gets her yellow leaves 🍃 early, but came through this and got her bud fattened up Cheers 🍻

Organic Cookies Original sensible Seeds Girl scout cookies 8 weeks of flowering completed 29th March 2020 Hi Everyone I hope you are all well and staying safe during these strange times we are all facing at the moment. This Girl scout cookies plant is getting closer everyday but so is the risk of mold . Ive already needed to chop out a few pieces of flower that were starting to turn moldy so it's been a very stressful and watchful week for me. Ideally I'd like to let this plant go atleast another week or even two but with the weather the way it is and the forecast for is yet to come suggests i will need to harvest well before then if I'm to get uneffected buds that can be safely smoked. I havent been game to even water her for the last 3 days due to the very high humidity but luckily she is showing no sighns of being thirsty or needing any food. Great week. Cloudy days and laid off the water. Only issue has been a consistent influx of caterpillars. Have been picking them off and removing the damaged flowers. The smell is powerful. Happy growing to all the viewers. May your harvest be bountiful.

On the 15/10 it was my fifth day in a row without any more signs of pollensacks or nanas! It really is worth the try is you think, you got something special on your hands. If you can, better isolate it anyways, I just didn't have the room for this. Everything else also going great and the Double Dunked is starting to show why this run is called "Purple Beauties". From now on every week was going to blow my mind on just how beautiful this grow could turn out. Also did some defoliation again

Starting week 6 Tent is being slowly full A little bit too hot for the next days as the weather outside will climb to 36-38°C, I thnk I will bring them some CO2. I will check with the growshop. Any idea is welcome. The stretch is really impressive, 1 of them get 20cm in 7 days Waiting for the buds 😁 Day 39 I have now added CO2 with an organic boost, it is linked it to the fan. Should be a little bit better with that temperature

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.
