Started flowing after about 25 days in Veg. She stayed very compact but all the sudden she’s growing rapidly bumped up the lighting to 600 ppfd and have side lights on full getting about 550 ppfd under the canopy which is better than 150 ppfd without the side lights. The leaves have a curl on the ends I think maybe it had too much Nitrogen in early veg leaves were extremely dark green. I'm still learning this is only my 3rd grow hopefully I keep learning from my mistakes. Accidentally broke one branch that had multiple bud sites I think it snapped while plant kept getting taller and the pressure made it break and me not knowing this broke it the rest of the way when resetting the metal stakes. Hopefully it doesn't affect it too much, I know I should've just left it alone.

We have our AK-47 running in a water pitcher lol. Honestly because i wanted to try a transplant and wanted to see the roots develop on Autoflowers. Also, we were out of planting pots when we transplanted. 😬🤦‍♂️ The pitcher is filled with Fox Farms Happy Frog soil. So far AK-47 is very fast. Transplant didnt stunt her at all. 2/3 Monday. Adding Bud Ignitor this week. They are starting to stretch . 2/4 4am. 1030am LOTS of LST today, used almost all the clips. Making each of the 4 colas as strong as big as a single plant. 2/5 4am 👍👍👍12pm added new top soil 2/6 They are getting really big now, will probably turn lights DOWN from 99 to 93. That is the wattage where the temperature breakpoint between having the house AC on and not needing it, just a fan blowing air into the room. room temperature 74. 2/7 3am 5am 12pm LST CRAZY today, did all the side branches having all the different kinds help.

This stuff has taken an age to dry! I think it was a little too cool in the tent. ah well. Its currently in jars curing, so havent had chance to try it out and i think im prepared to give it a full 6 weeks of cure. Results wise, little disappointed by the yield, only 4oz but it was a micro grow - I think perhaps although i didnt notice it at the time, the heatwave fortnight i had during flower may have had something to do with the lack of growth - but still the quality of the buds is high, plenty of trichomes and buds are really dense. As its still in cure its still a bit hay-smell as the chlorophyll continues to work its way out but there are lovely undertones of gas and fruit - (cherry?) Will check back in with a smoke report in a few weeks but wanted to get a couple of vids of the buds (yes i dont trim them like the pros, i dont care :p )

I've been on vacation for a week and I got a new puppy, I will upload a better video this weekend going to do some mid leafing Saturday. Next video will drop Sunday. The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew. I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours. My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle. The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants. I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size. This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit. Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush. The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant. The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

Entering the 9th week things are going Splendidly, I had to adjust the lights up a bit as NLA#1, Suffered a little bit of what looks to be Light Burn, Other than that, The Girls are filling out nicely, and the aroma is kicking in good. I also decided too go ahead and start using Fox Farm Bembe, which to my understanding is a Molasses backed with Microbes for the Root Zone, That and I've Heard it's a natural sweetener as well. Week 5. Removed the Scrog Net. I just dont like it, i give up, i hate handling the plant(s) with it. Back to good old Stake-Based LST and some defoliation. Feeding continues with 1ml/L Power Roots and 5ml/L Terra Grow. 6L, 5.9PH on Day 31. I'll see how long i can handle it before flipping her to flower. For now, im still tinkering with her way too much.
