Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! Que pasa familia, vamos con la tercera semana de vida de estas Barcelona Puff feminizadas de Seedstockers. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 16h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. Day 36 - Starting week 6 and can’t really complain. She does have a couple funky leaves but just a few and probably from me dripping nutrient rich water on them but she’s looking nice and healthy overall so saying this week is the start of flowering. She stretched almost a full inch over the last 24 hours and really looking forward to watching the buds develop. Day 37 - She’s still doing a bit of stretching but pistils are shooting out like fireworks. She’s definitely going to be needing some more water tomorrow and did some leaf tucking tonight. Day 38 - Decided to hold off on watering and feeding for another day or two. She still didn’t seem quite dry enough to don’t want to push it. Re-tucked some leaves and will check things out tomorrow. Day 39 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and there’s not much I can complain about right now. She’s budding up nicely and looking like when all is said and done, it should be a good harvest. Not much of a smell coming from her right now but still looking good overall. Day 40 - I turned on the second light in the tent to help pick the temps up a little bit and all of a sudden growth on all the gurls exploded. Just took some pics for progress and readjusted everything and tucked the leaves a bit more. Day 41 - She’s still doing some stretching and really budding up nicely. I ended up removing a couple more fan leaves so keep things open. Will probably need to give her some water on Tuesday. Day 42 - The end of week 6 and she’s doing great. Nothing else new to report and just updating some pictures. She’ll get some water and nutes tomorrow.

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Growth is phenomenal , scent is starting to get stronger. Looking super healthy noticeable growth daily. That bud candy from advanced nutrients is really coming into work now. Going well. Think I may flip in the next week. Don't want the plants to become too unmanageable for my first crop. Really enjoying the learning process. Thinking a t-break starting soon would make it easier to enjoy the harvest. Looking at getting some bubble hash processing equipment and a rosin press, my prefered consumption method from right at home. At this size what would an experienced grower expect in terms of yield? The strains seem hearty. I was pleased with the overall outcome of this grow. These weren't huge plants but I didn't expect them to be, I was pleased with the look, flavor and overall presentation. I feel like I have a lot of learn about the best techniques on curing and storage but I continue to develop strategies.

These plants got huge. Two of the three were immune to powdery mildew. The third was highly resistant. Saying resistance was strong doesn't do them justice. I included one of the buckets of buds with weight. I had to do that 9 and 10 times depending on plant. Everything went smooth. We missed all the bad weather and got a good dry couple of days to finish harvest. These went a little longer than the 7 weeks. I believe that's because of the suns travel to the south. As it travelled these girls didn't get full sun until after 9:30 a.m. and until 4.20 p.m. They were definitely worth the wait.

I am impressed with the result, and I don't really believe that I will ever be able to improve it :) It was a truly amazing journey with FastBuds Gorilla cookies auto, my house is filled with a wonderful sweet smell, the buds look really full and very very shiny :) I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) the girl coped with high temperatures and high humidity throughout her growth, which is why I was afraid of rot, but everything went well!!!! She is amazing. smoke review and dry weight will be up very soon, good luck to everyone :)!!!
