Journal de culture - Semaine 3 de croissance La plante a bien repris sa vigueur cette semaine, développant une belle masse racinaire, ce qui est très encourageant. Elle continue de se développer et je m’efforce de la maintenir la plus basse possible en utilisant des techniques de Low Stress Training. J’ai essayé le pinching, qui consiste à pincer légèrement les extrémités des branches pour les courber. Cela permet de rediriger les hormones de croissance vers les parties inférieures, ce qui maximise le développement des pousses. J’ai également effectué une légère défoliation en enlevant quelques grandes feuilles superflues. Pour le reste, je surveille principalement le pH. J’essaie de le maintenir autour de 5.8, mais avec les tampons présents dans les produits Terra Aquatica, il remonte régulièrement à 6.2. Je me demande si ce pH légèrement élevé pourrait être à l’origine d’un problème de coloration des feuilles, car la plante semble présenter une légère carence malgré la présence de tous les nutriments nécessaires. Je fais attention à ne pas ajouter trop d’acide afin de ne pas surcharger la solution nutritive. Globalement, la plante est en bonne santé et continue de bien évoluer. Je pense passer en floraison d’ici une ou deux semaines maximum. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une variété Jack Herer, qui a tendance à beaucoup s’étirer en floraison, je préfère la maintenir encore un peu en croissance pour travailler tranquillement avec les techniques de Low Stress Training et la défoliation. Other than that, I’m mainly monitoring the pH. I’m trying to keep it as close to 5.8 as possible, but the buffers in the Terra Aquatica products keep raising it to 6.2. I’m wondering if this slightly higher pH might be causing some discoloration on the leaves—it feels like a deficiency, even though all the necessary nutrients are present. I’m cautious about adding too much acid to avoid overloading the nutrient solution. Overall, the plant is healthy and continues to grow well. I’m thinking about switching to flowering in a week or two at most. Since this is a Jack Herer strain, which tends to stretch a lot during flowering, I want to keep it in veg a bit longer while working with Low Stress Training and defoliation. The first week of flowering went great! The girls stretched nicely and they are growing vigorously. The pistils started showing up quite quickly, only a few days after I flipped them. I increased the PK as they showed slight signs of deficiency. They are packed with shoots, almost too much I would say, I hope they will have enough space for the buds to develop properly and healthily.

Lights are down to 28 inches, only running blue spectrum the first 14 days. Will begin nutrients and full spectrum beginning of week 3.

looking good the 2nd week into flower, added some more uptake acids and some bloom top dressing along with a banana tea recipe that I have recently created. Seems to be working well. I basically just added banana peels to my microbe tea brew and I no longer use fish shit because it is high in N and that is what we really do not need right now.

She's 4 feet tall!!! Wow! I'm a little concerned about light burn, but don't notice any signs of light burn yet. And she will be going outdoors soon. But I'm very impressed with this girl so far! 👍

So I finally have time to finish this review. The buds cured now for over a month and I consumed them a lot because I simply don't want to smoke something else. The details are in the strain review but to make it short: 10/10 high, 9/10 taste, 0/10 grow (she hermed).

Half way through the week of germination the seedling started to grow horizontally, removed humidity tent, turned off the heating pad, and built up the soil around her base. Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is over, as seen in the photos, Mimosa # 2 flew into the sky. She has grown 45cm in a week which is twice her size since last week. Both plants look good and healthy. The color of the leaves is dark green and they shine as if they were varnished. Both have stretched quite a bit, especially Mimosa # 2, to whom defoliation has obviously come in handy. The week started with a noticeable stretch! Plant growing fast and she is developing nice flowers. At day 65 noticed some yellowing in some lower leaves, they were in dark areas, maybe was because of that, or maybe a little bit of overwatering; anyway I decided to cut them and leave the plant concentrate on upper development. Hope is nothing wrong with her because I'm really putting a lot of effort on this girl! On day 66 she shown an underwatering wilting, and recovered fast after watering, so the yellowing was again caused by underwatering. Day 68 I noticed she is drinking really fast, still some lower leaves are yellowing. Thinking about a root flush. Day 69 still can see some leaves yellowing, and not a vigorous growth, will proceed a flushing on next watering.
