At the beginning of week 5 they all look a bit small and bushy to me. But let's see.. .Maybe they get a little kick and grow during the first weeks of the flowering phase, which we've now entered :) I cut a really small amount of leaves that were touching the ground on the auto bending one.And I started giving them two additional hours of light. Hope they like it. UPDATE: I had to start defoliation because the leaves were so bushy that they were getting wet in between... Hope this helps : And hope they get a little taller...

March 08 I left the air purifier on by accident again last night so there was a blue light overnight. The buds look good though. I taped the window up so I'm no longer having a humidity issue at night. I alternate between having the light on at 100% and 75% and recently 50% as well. March 10 I just fed them Ph'd water with molasses. Runoff pH 6.2-6.5, ppm 200-600. I'm having trouble getting good shots of the trichromes but I'm starting to see more amber ones. Less than 5%.

Gorilla Glue, aka Gigi was easy to grow. She was short and stocky, only 21 inches. Her strong stems supported buds. She was the furthest from the lights and showed no cal-mag deficiency. While she drank the least water, she generally weighed heavy.

Aug 17: Auto Overdose is a nice plant but it’s not an auto. I started this one late and only topped it once thinking it was an auto. Other growers have noticed it isn’t an auto too, so I forced it in the dark garage. Flowering has to be started by the end of July here or it won’t finish in the fall. The flowers are forming quickly and I suspect this is actually Overdose Fast. So far so good, and good genetics for a Fast plant. Aug 18: no UV light today unfortunately but it was decently sunny. Scrog net certainly seems like a good idea. This plant is asymmetrical because I broke one of the two main stems a couple weeks after topping. This changed the shape of the plant so it’s become one-sided as if I was growing it up against a wall. Lots of nice lower branches came up so she looks pretty good now.

26. Oktober Runtz keimt minimalistisch. Ähnlich wie bei beiden Cookies. Runtz ist jetzt im 11l Topf Beten wir dass es klappt Tropimango alles gut Cookies gelato alles gut. 28. Oktober Cookies gelato wächst nun deutlich schneller. Tropimango wird ebenfalls schneller. Wachstumphase hat begonnen. Habe das erste mal den Wurzel Dünger und den blattdünger angewandt. Runtz noch nicht sichtbar 29. Oktober Die runtz ist klein sichtbar Cookies gelato macht was es soll Tropimango auch 1. November Cookies Gelato ist nun 17 Tage alt und sieht tip top aus. Das sehr misslungene Umtopfen hat sie gut verkraftet. Tropimango ist nun 14 Tage alt. Sie ist deutlich kleiner und die Blätter haben eine interessante Färbung. Sie wächst deutlich langsamer (Genetik ist auch deutlich kleiner) aber wirkt sehr lebendig. Runtz ist nun 3 Tage alt und sieht gut aus.

Not sure what the GD glitch was last week but after I updated in showed I was a week behind. I digress. This week they are still blowing up. I have never personally had an auto stretch like this and I love it! #1 is a total candy stripe stalk and the flowers are bulking early. #2 is a little lankier and continued to stretch another 7” taller to 34” but has thousand of white pistils and looks to be about to stack on some weight now. Over all the colas look to be between 7-12”. #3 is a bushy little sucker and if you remember or this is your forest read the other blackberry x2 never germinated so I threw another stardawg In and it’s about 12 days behind so it should do its thing soon. I have a couple other dark devils I decided to start later than that in the back too. The tent is consuming about 4 -5 gallons per day and I think I’ll run a straight water batch for a day when I clean it on Saturday. Let me know what you think or if you have grown it before. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Smelling like sweet hard candy! Gonna give her a few more days to leech out a little bit and then cut it down. I can’t wait to try it out! It’s probably the nicest looking plant I’ve ever grown.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.
